They were very help in helping me find yellow tile. They found it and kept it f I r us until our new house was built. Everyone at this store was extremely nice. I have been waiting three and a half months for my floor to be installed. I have already paid for the floor but still I have no floor. Karen has not kept me informed. I have had to make all contacts between us, this is not the service I expected from a company that I have spent $5000 with!! I will not make this mistake again.

We bought ceramic tile and a 10x13 rug from Allisons for our home remodel. Karen made my experience so personal and stress free. I love my product of course, its gorgeous; but the way she took care of us throughout the entire process is what made, what is usually a stressful process, completely painless. After looking at floor samples at several stores in Corpus Christi we settled on Allison flooring. Settled was the correct word. I was tired of shopping. What I didnt realize was the great follow up work after the sale. Karen came and measured the room and the stairs within several days. The material was ordered and arrived on time and delivered the day before as requested. Nick was one of three installers, he was upbeat and great at communication. Always calling me up to instruct and inspect and clarify the next step.We will certainly be working with them again. Highly recommended.
