Sued my restaurant during covid over dish soap, sent in a rep, I said I would go with them as long as we werent locked into a contract. They forged my signature and said they would drop the suit if I stuck to minimum weekly payments. Sent in another rep who tried to upsell and had no idea they were trying to sue us. I said send somebody who knows what your company is doing to my business. Once lawyers got involved they said they would provide services if paid upfront. We agreed. Their lawyers came back saying we changed our mind we just want our money Cintas and their lawyers are crooks. Save yourself the embarrassment and headache and use another company.

Never got a call back regarding my uniforms that smell really bad it’s been going on for months but yet being charged every time
