We ordered Bridesmaid dresses from The Lily Rose Bridal and it was such a wonderful experience! They had the dress in a different color for me to try on for my girls and helped me with ordering it in each of their sizes in the color I wanted. They were so helpful and kept me informed of all the details and when the dresses arrived, when the girls picked them up, etc. They have a very large selection of Wedding Dresses and Bridesmaid Dresses and I was so glad we were able to get our bridesmaid dresses there! Absolutely beautiful with amazing customer service! Highly recommend them for all brides!

The experience at this dress shop was awful.If you are looking for a fun attentive experience for the bride and bridal party DO NOT go to this shop. When we arrived for our appointment and walked in we were not greeted nicely however we were greeted with some nasty sneers from the ladies at the desk. Once we were seated Aryn was the one who was handling our appointment. She explained the different dresses and price points and walked us around saying once we found 5 gowns to try to let her know and she would pull them. Once my daughter was set up in the dressing room we went to sit down. My daughter was pretty much left alone at this point to be attended to by her maid of honor. Aryn asked generalized questions about dates venue etc...but thats it she did not ask who we were or engage in conversation with the bridal party. At the other shops we had visited the ladies made sure to speak with us and make it a fun experience. However at this shop Aryn disappeared to chit chat with the other workers showing no interest that we were there. When my daughter would come out she would Hussle over to help my daughter once she was out of the dressing room but she did not engage with us at all once my daughter went back in to try on dresses. Also at one point my daughter came out in a dress that didnt quite fit bc she had to come out to get clipped up and a worker walked by an actually looked her up and down giving her a dirty look making my daughter feel very uncomfortable. WHO DOES THAT to a bride. The experience was hands down awful. The workers were highly unprofessional. We had such good experiences at the other bridal shops we were frankly shocked at how poorly this experience was. My daughter did say she felt Aryn did give her attention when she came out of the dressing room but felt shamed by the other worker who gave her the dirty look..and what my daughter described was the worker looked her up and down and rolled her eyes. The horrible thing is my daughter found a dress she loved there but is determined to find it elsewhere which is sad because she should have been able to have her say yes to the dress exciting fun moment but frankly they ruined it. It was just a terrible overall experience and made me sad my daughter found her dress but didnt feel comfortable buying it because she didnt get to have her fun moment..made me very sad for her. Hope we can find her dress elsewhere.UPDATE my daughter did find her dress at a different shop! She was so excited.

My daughters and I visited two bridal stores in search of a wedding dress. We were more impressed with the dresses at Lily Rose yet were less impressed with the customer service there. At Lily Rose, two people helped us (Aryn and a trainee whose name I don’t know). When we walked in, we were not greeted warmly as we were at the other shop. In fact, we felt as though we were inconveniencing the staff. Aryn was dressed unprofessionally with ripped jeans and a sweatshirt. She was also rude to the trainee and left her to answer questions that she wasn’t prepared for. The trainee was very nice and did her best to be helpful. We did find “ THE dress” at Lily Rose and are very excited about it, but were very disappointed with the experience. It certainly took away from the excitement of the wedding dress shopping.

I am getting married in December and we decided to get our bridesmaids dresses from Lily Rose Bridal. Let me just say, I loved this experience. I had an appointment in April, but my bridesmaids were so excited to get their dresses, that I called the store, and Aryn was able to move us up several weeks! We went this past Saturday to try on dresses, and Aryn again, was absolutely wonderful! As many know, the dresses aren’t going to be available in every size, but as the girls tried them on, aryn was right there with each one of them, with clips and fabric and whatever they needed to get the best visual of how they would look in each dress. We had the best time, and laughed together, that by the end she felt like an old friend! We chose the perfect dress, and we are all SO EXCITED to get them in a few weeks. I just can’t say how much I appreciated her help! As a person (and bride) who has been stressing and worried over this appointment and dress, Aryn stepped right in and made it easy and smooth and a flawless experience! I recommend that every bride choose Lily Rose Bridal. And if you do, please ask for Aryn, you won’t be disappointed!!

