Kelly is absolutely amazing! I had a family emergency with my little pup and missed my appointment; she was more than understanding and accommodating. Hard pressed to look elsewhere for my storage needs in the future based on this experience. The prices are reasonable and I highly recommend Morningstar storage!

Overdue in writing a rave reviews for Morningstar and specifically Kelly!! We had to move our daughter out of Davidson in one afternoon, and her friends got a unit to share. We arrived 15 minutes before closing, and we had forgotten the key! We had to get on the road that night and we had no time to get to the dorm and back. Kelly was patient, warm, kind, helpful, and came up with a solution that made it possible for us to head to Atlanta that night. We are so grateful!! Thank you Kelly!! I am very happy with the customer service; she did an excellent job explaining everything to me. They have a moving truck that I can borrow for four hours, which is going to save me money. The climate controlled unit is close to the entrance, and will protect my stuff. I’d recommend Morningstar for certain.

Have rented from here in the past and came back just because of how nice and friend the people at the front desk are! i always rent from here first hands down! the place is very neat and always monitored. The Manager is top notch she is always nice and willing to get you the best deal she can! if she tells you she is gonna do something you can take it to the bank!

I do not have a unit here but a I was calling for a customer to check on the parking area, the woman who answered the phone was one of the most well spoken, customer oriented individuals a have ever spoken to, she was not rushed or in a hurry to get off the phone, she talked me through every single question i had down to the tee. I will be recommending all my customers to go to them without hesitation!

This was just bought by Morningstar the end of June, so all wonderful reviews are for the previous owners. We moved out 7/22, after telling them over 2 weeks ago we would be out 7/24 (what we paid up until) they charged our bank card 7/25!!! Sorry we cant credit you back until tomorrow. We run the cards first thing, then we do a walk through. Really

Needed somewhere to store my car for a month and a half while out of town. I found Cornelius Self Storage and gave them a call. GREAT experience! Thought about a small unit and was allowed to take my car out and see if it fit prior to signing any agreements. The smaller unit worked excellent for my needs and the staff could not have been more helpful. Was even given a prorated refund for the time I did not use. HIGHLY recommended!

The most friendly storage in the LKN area. They are so nice here and the storage units are clean and secure. They even sell locks here cheaper than anywhere else I found. Price is very competitive and the hours very convenient. Glad to found them.

I go to Davidson College, one exit from Cornelius Self Storage. I have stored here for the past two summers. The genuine service is amazing. The lovely, friendly owners will always go above and beyond, theyve even driven from Charlotte to let me into my unit when I did not have the key. The rates are always good, especially if you share with some friends. I always get a climate controlled unit, it is clean and easy to access. There is also lots of security so I know my posessions are safe. If you go to Davidson or are looking for something in the area, definitely choose Cornelius Self Storage.

Cornelius Self Storage is a great facility and I would highly reccomend it. I have been a customer there for about 2 years and have had inside units for business and parking spaces for work vehicles. Bill, the owner has always gone out of his way to make sure I am a satisfied customer and he is a genuinly nice guy. The manger, Michele, is sweet as pie and always takes time out of her day to stop and say hello. This is a top notch facility for storage and is located in a nice quite, safe, suburban area.

Hi all!I know everyone believes people leaving reviews now a days on websites are usually owners or employees however I am here to tell you otherwise.I was extremely happy with my costly belongings and sentimental belongings at Cornelius Self Storage facility. Their facility is gated and you need an access code to enter the property. It is not just like any storage facility it is privately owned and they take great care of their customers, I love this aspect because it is not another franchise and their customer service is exceptional. They get you in hassle free and their rates are the best in the Lake Norman Area. I would recommend them time and time again, if you are still weary after this message check the prices of other storage units and when you call I am confident that their Customer Service will rub you the wrong way as it did to myself.I hope this helps!THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY MOVE EASY CORNELIUS SELF STORAGE!
