The five star reviews (which is all of them, for everything) make this the same place its ever been. I used to go here to buy a tool I knew I would break before the end of the job. That has not changed. I could keep bashing but the quality has come up in several areas. The drill bits I purchased were ground so poorly all they did was glow red and BEND. Good luck, just purchase with a little bit of caution and a lot of understanding youre probably not going to get what you pay for.

Some what uncormfortable, I noticed latley they keep on trying to push the extended warraranty on their products, up to a point when I feel unconfortable after I told them NO, 2 times, the girl even told me thay there not responsible after 90 days.

HF has good products at great prices... Their product quality seems to be improving, customer support us great!

Ive been coming here since this location opened an never once have I had a bad experience. I mean sure the product are more for diy people and not contractors but everytime Ive had something break or not work theyve always helped me out. Ubaldo the supervisor is always on top of things and does a great job remembering returning customers and making me feel at home. Definitely check this place out and dont forget that theres always a digital coupon for 20%

Always looking for customer service and no one is there to help. Store is very dirty bathrooms are not clean. Lady around her 30’s short blonde hair was very impolite she gave me attitude.

Went to find a tool box for my sister for Christmas and found the perfect one just what we’d been searching for unfortunately it was not purchased. Anytime we asked questions in regards this item the cashier “patty” had the worst attitude I have ever dealt with in any store in a long time. My mother asked about the product and if it could be ordered or even called for at a different location where she then had a sour attitude again answering “No” then when asked about using a coupon when we decided to purchase anyways she told us it could not be used if we’d just read the fine print. This cashier has no business working with public or at bare min needs to be in the back where there is no customer contact. The item was not purchased just due to this little girls attitude. Will not be retiring here. in these times no one needs a person like this patty being the face they are welcomed with.

Not bad prices, but nothing unbelievably cheap either. Out of maybe 8 - 10 items purchased, at least 2 - 3 rang up higher than the shelf tag indicated. Never a confidence builder.

Good place for tools

It was a quick stop and go. There was a long line but they had 4 registers open so it was a breeze. Parking was available and clean with new black top and lines. I stoped by for load securing straps. The selection was poor. Only option was good enough. The rest of the options where empty. I wanted some heavy duty top of the line but settled for the bare minimum. I wanted to take another star because of the music that was blasting. Horrible choice of station for a bunch of guys working.

Super friendly staff. They lost my order after making a mistake ordering it. Six weeks later my tool cabinet came in and they never called as promised when it did show up. Frustrated to say the least BUT their staff was helpful each time I inquired.

This is a newer store, well maintained an well stocked, normally. Be there early on sale days.There are many tradesmen in Corona shopping early and stuff can sell out fast. They are pretty good at restocking, and rain checks so to speak.

Got the New Years ad in the mail on 1/3/17... 25% off coupon expires 1/1/17, try and redeem it and get told we dont except it after the expiration date and I tell her even if you dont ship the ad after the expectation date? And then she says correct if you receive our emails you would of gotten the 25% off from there... so me and my 2 other family members receive junk ads in the mail and get quality service. Only 25% coupon all year and cant redeem it QUALITY SERVICE

For the stuff you didnt think you need. Always good for a quick stop when you need something now, prices are good, a lot of stuff is pretty good quality. I have a couple of tools that had to buy in a pinch and they work a lot better than i expected.