My time at Lily Rose was nothing short of a terrible experience. My bridal party and I got shoved in a back room with no ventilation so we were all sweating. We weren’t offered water so when my bridesmaid went and got us water the lady that was helping us made a nasty comment about us getting our own water when she didn’t ever offer to get us any. Our consultant was rude, she didn’t congratulate me or even pretend to be excited to help me find my dress. I felt like I was inconveniencing her by shopping there because she was obviously bored and in a bad mood the whole appointment. My “dressing room” was a closet with a curtain and it didn’t close all the way so I flashed my bridal party and mother in law multiple times. My consultant would take a dress of the hanger and then leave for such a time that my bridesmaids were having to zip my up and then she would come back in the room and make a comment about how she would have done it if we just waited. Then I started to get very overwhelmed because none of the dresses were fitting me. When I told the staff that it was a concern of mine she dismissed it by telling me sample sizes run small, which is fine. But then she continued to make comments about my size throughout the rest of the appointment. “Maybe this will fit you” “Look at that it zipped up” “You might be able to squeeze into this one”. It was awful and I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Dont waste your time here if you are looking for a bridal consultant with enthusiasm and excitement for the bride and her party. Aryn seemed bored and showed absolutely no interest in helping my daughter. I actually have this on video! She never even smiled or spoke to any of the bridal party. She could not offer any alteration advise/suggestions. My daughter actually found a dress there she loved and Aryn could not even answer questions related to adjustments to the dress. This was such a horrible experience that it effected the rest of the day! There were two other workers (maybe the owner) there. They never even spoke to us or showed interest at all! We were the only customers in the store!! Im trying to help you save your time, emotion, and experience! Dont bother stopping here!

I said yes to the most beautiful dress at The Lily Rose! I worked with Kathryn who was extremely knowledgeable about the boutiques’ dress selection and designers. During my appointments, she took her time and answered all of my questions. She was also very patient with me during the entire process - even with my last minute requests and changes. Hands down the best service I received out of all of the boutiques I visited during my wedding dress search. I would highly recommend them for your needs! Will definitely be going back to look at their bridesmaid selection!

One star is simply too good of a review for the Lily Rose. If you’re looking for a fun, personable experience where you’re made to feel beautiful and important, this place is NOT for you. Aryn Murrell was our bridal consultant and she brought down the entire mood, literally ruining the experience. As someone who gets nervous over big decisions as this, Aryn only amplified those nerves. Not once did she smile or show the slightest interest in me or my engagement, and she barely talked to me or my guests - hardly saying two words throughout the entire 1 1/2 hours we were there. the entire time I tried on dresses, she sat at the front, on her phone, and did not give one piece of advice regarding the different dresses. She made me want to NOT find my dress there, simply because of her attitude. I will NOT be recommending The Lily Rose.

Proper Etiquette is very important. Rude. I called at 6pm to scheduleappt for. 6:30pm. They close at 7pm. Am I too late to look? My money spends best in better places.

Wanted to thank Aaryn for all her help last week. Was looking for a Mother of the Bride dress and she was very sweet and patient. We went through several dresses and she helped me find one. I was hesitant to go wedding-dress shopping during the pandemic, but The Lily Rose did a great job! I was the only appointment that day and all staff wore masks, making me feel really comfortable with my experience. The staff were so helpful in helping me try on dresses and using my input to find more dresses for me to try on. I especially appreciated their patience while I Facetimed my Mom and sisters to see favorite dresses. I highly recommend this shop for a great selection with reasonable prices!

Lily Rose was the first bridal shop I had ever been to, and I felt pretty unprepared to be there. My consultant was very nice, but I felt like she was disappointed that I couldnt articulate what I wanted for her to suggest dresses for me. I simply did not have the time to curate a vision before my appointment given my work circumstances.Id recommend all brides who are coming into Lily Rose to have a vision of what they want (extensive Pinterest boards) or to make this their second or third stop in bridal shopping. Luckily, they have a wide variety of price ranges available ($400s-800s on their sample clearance racks and $1000-3000 on their designer racks), so if you know what you want - Im sure there is something for you here.

I had an AMAZING experience at Lilly rose this past weekend ! Our consultant Aryn was so sweet and helpful ! She was VERY educated on the dresses and styles that would work best for each bridesmaid that was a part of our party! Oh, and not to mention she had a great sense of humor and made us laugh the whole time !! It was a great experience and I will be back to shop for my wedding dress !! 10/10 experience

Kathryn was awesome! She figured out my style immediately and was so helpful. She wasn’t pushy on a purchase at all and helped me find my dream dress. I felt very safe in there as far as Covid precautions and would recommend anyone to search for their dress at the lily rose!

