Install went smooth and had no issues. Windows look excellent and look professionally installed so you get what you pay for. The installers were very careful, clean, and took the install serious which was nice.

I first purchased patio doors at the beginning of the year 2000. These aged out so I had to purchase new ones. Hometime did a perfect job of installing them but I now I needed new entry doors and again Hometime stepped up to to the plate. I now have a beautiful set of doors that were perfectly installed. We had windows done on 6/18/2021 so far so good..they look good and I trust the product.. presentation prior to buying was good and you saw many examples and even felt the difference with the windows with a heat lamp to act like the sun and heat outside. We got our windows installed and Frank and Jacob were on time!!! Early by 5-10 mins. Very friendly. Professional. Cared out the house (rug and floor) kept masks on the whole time, even when they worked outside. I have a newborn and they made sure their phones were on vibrate.

I spent my summer doing a lot of house fix-ups. HomeTime by far is the most responsive, honest and professional group of workers from the salesman Mike to the Crew of Carlos, Eduardo and two other extremely kind and hardworking members of the crew. They replaced 3 sliders and 51 windows in 4 days. They were on time each day, constantly informed me of any concerns or issues. They were good to my dogs as well, dog sitting when I left my home to run errands. I highly recommend HomeTime and will use them again for any future needs.

Windows were intstalled on committed date. Installers, Frank and Jacob, did an excellent job. All areas of work were protected and areas vaccumed after completion. One window took a little longer to install because the old window protruded too far. So they reworked the old frame, so the new window would fit as it should.I will gladly recommend Hometime Windows and doors to others.

We noticed a huge difference with the window that was installed. We used to hear the ac outside running but with this argon-filled window and door, we dont hear it anymore. Not to mention the ambient noise coming from the freeway nearby.I received a follow up call from Alex, who is the owner of the company. I was surprised by this follow-up call. He was asking if there is anything that theyve missed for the installation and promised that if theres anything, they will be out to make it right.I say the product quality is just as good as brand name products. Their windows and doors are manufactured at their facility so definitely American made which is a plus.There is room for improvement on four-panel doors not in quality, but the design. It would be nice if the dummy door can have some sort of a latch to hold it firm to easily lock or latch the other door to it. I would love to have the improvement for my four-panel door.Overall, Hometime WIndows is a solid company providing excellent customer service and high quality products. We just recently had Hometime Windows & Doors replace 18 windows and a sliding second story balcony door after having them install a sliding patio door back in July 2020. The experience with Danny and Eli on the first installation in 2020 and the follow up with Todd on a minor detail with the first patio screen door assured me the confidence to go through with a much larger project of replacing the rest of our remaining windows and sliding door with them. I was not disappointed, their professionalism to their craft, follow through and outstanding customer service was second to none. On top of that we have high quality windows and sliding doors with a warranty that is by far the best available for windows and doors. Furthermore, they are locally owned, and the windows and sliding doors are locally manufactured- supporting local businesses is important to our local economy. After having my windows installed by Hometime Windows, I can honestly say that I would recommend them. Initial consult was great and what they priced is what was the cost of the project was. Installation was done in one day for 14 windows!There were missing screens on 3 of them which left us disappointed but ensured us they would come back to install them once the manufacturer had them ready. I figured I would have to chase them the next week about my screens since who knows if they actually would do what they said they would.The owner called me the following Monday to see how installation went and I did share about our missing screens. He promptly followed up to make sure they were brought that very week. When was the last time an owner of a company called you after a service? We really did appreciate him calling us! We had some minor touches that we wanted fixed and their scheduling team made sure to follow up with me and bring someone over to fix any last touches. I felt bad about having them come and fix those minor things but they did not hesitate and someone did come at the scheduled time (again following thru!).Go with a company that will install your windows and follow thru if you do happen to have any concerns. It is honestly refreshing to work with a company that is this professional. I was initially reserved about their high ratings/reviews but I can personally attest that they are the real deal. After being quoted $1,000 per window ($21,000 total) from another company, we were able to get them all installed for less than half that price. We paid less than $10,000 for 21, high quality windows. Stoked!I expected to get windows. I expected it to take 2 days. I expected to have a mess when the crew was done.I got 21 windows replaced. Israel & Nate had a window to show up between 8 & 9. They were onsite at 8:15 and working by 8:30.When they showed up with just 2 guys I was like You know we have 21 windows to install, right? They did. They removed all the old windows, installed the new ones, cleaned up after themselves, and were gone by 3pm. No joke!Yes, they cleaned up after themselves. Before they started working, they laid heavy drop-cloths around the whole house. When they were finished working, they swept and vacuumed the area they were working in. They washed all the windows. They literally cleaned up after themselves. AWESOME!!!And the windows are excellent!The house is quieter.The heater is running less.Everything looks great.I cant complain at all! Hometime Windows and Doors has been a pleasure doing business with. From start to finish, very professional. I needed four windows replaced, two direct-west facing and two north facing windows. They were over 20 years old and during one summer afternoon, the interior temperature on the windows was 159 degrees! After installing the Low-e/argon filled windows, the interior temperature on the window read 94 degrees, and it was even a hotter day than when I took the temperature on the old windows! The house is noticeably cooler and my sons bedroom and the upstairs is REALLY noticeably cooler! Hometime will also be installing a door in a few weeks, and I have no doubt that will proceed with the professionalism I experienced with the windows. I am glad I went with Hometime!

