The location as very convenient to where I would eventually be moving and super easy to access. I had initially dialed a toll free number for Cube Smart and when I started online process, Angie immediately reached out to me. She guided me through the steps and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She noticed an issue with the door to my unit and arranged for it to be immediately fixed. She was always friendly and helpful whenever I had a question. As I had never used a storage unit before, I had a lot of questions so I appreciated her patience, kindness and guidance.

This place is clean, secluded and secure. Cindy is a gem. She is professional and lovely. The kicker is that it’s “under-priced.” I didn’t think “under-priced” existed anymore. I stand corrected.-G

The manager, Cindy, was very helpful, went though my options and walked me through the paperwork digitally, prepared my docs and codes - I left feeling confident everything was in order, and organized.

Unit are clean and easily accessible. The ladies that manage the facility are helpful kind and extremely polite. Prices are very reasonable and competitively priced.

Just rented an outdoor space and it was very simple and quick. Did not realize how much space they have to offer.

Cube Smart is awesome!! I moved my stuff in there in 2016 and have been with them ever since! The staff there are always professional, kind and so very helpful! Very clean and well kept!

I feel comfortable with my stuff being in a different state--that shows trust. I havent seen my things in over a year because my move got delayed.

I have had such a great experience with Cube Smart. While doing my research online for a storage unit I would only be needing for one month until the closing on my house, a Cube Smart employee called me directly and explained their quick, easy contactless process. They were running a “first month free” special that even though I would only be needing the unit for a single month, she explained I still qualified for (with the exception of tax, required insurance and a small administrative fee.) I was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward the process was, how clean the drive-up unit was upon arrival and how well lit their security camera monitored grounds are. While they strive to make their operations contact free, I would have to make a trip into the office after less than 48hrs there to get assistance cutting a personal lock for which the key had been lost (moving is stressful!) where I was assisted by an extremely nice employee who made light of the situation and quickly got me back into my unit. I would HIGHLY recommend Cube Smart to anyone in need of a storage unit.

Angie at the CubeSmart Storage in Cornelius, NC was absolutely AMAZING!!! If I could give her 1,000 stars I would! She was extremely helpful in helping my husband and I decide on what size and type of unit to rent and made this stressful move, so simple and easy for us! Not to mention how neat and clean the facility is. I have always been scared to put my personal belongings in a storage unit but definitely feel safe at this facility. Kudos to Angie, and I would definitely recommend her and this Cube Smart to anybody looking for storage!

Angie Fatehnia was super helpful and took the time to show us our best storage options. The units are very, very clean. The area is secured and very easy to access. From the moment you meet Bree, the manager, you KNOW this is the place you want to store your valuables. Bree is efficient, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about storing, safety, and security. In the years we have used this location, we do not have one suggestion or improvement that could be made to make this facility better.

Being my 1st time ever renting a storage unit that called helped me with clarifying the process. I am very happy with the service and customer service.

Sabrina and Randy were very friendly and helpful with an outdoor storage space for my boat. When I first called and inquired, there was no available outdoor spots. Sabrina called me back the next morning letting me know a spot had become available. Their service has been top notch so far and it is a wonderful looking facility that is well maintained.

On 5/20/17, we rented a storage cube #G25 at the Cornelius, NC facility.On 11/10/17, we went to retrieve items from storage which included clothes, office and desk supplies, etc. The entire cube space was covered with stinkbugs and they were on the floor, all over his bags, in the Velcro and handles of the bags, etc. There were hundreds of them. Absolutely disgusting. We had to try and pick them all off and put the items and bags in my car. So now they are in my car and I have found some in my garage upon returning home to Florida.The manager was not extremely helpful as she said there was nothing she could do and said that other people didn’t have stinkbugs in their storage units. Personally, I don’t care what others have or have not. I paid to keep my items and clothes safe and clean. I understand having a few pests but hundreds of stink bugs is completely unacceptable. We are still finding stinkbugs in our house and car and it’s December.We had previously used a competitor for the past five years while in college nearby and didn’t have a problem at that place ever. Not one bug. Not one time. Unfortunately, they had no available space left and we had to use Cube Smart. It was a horrible experience. I have photos as well.DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!
