They laughed at me for being fat, HORRIBLE customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this store to my most hated person.

Customer service was all over the place. The store was packed. There was no social distancing, and by the time we found what we were interested in, we couldnt be helped.

They never have my size in stock on any styles I want to purchase. Their ship-to-store option takes 2 days longer than online retailers can have drlivered to my door.

Was looking for a pair of Vans for my daughter and stopped by this Journeys location. Henry was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I bought the shoes and got home, they didnt fit. So the next day I go back and Henrys working again. I return the shoes and go home with the correct size. Henry is a great employee awesome customer service skills.

Body shamers

The other night I happened to stop by Journeys. I wasnt planning on buying anything. I just wanted to look around. As soon as I walked up, I was greeted with huge smiles and ready-to-help-attitudes. I didnt get the ladys name but she was extremely nice. She was very informative. She even laughed and joked with me. She gave me a very good experience even though she knew I wasnt planning on spending money. I will definitely be going back!!!

Our sales girl was very helpful and took care of with both my girls shoes

I went in there for the harry potter vans like a few months ago and this guy names eric helped me. He was kinda nice but he either smokes alot of weed or is in a relationship with a skunk because we could smell it threw the spray he used before work. We did not end up getting the shoes. We actually left before he came back with the shoes and we didnt really trust that he would grab the right shoe.
