Customers for years until we tried to get serviced and they never could do what they said they would, damaged our ceiling without repairing it, and have taken money and lied to us countless times. The amount of hours I have spent on the phone with them trying to get money back that they took AFTER we cancelled service with them is ridiculous! Save your money and time and go with Vivint!