Shame on Lily Rose Dress Shop... Beware to all brides, this shop has No COVID PRACTICES! We had made appointment to find the perfect wedding dress. Our appointment was at 10:00 am. We arrived to a dress store with over 20 individuals, no safe zones or COVID practices. She promised only 2 brides and 2 people with each bride. We arrived to four brides, each with big parties. We waited over a 1/2 hour and still no service. She asked us to come back another time, my daughter drove in from Maryland. Please choose a different store, this is not a safe space.

Such a wonderful experience here that I said Yes to the dress! I came in without an appointment on a busy Saturday and Kathryn took such great care of me and gave me all her attention for 2 hours. She is extremely knowledgeable and was very intuitive, picking up on exactly the style I was going for and made wonderful suggestions that made me love the dresses even more. I went to 8 bridal stores and this one was my favorite. Highly recommend them!

I said yes, to the dress!!!!I called ahead and made an appointment for a Thursday morning. We walked in and were immediately greeted and given great customer service. We found my perfect dress, that I am just over the moon with. They also did a great job working with my budget. Even my three year old daughter got to try on and find her perfect flower girl dress. I just had a lovely experience at the Lily Rose Bridal Shop today. I went in to try a dress for my brothers wedding in May and I loved every minute of it. My consultant Kayla was very sweet and offered wonderful advice on what styles would fit me. Honestly, I was planning to shop at a store for this occasion but he is my baby brother and its a special day for him and his bride and I wanted to look my best. Kayla took wonderful care of me and all the staff was just as kind as well. They have a great selection of dresses there and I cant wait to go back to try on The Dress. Amazing wedding dress experience! After shopping around at several other stores across NC, I was so happy to find my dress here! Everyone in the shop was so knowledgable and personable, making the experience fun and stress free. Their selection was amazing and I would highly recommend shopping here! We even went back for the mother of the bride dress and had an equally amazing experience.

Oh Lily Rose! I began looking for my dress in the spring of 2017 (wedding is May 2018) and had very little luck at other stores. Lily Rose was the 4th store I visited and tried on about 10 different dresses. Jennifer was just so patient with me and really listened to what I wanted. She pulled so many great options in my budget, but something wasnt quite right. Bonnie had also been listening and knew she had just the dress for me! She had just gotten back from Bridal Week for the Spring 2018 lines and showed me a picture of a dress that she had ordered for the store, but the sample wouldnt arrive until the fall. It was absolutely perfect, so I decided to wait it out. Bonnie checked-in constantly over the next few months and kept me updated on the arrival. When the dress finally arrived, I was able to try it on and it is everything I have been dreaming about! Bonnie, Jennifer and Marissa are all so fabulous! If you are looking for a boutique with amazing style and selections, this is your place. I felt truly catered to and would recommend any bride to go to Lily Rose!

I had a great experience picking out my wedding dress at The Lily Rose. Bonnie was my consultant and was very personable and helpful during my first appointment ever. I did not buy the first day I went to the shop and didnt feel any pressure which was very helpful. I went to two other salons and wanted to revisit my top choice, so I came back and Bonnie helped me with the dress again. I didnt buy until a few days later, and I am so glad I never felt the pressure. All consultants there are very helpful and knowledgeable about the designers and dress construction so I feel confident the process will remain positive after my dress arrives and through alterations.

The Lily Rose was the second store I went to. It was a little smaller than the first store, but I liked MANY, MANY more gowns here. I also cancelled my other appointments after going to The Lily Rose. Bonnie was my consultant and she was AWESOME. The experience was just relaxed enough, but still structured enough to make sure I found my perfect dress. After my appointment, I was torn between 2 dresses, and I called Bonnie that night. She promptly returned my call and managed to get me in the next day. She knows the inventory like the back of her hand, and was able to answer any and all questions and make great recommendations on accessories. Don’t waste time anywhere else, go here first!

Bonnie was the absolute best. I made two appointments with her because of how indecisive I was. She made me feel completely comfortable and confident in every dress I tried on. She also madeMe feel so confident when sizing and ordering the dress. With it being such a big purchase they make the process so easy and seamless.

