HORRIBLE customer service. I was in a bind and needed a warm up jacket at the last minute as I could not get mine back from the dry cleaners on time. I called around 5:40pm and stated I would be driving from Padre Island and wouldn’t arrive until right about 6pm. The lady on the phone told me it was fine as long as I arrived right at 6pm as that is when they closed. I arrived at 6:01pm to find the door already locked, the sales rep still at the computer, and her husband in the store whom mouthed to me through the glass door that they were closed and refused to allow me in. As someone who had already purchased over $300 worth of merchandise, waited over 6 weeks for embroidery that was told would be done in 2-3 weeks, and was going to purchase another $25 worth of product, you would think one could have spared an extra minute of their time. I refuse to purchase another item at this store and WILL NOT recommend them to anyone. A little bit of hospitality and accommodation goes a long way which the representatives at this store clearly do not exhibit.

My daughter graduates this Friday and wanted to get her some surgical caps. When I entered I was greeted well and was taken to a peg board that had what I wanted. When I pulled a couple of printed one I looked at the price and noticed that there were some priced higher than the others. the lady right away said that they were priced wrong and of course the price on the items were more than was written actual item. She then stated that they were all priced wrong. I asked for her to sell me the item with the price written but wouldnt. Im I glad that I was looking for a specific item because I will never return.

I just bought a shirt and try to return it the same day and she told me they don’t do returns! There are no signs that say no returns or final sales and she did not let me know while purchasing

Do not go there. Just save yourself the time and hassle. Terrible across the board. Workers are highly unprofessional.

Natalia was super friendly and attentive when I came in for scrubs. She made sure the fit on everything was just right! Her, and her coworker, made it a pleasant experience to shop there. They keep it clean, organized, and know how to keep the mood light!

I had a wonderful shopping experience at Scrubs R Us. Natalia and Sylvia were so helpful and provided exceptional customer service. They had a great selection of scrubs and other items. Im glad I found this place =0)

Well I had a GREAT experience here. Sylvia was very helpful and knowledgeable kind and sweet. She helped me find the correct size and color and I was able try on the uniforms and she ordered what I needed and I got them 3 days later. I will definitely go back and I do recommend anyone and everyone to visit this store.

Horrible communication. No one told me that if they order a product that it cannot be returned. I hadn’t even received the item and they told me that they could not cancel and all sales final, then they don’t even let me know it’s on back order. I had to call and find all this out and now I’m out $65 because I can’t return it Or use it!! They need to be upfront with all policies not wait till after you pay or expect you to read it on the receipt. Never again will I go there or send anyone that way. It is beyond ridiculous!

No stars if I could. Ive never been to this store before this week but when I went in I was treated HORRIBLY. I will never send anyone in here nor recommend anyone to here. When I walked in a gentlemen blocked me from the scrubs I was wanting to try on and told me that I was not allowed to try anything on unless I was 100% positive I would be purchasing them from this store. Then after I told him I would like to try on first before I made a purchasing decision, he grabbed the paper in my hand (rudely) that held the scrub colors I needed and took them to another lady which she then approached me and continued to tell me about their try on policy. To conclude this review I would like to note that I then went to ALAMEDA MEDICAL SUPPLY and they were nothing but smiles and super nice to me! They helped me try on every size and style I needed and offered to order whatever they did not have in my size. I had such a wonderful visit with the workers.
