Today is Tuesday and they asked for delivery of my sign NEXT TUESDAY!!!!!my sign was simply a few letters with my company name and DOT number.not so FAST signs wants a week to print a few words for my truck door!!! LOL

I’m not a fan of the customer service. From phone etiquette to in person visit. I went in the office today so Cissy could see the project I am working on. I am not familiar with printing materials which is why I went to FastSigns for expertise. They were my FIRST go-to for my project. I went in there excited to get educated on what they could do, and during my visit I felt attitude given by Cissy and she made me feel like I was stupid. I am huge on customer service. Without people calling and walking into your business, you have no business. Cissy, I bet you are highly knowledgeable in this field, but please be kind.

From the moment I walked in to Fastsigns in Corpus Christi, I felt welcome and among creative personnel who worked to fulfill my needs and helped me achieved the look I wanted on my signs. Sissy was a great help. She helped me design the directional signs for my sons wedding at Lake Corpus Christi State Park. The design turned out exactly the way our bride wanted it. It was elegant and informational. I got lost getting to the right place in the park, but when we put up the signs, no one else had a problem with the directions.