They were absolutely amazing. From the call to schedule my appointment to the actual appointment itself, everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. I was even late for my appointment and they didnt once bring up time or rush me. This was my first experience and I actually found my dress there without feeling any pressure from them at all. This was my fourth and final bridal shop of the day when searching for my wedding dress. I made an appointment two weeks in advance for an early Saturday afternoon time slot. When I got there I was greeted by multiple workers and was told that I had a specific girl assigned to me and that I could start looking around and picking out dresses for her to take back. I had a horrible experience at the first three shops and told her that I just didnt feel special yet and that the process of looking had not been what I dreamed of. She went out of her way the whole appointment to make me feel so special and gave me 100% of her attention. She let me try on countless dresses and some more than once. I think her name was Cadence? She even went out and picked out some dresses for me to try based on ones I had liked so far. Needless to say, I ended up buying my dress and veil from The Lily Rose and they are both SO perfect!!!Also, this shop carried the most beautiful, unique dresses. I had trouble finding even 10 to try on at the previous shops and with The Lily Rose I was trying to limit how many I had already taken back. I recommend this place over and over again for the amazing service, reasonable prices, large collection of dresses, interior ambiance, and for going above and beyond to make me feel like a bride!

I came to the Lily Rose after having a previous, really bad bridesmaid appointment. From the moment we got there I wished we could have just started there. Katherine was amazing. They were busy but still made room for us to come in, even gave us a private room in the back. She was so honest and nice to me about my plan for the wedding. She helped me sort through all the crazy ideas I had in my head and finally helped me land on a decision for all of my bridesmaids. Then she did everything she could to help all of my bridesmaids find a style that made them feel beautiful. Not to mention they let us stay for almost TWO HOURS after their close time. Everyone in the shop was so nice and helpful, I would recommend them to everyone - I wish I would have known about them when I was searching for my wedding gown because they have AMAZING dresses. I had a terrific experience at The Lily Rose Bridal Boutique! Working one on one with Jennifer was amazing. She answered all my questions- and yes, there were plenty- and never once felt she was pushy. She let me make my own decisions and go at a pace that was comfortable for me. She let me try on the gowns I wanted to and helped me get into them. She was very knowledgeable and knew what looked best with my body shape. It felt more like shopping with a good friend than a consultant! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The prices are excellent and they are willing to work with you on sizing and any additional costs. Two visits later and I said YES to my dress at The Lily Rose!!

I rarely write reviews, but the Lily Rose deserves a fantastic one. I bought my dress and accessories here. They were patient, kind, and generous with their time. I was going to use a store in Charlotte because of convenience but I am so so so glad I made the trip to the lake. They have incredible dresses that no one else has and their staff knows the lines they carry like the back of their hands. Bonnie was helpful and truly a pleasure to work with, especially compared to some of the bad attitudes we found at stores in Charlotte. I anticipate that fittings will be as easy and comfortable as the dress buying process was.

Lily Rose was the first bridal boutique I went to on my quest to find the one! Although I did not end up purchasing my dress from them I did want to take the time to write a very positive review about this boutique. I absolutely loved the selection that they had and their prices were right where they needed to be. Our bridal consultant was knowledgeable and she was very accommodating to my friends and I. We were very excited so she let us walk the store and pick what we wanted. They were not pushy and they did not pressure me into buying anything. I purchased a mother of the bride dress from The Lily Rose and my experience was amazing! I wasn’t sure what to expect, which made me nervous, but Bonnie did a terrific job at putting my fears at ease and she made the process fun! She was so nice, helpful, and tried to understand my likes/dislikes to help me find the perfect dress! The dresses are high quality and I plan to go back to find my dress for my son’s wedding in October!

I went to the Lilly Rose recently after having a rough experience dress shopping with my bridesmaids at another dress shop. My mom and I popped in to see what options they had and we left with an appointment to return two weeks later with 3 of my bridesmaids. The ladies at the Lilly Rose were beyond helpful and informative. During our short visit we were given great guidance on the types of fabrics and colors available. They were able to instruct us as to what would be going out of style or production and what was coming in to replace it. During both visits the ladies at Lilly Rose continued to be kind and fun. We had the top of the line experience in every way! We are ordering our bridesmaids dresses through them and I even picked out a beautiful veil while in the store! We may be going back to get my mom’s mother of the bride dress! Lilly Rose has it all!!!