Paul and Danny were great to work with. We got multiple quotes for our home windows and once we met Paul we were done. Paul did not try to pressure us into anything he just made sure he offered what we needed. We walked in at almost closing time and he still took the time to show us the product and how its made. Our home had the original single pane windows from when it was built and two of them were tricky corner windows. I expressed my concern to him and he didnt promise anything, instead he had his installer Danny come out to make sure they can get the job done right. It took multiple trips out and a few different installation ideas were presented. We finally decided to move forward and they installed 11 windows in 2 days. Danny and his guys were very professional and clean. They stayed an extra couple hours the 2nd day just to make sure to complete the job right. I must say hometime windows and doors was an absolutely pleasant experience. From the original job walk all the way through the actual work being done. Clean and professional all the way. Also the pricing was very good as well. I was able to trust them to complete work without supervision on my part as well. I recently purchased an older home that needed updating. I had six windows replaced and couldnt be happier with them. Hometime had the best price amongst the quotes I received and the quality of the windows is more than worth what I paid. I live close to the 15 freeway and noise reduction was important. I opted for the sound package on my windows. The amount of noise they block is phenomenal! A huge difference. The guys who did the install were great. They were friendly and professional, worked quickly, left no mess behind, and did very good work. I love my new windows. I have future projects that will require windows and will definitely use Hometime again.

We had 5 companies giving us quotes for our sliding door but Jaime from Hometime was very detail & professional never pressured us to make a decision and answered all our questions on the phone as well as via email. Ive recently have had a bit of work done to my house and these guys were the best to work with in all my experiences! I had them replace some rather old windows in some bedrooms and dinning room. The install was extremely quick and detailed. As I watched them I was able to tell how experienced they were. It seemed like second nature to them. Best of all, all the rooms I had my windows done feel dramatically better! I never knew how much of a change getting the windows replaced would be but they do. I initially went with Hometime since they had the best price I could find and ended up getting the best service I could find as well!

The Install of 11 windows and Sliding Door plus Doggie door was done very professionally and quick, Israel & Nat started around 8:00 am finished around 3:00pm nice clean up as they went along at the end, at my home in La Habra I was very happy that I had this company and Salesman Jaime was very helpful and instrumental getting our bid and staying in contact with us throughout the project. I had retrofit (blown in) insulation installed in my home about a month ago. I am impressed with the efficiency and great customer service of Home Performance Matters. I actually changed my mind last minute because I decided to have the insulation installed from the outside of the house instead of from the interior and HPM had no problem in changing the order and as an added bonus, they maintained the original price. The guys that did the work were amazing. They were on time and worked very quickly. They were meticulous in the finish of their work and made sure the portion of the walls I didnt want touched were bypassed accessing those areas from another location. They left everything clean afterward, removing any debris that may have fallen during the installation process. I immediately felt the difference in temperature within the house. Previous to the installation, the walls would get hot to the touch on a sunny day.So far, the interior temprature has been kept very well increasing the comfort level within the home. I cant wait until summer, Ill finally be able to live comfortably within my home!!Thank you HPM!!

I cant say enough good things about this company, its owners and especially the staff that made my project a reality. The work that is done requires a large investment in time and funds. As such you want the work to be commensurate to the price. I wasnt disappointed with any aspect. I made sure to do my research and I got some quotes and not only did Home Performance Matters / Hometime Windows provide the lowest bid, it also provided the most services. In all I replaced all my windows (12 in all) with double paned low E glass (along with a sliding glass door with blinds built into the door) as well as removal /replacement of attic insulation and new wall insulation. The entire process was hassle free, transparent and with no aggressive tactics. Beginning with Jim Hofar on initial inspection all of my questions were answered and honest advice was given in regards to some issues specific to my home. I was even able to save some money by removing some of the old attic insulation myself. That alone is testament as to how this company is willing to work with you and your budget to achieve your goals. The installation process was even better. Special thanks go out to those tasked with the actual work on the project. That includes Ricardo and Luis with insulation removal and installation as well as Israel and Nate with windows. They were all professional, punctual, respectful and were always willing to answer my questions and provide information in regards to the work being done. They make writing this review extremely easy. I also have to say that even the owners reached out post project to check on my opinion of the work.
