A few years ago I hire this company . They were recommended to be by a church member . They came did the job but they didn’t seal airs vents properly in the roof . They didn’t shingle one of the corners of the roof . Now I have leakage and decking rot. And they never provided me with the windstorm certificate like they said they would .Not a trustworthy company at all …

I called and spoke to Ernest to have someone come out and give us a quote for windows. He told me he would try to have someone come that day, if not, someone would call me the next day. Well after 3 days of not hearing from anyone I called Ernest again to follow up about someone coming out. He said, nobody has called you? I told him no and thats why Im calling to follow up. He then asked if he could call me back when he got back to the office and I said that was fine. Well that was over a week ago and still no phone call. Not a very good way to run your business. I will be sure not to recommended this place to anyone.

Ernest never gives you updates. He is struggling to keep his word about his shady business. Don’t pay him until you get all work and an actual certification from TDI.