The Lily Rose offered a wonderful bridal experience. Bonnie is an absolute dream to work with - she has an incredible eye, is knowledgeable about the designers, and helps get you to a decision!For my second visit to the boutique, I brought my mom and sister with me and they were equally as impressed with the experience. I would highly recommend going to The Lily Rose for all of your bridal attire needs. The girls there are so sweet and accommodated my busy schedule. Jen came in on her day off and stayed late just to fit in an appointment for me. I had looked at one other bridal shop previously and was abandoned by my consultant several times, this was not the case at The Lily Rose. They helped me every step of the way. I found my dream dress that night, it was a beautiful Casablanca dress, I was very very happy with the quality of the dress. It fit perfectly and needed no alterations when it arrived. I was back several times with my girls to have them try on the bridesmaid dress that I had selected, each time I was able to put my dress on again to see it with the bridesmaid dress and so my girls could see my dress. They also sent out a paint sample to have the bridesmaids shoes matched to the exact color I wanted for them. Everything turned out perfect and beautiful! I cant say enough about how happy I was with the service and quality of everything!!! Love those gals!

I was very excited about dress shopping here because I had a great experience with my friend who shopped here previously. However, I was incredibly disappointed. When I arrived, I tried to check in at the front desk but there was someone purchasing a dress and I wasn’t acknowledged. Not even a “one second,” which would have gone a long way. I got the impression that they were irritated so I tried to make myself busy and went back after a few minutes and was still ignored. Another representative was printing something off and avoided looking at me. I tried to look past it because I understand that sometimes people get focused or busy. Trying on dresses, though, I felt like I was inconveniencing the sales representative we worked with and that she didn’t really want to be there. It made it impossible to like, let alone love, any of the dresses that I tried on. I felt like I needed to keep apologizing. She tried to make conversation and be nice in the dressing room, I want to give her credit, but it was a general demeanor and attitude that brought the whole day down. I felt like they didn’t want me there and it made me want to rush through my appointment and get out of the store. The only reason I didn’t rush more than I did was because a lot of my group traveled to be there for me, which made it that much more upsetting that none of us had a good time. Everyone acknowledged that we felt unwelcome. It was just a miserable experience and it made me not want to buy a dress there. In all honesty, it turned me off to wedding dress shopping all together and I’m dreading going to an appointment at a different salon, which is a huge contrast to the excitement I had coming into this day. I didn’t need anyone to be as happy as I was about trying on wedding dresses but I felt like an inconvenience from the moment I walked in the door. The dresses are well priced and, as I said, I had a friend (who worked with Bonnie) find her dress there, and that was amazing. I don’t think my experience was a common one, but I wouldn’t recommend this salon to someone I care about, common or not. If this review reads as angry, it’s not meant that way at all, I’m just very sad and disappointed and I hope no other bride is made to feel that way.

The Lily Rose gave me a fantastic bridal experience. I went on a Saturday, and even though they were busy I felt like my sales associate was totally focused on me. Marissa did an amazing job of picking gowns that were in the style that I liked, while still pushing me out of my comfort zone. I ended up with a dress that was even more amazing than anything I had in my head! Their in-house seamstress was also there, and gave me excellent feedback on changing the strapped dress that I bought to strapless. At Lily Rose, they truly seem to care about you as a bride, and they really want you to find the dress of your dreams. They were incredible when it came to my (pretty low) budget, and did an amazing job of pulling beautiful dresses that were still within my price range. They are so flexible, that they even offered to stay open later for me to make my decision! Lily Rose was the first place I went to, and I am so happy I went because it was a flawless experience!!

Bonnie made finding my wedding dress personal and fun. She let me pick what dresses I WANTED to try on, and offered professional insights on what each brands were best known for. For a small boutique, I would have expected a more pushing sales atmosphere, but I didnt feel that way at all. She really made me feel like she wanted me to find the dress for me. AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Literally my favorite place in the world!! IT was my second bridal shop Ive been to and its where I found my wedding dress!! The staff is absolutely amazing and so friendly! They are really like a family there and treat their customers so well! It was such a fun and overall fantastic experience. It is the kind of service you want when trying on the dress for the best day of your life!!

As we were searching for the perfect wedding dress for my daughter, we went to several other bridal shops and ended up driving 3 hours only to find the perfect dress, perfect staff and perfect price! Jenn and the other staff at The Lily Rose are just amazing! You can tell that they truly care and dont just try to sell you. They took the time to listen to her desires and find the only dress wed tried that brought this mother to tears! I would highly recommend The Lily Rose no matter how far you have to drive!...definitely worth the miles!

I really enjoyed shopping for and purchasing my dress at The Lily Rose - they respected my budget and even gave me a discount to help me stay within my budget. They were very helpful and listened to my ideas/preferences while offering suggestions and choosing options. Very friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with.

