Just had an altercation with customer service. They called in for verification over 30 minutes after a false alarm and persisted in arguing with me that the call was 4 minutes after. Things got heated and now Im looking for a new provider after more than 10+ years. Im very disappointed and highly unsatisfied. You dont side with a computer over your customer in a situation like this. She should have said Oh! It looks like there may be an issue with the system.....Not You are wrong Sir!. No stars from me!!! Only put One so I can post. Also, this isnt the first time they call late!
