Awesome business! I ordered some shock bushing sleeves. They emailed literally less than 30 minutes later and said those were out of stock. I asked if they had anything else in same ID and OD dimensions. Chris said they had chromoly tube with the same ID and OD. A foot was $7.49. Saved me $50!! Thanks Chris!!!

I ordered online and was contacted to let me know one of my items is on back order. My project is very time sensitive ... and they had the only parts that would work. I started to panic a little and called to find out if they had an alternative suggestion. The only alternative was 4x the price and made of a material that wouldnt work out for what I was doing. Then came Brad... he was simply OUTSTANDING!!! He even offered me the part number for another company so I could complete my project which is way above and beyond amazing customer service! Before I could even order the part... he called me back to let me know he may have found the part at his partner company and was going to see if he could drive over the the next day to verify. When I ordered parts from this company I specifically went to their website to get their part numbers for them as I didn’t have room for mistakes. I asked if parts could go out Monday so they could arrive Tuesday and I was told no problem. I got my parts Wednesday night. My packing slip had the right part numbers but my parts were wrong. The part number didn’t match the packing slip. I called Thursday to have the error corrected and asked that the replacement parts be overnighted so I would receive them Friday. Here it is Saturday and I still have no parts. I called and got two things. Attitude and “not my department”. Never ordering from these clowns again. Beware.

Bought a set of rims from these guys found out I didnt need them returned them before the 7 days and they charged me $61 for a restocking fee this place is a rip off just ripping off the little guy all you had to do is walk the rims over to the window where they were sitting before $61 I couldnt believe it so be careful what you buy here make sure you need it cuz youre going to get a restocking fee if you want to return anything

Went in just for a set of wheel spacers after 4 wheel parts wanted to argue with me on my vehicles lug pattern. they had them in stock, would have Been in and out within 15 mins or so but they have so many extra parts it’s hard to not look around and see what you may need. Ordered a 930 CV from them. It wasnt assembled correctly - didnt realize until I had already packed it and put it on axle shaft and bolted to trans. Wouldnt fully articulate. Had to take it apart and reassemble correctly - repacking and all.

Great products, lacking in the shipping department. Takes a few days to ship, no provisions for shipment calculations (its 2020. They figured this out 15 years ago) got a paypal message requesting shipment payment as opposed to an actual email notification. If you have an offroad race car you will inevitably need parts for it. Kartek has a huge inventory of parts and the majority of the staff are very competent when it comes to making part number recommendations. If you have never been there before the counters are sort of divided up into different specialties. Rather than describe the entire store layout I will just recommend that you select either the Buggy or Truck department based on your needs. Each has staff that sort of specialize in those different types of vehicles. Sylvester in Trucks is super helpful (and knowledgeable) and Dave in Buggies are my Go To guys.

I didnt realized I had called on a day the shop was closed. Regardless, someone picked up and I asked my question. Unfortunately they didnt carry what I need.
