I called Window World to get an estimate on a window I needed to get repaired. They only do full replacements, but Kristen the Receptionist/ Admin.went over and beyond the call of duty to connect me with other window companies that could assist me even though Window World couldnt. Now if thats not customer service at its finest I do not know what you call it! Highly recommend window world great people and Superior Customer Service. Thanks Kristen! 😀

Had window replaced under warranty. Matthew Checked all other windows and found a second window that needed replacement. Matthew was Thorough, professional, and polite. Since this was started during a sale of the home, and finished after we took possession, he took a few minutes to give us a quick tutorial on features and operation of our windows. I have already recommended Window World to a couple of friends doing remodels.Kristin in the office is also an asset to this company. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and followed through on all tasks.

I love my new windows! They make my home look so much nicer inside and out. I no longer hear cars passing or other noises from outdoors and the temperature in my house has improved. Javier and his crew for Window World finished the installation of the 2 front large front windows, of the 33 windows installed in our house. They where on time, were courteous, and did an excellent job with the installation. They also cleaned up after the installation. The windows look awesome. The windows keep our house cooler, more sound proof and are strong windows, which help us feel more secure in our house.

I had storm windows installed last week on my island home and I couldnt be happier. The windows that were previously installed were extremely old and didnt insulate the house very well. I immediately saw the difference in the temp of my house as soon as these were installed. The windows are so beautiful and have really made my water view amazing. The sales rep Chad Wilkins was so helpful in the selection of our windows. He explained everything so thoroughly. Also the installation crew did an amazing job. Jason explained everything he was doing. He was very punctual and finished the installation in a timely manner. They cleaned everything up after the installation. Great experience with Window World! Trevor Boyle was very professional and very knowledgeable, answered all our questions with ease. His measurements were spot on and all windows fit perfectly. Javier ans his assistant went right to work and did a superb job with our installation. We had a little hiccup when some bricks were lose but they kept working, luckily we got brick problem solved and they went back to that window. All the employees have been courteous and prompt with answers. We had one window that is hidden on our patio and we forgot it, we called back and Trevor came out and the window is ordered. The staff is very easy to work with and the windows are beautiful and energy efficient. I recommend this company without reservation!

Our experience with Window World Tx. (Corpus Christi) was great from start to finish. Paul Dennis, the sales person and consultant was through and friendly even though he had to rewrite our contract three times because we kept changing our mind. The installer was amazing. Matt Hough with his team, Misty worked like a well oiled machine to complete the entire installation in one day. The only work for the remaining day was caulking the interior. Window World! Youre one and only stop for windows. Extremely professional service. The sales team was extremely knowledgeable and didnt try to sell you something that you dont need unless you really want it. The communication was efficient and frequent. The install team showed up early, finished very quickly, cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly. You couldnt even tell that there we there other than the beautiful new windows that were installed perfectly. Windows made such a difference after just one day with noise reduction and temperature control (even in May, cant wait to see how they do come July/August/September).

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and install technicians. The windows made an immediate difference in our home with appearance, energy efficiency, and sound barrier from outside noises. They have added value and a sense of security as well.

Window World Corpus Christi- Very professional and always took our calls or responded to emails quickly. Looked at 2 other companies and theirs was the best deal for the warranty. For installation they used Texas Made Remodeling owned by Jason Blanco. Jason and two other men Hector and Issac did a fantastic job. They removed and installed 24 windows in one day! They were gone and cleaned up before 4pm. I dont know how they did it so quickly. They left my flooring inside and my porch cleaner than when they arrived lol. I did not feel like they sent workers to my house I had to worry about with my property. Fantastic job to window world and the 3 men they sent to install. Highly recommend.

Window World windows are amazing. We actually replaced our windows 3 years ago, and theyre still fantastic. One of the best investments we have made for our little old house. We didnt board up for Hurricane Harvey and they held up great in the strong winds. And we received great service.

Maybe they should hire someone polite to answer the phones. You lost my business, and I needed all of my windows replaced.
