So today is September 8, 2021 I just left the pharmacist I had to call it almost 9 PM because the manufacture change the color of the prescription and I didn’t understand it I thought maybe I had the wrong medication no that was not the case the pharmaceutical changes colors I love this pharmacist they have make sure my medicine is always right and what I’m allergic to leave at 9 o’clock at night my name is Christine Williams and my husband and I Dan Williams love the pharmacist and the staff at the store thank you so much for keeping us safe and answering all the questions and always kind

Been shopping here since a new one opened down the street from me. Got both my Covid 19 shots there and get my blood pressure meds here as well.

It was almost like going to thrifts for ice cream in the old days before they had millenials and ice cream was ten cents a scoop

Saturday may 15 2021 I was made line to buy ice cream cone service for 15 minutes when I tried to make my order the employee in services told my I need to wait for another 15 minutes because his was going to take a break, there was me and others two customers. It is so ridiculous and very frustrating for me

Still waiting on Covid results. Called and was referred to the website which is not helpful at all. I do not recommend getting a test through Rite Aid.

I bought enfamil infant formula for my 1 month old newborn that expired 3 months ago at this location. I was at the store on and bought the formula on 25Dec2020 and the expiry date on the box was 01Oct2020. I went back to the store to complain why I was given expired formula (from behind the cashier counter). I was told the manager was not at the store and simply given another carton of formula expiring in about 1 month. This is a concern that old formula is being sold here and I wasnt properly addressed regarding this issue since management was not present that day. I had to go twice to the store and paid for formula that had expired and given another one that will soon expire.

Unhelpful staff, a kiosk can do a better job then their cashier

Big line no help at all. I had one item and was standing in the line for 15 minutes this is ridiculous. This store need a good management. They need to hire some good hard workers & most of them lazy ass

Rite aid is okay though last time I went there was only one worker with checkout & ice cream. They have a lot of helpful stuff just to stop by but there ice cream is getting pretty expensive.

The place looks great and all but if you see a long ass line at the ice cream please send a second person to help in that area.

Hopeless worker and they do not maintain the store, no help at all Western Union phone is not working there’s no pen there’s no piece of paper to write the number. I wonder why they’re too slow nobody like them

We went to the new Rite Aid on Ontario Ave to get some Ice Cream...the lady serving the ice cream was in a bad mood. She greeted us by saying. The only ice cream left is whats on the left side...there was no hello, or smile...just the crappy news that there was only a few ice creams available, as she turned her back to us....my wife then asked kindly, oh, did the other side go bad?...and ofcourse.. the volture answered her with her back still turned, Its just unavailable!....lol...wont be back to this rite aid.
