Was given a recommendation from a another moving company to compare pricing.The gentleman was great friendly had great conversation.When it came time to give me the price. It was a a couple thousand more than the 2 other companies. As soon as I was trying to negotiate a lower price .It was if I was wasting his time and hurried out the front door.He said he would email me the info. He NEVER did

I was looking forward to a positive experience w VIP transport as they were shared to me as a good option to consider.Called their 800 number at least twice, was told to contact, either a Christine or Kimberly, I asked for either when I called, was told told they were both busy, by a very nice lady and if Id like to leave a voicemail. I left a vmail w my contact info and no one got back to me on my first call. Tried calling again, same thing and no call back, again. Yesterday (11/23/20) was glad to see a note/reply back on this thread from them, they recommended I call them again at their 800 number. Unfortunately after my experience calling multiple times not sure I want to do so. But because someone took the time to reply I decided to elaborate on my poor experience with VIP transport.

They took me in for delivery, one day earlier...That says everything!Thank you very much VIP Transport!

Very pleased with the move as a whole. Everyone from the surveyor, to the move rep, to the driver were very friendly and helpful. All deadlines were met, and we did not have any damages or issues with anything. I highly recommend giving VIP a call if you want a good reliable move.

They did not load all of my belongings. When they are arrived, they were unable to out two beds together because the packers missed placed my screws. Its been 4 days and they have yet to resolve my problem.

We had a exceptional moving experience with Mayflower. Everything went very well from the initial interview to establish the price and procedure, to the packing and the actual move. I especially want to highlight the exceptional support provided by our moving consultant, Michelle Galban out of the Corona, CA office. She handled all of the process of getting us moved and what I really appreciated was she would call me to check in on progress including the progress of the truck once the actual move commenced. I unequivocally recommend Mayflower for anyones move.

I highly recommend this company!When you move to another state 1300 miles away, there is much more that you need to do over and above just packing your belongings in boxes. So while I was inundated with a plethora of details— details such as researching and learning about how to live in a different climate zone, preparations to live in that climate zone before actually moving, and a few important escrow snags— I dreaded the task of having to rent a truck, find loaders in Southern California and unloaders in my final destination, not to mention towing my vehicle without any real experience driving a 15 foot moving truck with a car tow trailer over a period of three days. Additionally, my move required me to drive this rig in possible snowy and icy conditions through mountain passes, so I consulted with Mayflower VIP’s sales agent Jesse Bolado and two other large moving companies. I was more than pleasantly surprised by Jesse’s initial quote and believed that paying roughly $500 more to VIP Transport rather than doing it myself would be so much easier and reduce my stress levels enormously, so it was a no-brainer to accept Mayflower VIP’s offer instantly.It gets better. Next I was handed over to Michele Galban who pleasantly consulted with me thrice-weekly as I departed in the comfortable safety of my car as the company loaded my belongings.Michele was incredibly kind, courteous, and understanding about all of my concerns. She deftly coordinated with the moving men who would have to unload household items in snow, slush, and rain without me having to be concerned about possible damages to the staircase and a nice front deck. She handled the most minute details and communicated my concerns to those who were going to deliver the items, and when the moving van finally arrived in January with snow and ice on the ground, everything went extraordinarily smoothly. All of this required constant communication back-and-forth between me and Michele, and each and every time we talked, texted, or emailed, she was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and most helpful. I actually enjoyed talking to her on the long drive in my cAlthough the initial quote provided that the moving van would arrive in the new destination by December 30, for unknown reasons it arrived nine days late. Michele informed me that for each day the shipment was late, VIP Transport would return to me $100 per day. I was unaware of this policy and was thankful and relieved. Additionally, the Mayflower corporate office in St. Louis Missouri, called me and confirmed this fact and informed me that the actual weight was less than estimated, which resulted in another $200 reduction in my costs. All told, a professional moving company handled my move at LESS COST than for me to do it myself!Would I use this company again should I move in the future? Absolutely yes and without hesitation. It would be an understatement to say that I’m a happy camper.Thank you all very much. Readers: please consider generously tipping the loading and unloading personnel.

We moved into a townhome and they worked tirelessly through Southern Californias scorching weather and with two moms who seemed to have kept everything through the years.They were quick,  they handled the items carefully, they were friendly, and just went out of their way to assure everything was placed in their proper location.

More than satisfied with VIP when dealing with my move. Each person I came into contact with was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Moving is stressful enough and they made it as smooth as possible!

Be careful if moving across the nation. If I had it to do over, I would select a company that doesnt contract everything out. No accountability. I spent months organizing treasured pictures and woodworking projects which are now forever lost. Nobody asked before deciding what I could or couldnt keep. Limited weight was wasted by packing canned goods rather than personal items. Cherishable items were taken apart, but the hardware is gone, so I cant reassemble with the original hardware used by my Great Great Uncle. I offered to pack hand made things. Was told they had special boxes & packing material. Pictures show treaures treated like trash.

I can not say enough about this company! They made a very stressful cross country move very easy. They kept me informed and updated every step of the way. They made me a very happy camper!

It was awful. Boxes piled improperly and many boxed items were broken. The furniture was even worse. Storage units were not climate controlled. The antiques were dried out, brittle and many were broken.
