Two old ladies working there were rude. Laughing at me because I didnt want to use the kiosk. You ladies are pathetic.

This is the second time Ive had an issue with the photo center here. my photos were misprinted with blue marks, whether from their printer or the way their computer downloaded the file Im not sure. when I asked for assistance, the employee tried to tell me it was probably a watermark from my photographer and to try again with the instant print (which costs twice as much). no, thanks.

When the staff bring their A-Game I receive texts before I leave the DRs office indicating they received a prescription, and its ready for pickup by the time I arrive. Other times theres no text, when I check the app it says the Rx is in process, and will stay at that status sometimes until I call a day or two later. At their worst, staff will make up excuses as to why they cant find another store with stock during a backorder. Service is highly variable. Other locations have provided a much more consistent & higher standard of service.

This is the ONLY pharmacy that Ive ever dealt with where they just dont answer the phone!! Its 525pm they close at 10pmShift change perhaps?. Ive been calling for 25 mins!!Sick people dont need this kind of stress... mgr needs to hire a phone person.

Do not go to this location for your flu shot. I made an appointment and they still made me wait 45 minutes and refill out paperwork. We are in the middle of a pandemic and they kept me waiting in front of the pick up line at a pharmacy. Was this a joke??

Just a few blocks away from my home its always so nice to not have to get out of the car if youre just picking up medication at the drive-thru!!❣️😂

No notification that all covid-19 tests were cancelled that day and was turned away flat out; no reason or suggestions to other testing options given. Pharmacy was verbally combative.

Worst customer service at a CVS I have ever been at. There is an employee that just loves to get in arguments with every customer. For absolutely no reason. Sad really

This afternoon I was in for a quick purchase. Right as I walked in the door, I was approached by a homeless man. No problems but right after Christopher, the stores security, checked on me, made sure the man had left and walked me to my car. Even the lady in front of me was so impressed with the courtesy and genuine concern for my safety and that of the customers. Thank again, Christopher.... you are a class act!

I love this CVS 1 reason is u don’t have to walk all the way to the back to get your prescriptions!It’s right up front. Since I have been using this store the personal that works here are very nice and so are the pharmacist! Very high prices and fake advertising for free rewards .

Today I went to this store and I just wanted to buy a gallon of milk for my baby and the female employee told me very rudely that it was already closed and I only asked her to come and buy milk for my daughter, it was a very rude attitude

So I noticed most of the reviews are older. In the past I have had a few negative experiences. Tonight I’m happy to report a good experience. We went tonight to pick up a new medication. We went inside at 8:40p.m.The drive through was open a pleasant surprise! After Hadi ( cashier /counter person /pharmacist? ) finished with the car there he walked over smiled and greeted my husband and myself. Hadi asked if we has a CVS card. I didn’t have it and he searched the computer and found it with ease. Nice!We paid and he noted it was a new prescription and mentioned a few details about taking it and asked if my husband had any questions.Nice guy, good experience. Not sure if he’s new but I felt he deserved a mention.

Their liquor aisle is constantly empty, so dont waste your time stopping in here for it. No other CVS has this issue, they need to figure it out.

Went in for an item that was advertised as on sale but this store did not have it in stock, when I asked the cashier if they had any more in the wharehouse she was very nice and got the manager for me, he explained that they dont carry that specific brand but was very nice and let me pick a better brand for the other items advertised price....ended up saving around $28... very good customer service..

Great customer service and very friendly staff. Im always greeted and i absolutely love just walking in and seeing all the wide variety of makeup. The aisles are always clean and theres never a wait for pharmacy pick up.

Fantastic service, quick prescription fills, great instructions on how to take medicine. Always greeted both at the door and at the prescription drug area.

They told me within an hour my prescription was going to be ready. Do take notice that I was told withIN an hour. I came to pick up my prescription and said excuse my twice without anyone taking acknowledgement of me. I decided to wait till they finally made eye contact with me. That took approximately 15 minutes. The line behind me was aggravated as well. When they finally got up to the counter they told me that it would be another half an hour. I told the guy that I was told the prescription would be done within an hour and he rudely said well as you can see we are busy. I understand that maybe they are busy but if they hadnt ignored me for a good fifteen minutes and then simply said Im so sorry but your prescription will be out as soon as possible then there would be no problem.

This is the worse CVS in the country. No, this is the wise store in the country. I have never seen a store so consistently disappoint, lie, and be completely useless. The employees have lied to face many times about my prescriptions. They make up fake laws when they dont have my prescription ready or say they dont have it. I hate everything about this place.

Useless. The staff here is so rude. Esp at the pharmacy. So unwilling to help. They NEVER have my prescription in stock. Theyve hung up on me multiple times. Lied about my refills saying theyll give me enough to get through a weekend and they only gave me a days worth and wouldnt get more in until Monday. So I had to suffer for 2 days. Staff at the counter for checkout sucks too! Chillin on their phones texting while youre waiting for them to ring up your items and completely ignoring you. So glad I took my prescriptions and business elsewhere!

Horrible CVS with the rudest pharmacy staff. Especially the male pharm tech with glasses. They all treat you like your stupid. They dont know how to run insurance & they arent helpful at all

Rude lady at the front, was deliberately lied to by the pharmacist too at the drive thru, went into the pharmacy to talk to another pharmacist and told me they had the presceiption which was supposedly not available according to the drive thru lady. Avoid this location.

I only use drive up now, was told no public rest room. We are only a name and birth date there. Im a 16 year customer . I go to the other guys for anything else now. They unlock restroom door of you have to use facility. Screw u

There’s a few other CVS around here, us any other one. The pharmacy is always a problem. Employees have no idea what they’re doing.

Came out of dentist from having lots of pain.Dropped off prescription and they said 30 min took over an hour. Ridiculous..

There is a Bank of America ATM in the parking lot. Propane exchange and water machine to fill your bottles are available here as well. Restrooms are now closed to the public here.

This pharmacy has the worst service, they care more about talking to do their job, they take a long time to give the medicine, we wanted to use the bathroom after almost an hour of waiting for the medicine and first have to look if I waited for a medicine

I have no problem with the pharmacy, but they themselves give coupons that are not accepted later, horrible service from the cashier, they should take customer service courses.

I love the staff that have very helpful and compressive

Now it turns out that I must use 1 coupon per product that I want to buy per person in any transaction I make when in any cvs I can use 4 coupons of the same product and they say that it is their new policy.
