Been trying to get correct parts for my car since July, they shipped incorrect parts, all they have done is give me a runaround, every week they claim they are sending me the correct parts, I will no longer do business with these crooks

If it were not for a back ordered part from an order I placed in November 2020’ I would give them better ratings. Back order was for the air brackets on a mustang 11 a-arm air ride kit. I first found out about them on FB when I had placed the order. After trying and trying and trying to get the air brackets I give up. Want to point out I spoke with Chris shipping guy and nothing, spoke with Thomas owner and nothing and about 5-6weeks ago I spoke to another guy named Mark. He told me they would be receiving the air brackets and other stock items the week I spoke with him. Told me he’d get the brackets and would throw in the hardware for all the inconveniences. Boy I thought wow something is really gonna happen this time and I’ll finally get my parts. But nothing. Won’t even return my calls and/or text. To bad!!!! I’m currently in escrow with my new business venture startup building classics.

Order a carrier bareing March 8th of 2021. Received my conformation that day, and the money was also taken out of my bank account. March 16th I emailed them in regards to my bareing, no reply. The next day I called and they told me it was shipped out and theyd send me the tracking information. I never received anything. Another week came and still no bareing. I called them and left a voice mail stating I never received my tracking number or my bareing. They called me back the next day apologizing about how they have been moving shops and its been holding them up. Finally March 23rd it was delivered. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and the efficiency of their work standards. I wouldnt recommend buy a single thing from them if your a hurry for your car or honestly wanting your part semi soon. I am very disappointed.

I bought a 4-bar rear suspension kit from these guys, and with a 90” wheelbase, the 26-27” bars were just too long to work. The kit was generic so I figured it would need modifications anyway, but rather than cut the Tig-welded bars and shorten then, I called to see if they happened to have shorter bars so I could just bolt them up. They searched through their archives and came up with 18” bars that needed a little thread cleanup- but at an outstanding price delivered to my door! Plug and play!

Bought mustang II brake kit 4.5x5 or 4 3/4 on 5 came in 4.5 needed 4 3/4 x 5 set out to switch studs cracked on every lug onwer thomas said he woul replace 3 weeks just long enough so ebay wont take return so i have a unusable kit from them wont even return phone call P.O.S business

I put an order in for rear disc conversion kit and ended up changing my mind the next day and cancelled the order. It has been over 3 weeks and no refund still Ive spoken to them multiple times and they keep telling me that the money will be refunded but never does. I will now have to go and dispute the charge with my bank. Dont make the mistake of buying from this company. Their customer service is terrible.

Ordered a complete IFS with air ride for a 48 Chevy truck. Had no problems, they sent good components and everything needed at the best price youll find anywhere.

Do not buy from this place. if you have an issue or need a part warrantied out it will not happe . they will tell you they are shipping a replacement and then after weeks go by you call to find out where the replacement is you will be told. well.....we dknt have it in stock
