Very helpful staff thanks guys helping me get our buggy going again after sitting 23 years in storage

First time at this business, when one person didnt have the answer they took the time to introduce me to someone who specialized in that topic. I feel whether you know what you need or need help determining fitment or quality they align themselves with your best interest and did not just make the sale and send me away. Very hard to find shops like this anymore. With getting into building a new buggy from scratch or maintaining the one I have, thus far I will choose to purchase from this shop and will update my review in six months. Thanks guys and keep up the customer service.

Stopped by needing some parts for a beetle and they were nice enough to help out with advice. Never felt rushed and were plenty friendly. Recently needed some seat covers and they had a great price with free shipping so I thought I would give them a shot. I only ordered one at first as I was not sure how they would fit. The seat cover came incredibly well packaged the day after I had ordered it. They even put cardboard where I would be cutting the tape to open the box to protect the seat cover. It fit even better than I could have hoped so I ordered another. Once again it arrived the next day. This time the packaging was not as good. They had placed straps around the cover to make it more compact. I was worried at first because the straps left marks on the covers. The marks seam to have worked themselves out but I think the straps are a bad idea.

Had a problem with one of there gas tanks leaking. Sent the video right over to them of the problem. They called right back and we were able to work out a deal.

Their fuel tanks leak from the cap and they know this. They Recommended I try finding a bigger o ring and it may help. I would not risk my life. Never going to purchase anything else from this company.

Best place for sand rail and vw beetle parts. This place has the most vw beetle parts i know. The staff is also super knowledgeable. If you have a classic bug or sand rail this is the place.

The customer service is better than any iv had in the past. I ordered a few parts online and when I opened them 1 part had been mistaken for a different while paking and just a few emails sent to Christopher he sent me the correct part and let me keep the other free of charge. I couldnt be happier

I paid extra for this order to be shipped by priority mail. Why was it shipped UPS ground, that will take A week to arrive?

Not Recommended; at least for Internet retail sales. I ordered a small nylon flag for my whip antenna for $7.50. They added a handling charge of $5.00 and I thought, Well maybe this isnt such a good deal, but I need it anyway. Later, they added $8.95 in freight charges for the same little flag.I called customer service and told them that I thought we had a misunderstanding; but customer service at Pacific Customs was dead set on their extra $8.95! I normally expect to pay shipping charges on internet orders, but I thought this was a promotion for free shipping. Otherwise, I would have never bought it.Additionally, the customer service was poor. Pacific Customs seemed to be more like high school senior project than a professional operation. The person that took my call sounded as if he asked his parents about my concerns, rather than being empowered solve the problem. I heard them say they didnt have the right machine to calculate freight charges on the internet.$7.50 for the flag and $13.95 in extra charges! My bottom line went from $12.50 to $21.45. Not such a great deal after all.

Cool people and cool shop. They help me troubleshoot my vw sandrail over the phone and saved me a lot of money (Turns out it was just the automatic choke, so I didnt need a new carb). Also, got a USFS approved spark arrestor for my sandrail from them, so ready for the trails without starting a fire or getting hassled by the ranger. Thanks Guys!