Lily Rose was the 3rd stop I made on a Saturday with my mother, sister and friend to find my dream gown. I left feeling overwhelmed and tired. I called back a week later and decided to go give it another try (by myself)and was able to make a decision on a dress after only trying on 2. I worked with Julie both times and she was AMAZING and so understanding. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a wedding gown or gowns for the wedding party.

This bridal shop definitely worth the visit. A small shop with nice selection and good prices. Very friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Bonnie and Cathy both were very nice and flexible about my requests, made my visit a good experience. I found my beautiful dress for my beach wedding here.

Wish I could rate this store a zero. Their website says they carry MacDuggal prom dresses and have a diverse and distinctive selection of special occasion gowns but after a 50 minute drive to come see the diverse selection, we were greeted by a rude employee who told us snidely that they didnt have any formal dresses. Thats fine if you dont carry any gowns, BUT DONT PUT ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT YOU DO!!!! We told exactly that to the girl working there, who said thats not my fault I dont own the place! Horrible experience.

Why are you still reading this review? What you SHOULD be doing is driving to Lily Rose (and not reading this while driving!) I found Lily Rose after I had already found my dream dress, but I was blown away by their beautiful store, WONDERFUL personalities (seriously - some of the sweetest, most supportive, and bubbly women EVER!), and all of the options their store held. I ended up having each of my bridesmaids (6 total - 4 from out of town) travel to this store to have their Say yes to the dress moment (1/1) picking out their dresses. They are so important to me, so I wanted them to have the BEST experience ever picking out their bridesmaid dresses, and Lily Rose Bridal provided that EVERY time. They have a separate room for bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride dresses, and it was always so much fun working with the consultant helping us (We worked with Merissa mostly, but had the wonderful opportunity to also interact some with Jennifer, Bonnie, & Julie), and it was actually very bittersweet at the final appointment to know my saturday afternoons at Lily Rose were coming to a close! Every single appointment, no matter how busy they were, we were taken care of. Merissa also was really great at listening to what the girls liked about each dresses, and would suggest dresses... and Ive got to say a lot of the girls ended up falling in love with the one Merissa pulled! Lily Rose was incredible from the very start. This was the first boutique I went to and my dress was the second one I tried on! I still wanted to go around to other boutiques and try on just to be sure. When we did this, we truly realized how amazing Lily Rose was in all areas. From the customer service Marissa (who has now since moved) provided and the atmosphere on top of the amazing selection of dresses - I was definitely sold. I ordered my dress in May of 2017 and It arrived in early November which was faster than expected - another HUGE plus!The ONLY thing I would recommend to others is to not use their in store seamstress. She did a great job on my dress so I didnt let this factor effect my overall score rating for Lily Rose but she is not personable at all. In fact she made every fitting stressful and miserable for me. The Lily Rose staff even forewarned me of her flat personality ahead of time so I didnt take it personal but it definitely wasnt pleasant for my wedding dress fittings which still are big milestones and should be fun! She was also very expensive, so now that its said and done I do wish I would have gotten that work done somewhere else.All in all The Lily Rose Staff are amazing, responsive, and provide all around superb customer service. I LOVE my dress and am so happy with my experience with them. You can never go wrong at Lily Rose!

The Lily Rose was a complete one-stop-shop for me. It was the first and only bridal store I went to, and Im so glad I didnt bother going anywhere else! Bonnie was an absolute angel. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about the gowns, but she is sweet and encouraging, making the entire experience fun and relaxed. I had done some research before coming to the store and knew they carried two of the brands in which I was interested, and their selection did not disappoint. They carried a stunning array of gowns and accessories, which when paired with their unparalleled service, made it a bridal dream!

This place is a lie. Yes its s cute boutique and they play up the being really sweet and the brides best interest. They lied to our bride today. They told her they dress was $2,000 but they would sell it for $1,550. They also said the plain, simple veil was 400 but they would sell it for 200. They also will help you out by taking your measurements of your wedding dress for free. Every bridal place gives it to you for free, you have to get your measurements taken to know what size to order. We went to a second place that didnt have the dress but just checked on the pricing. Lily Rose broke designer rule and tired to say the dress was worth more than it was. The true price of the dress was $1,529. They lie to brides to try and make you feel like they are saving you so much money.

My experience at The Lily Rose was AMAZING. My consultant Bonnie walked me through how we were going to find my dream dress and she exceed ALL my expectations. I walked out of the boutique with the most perfect dress. Their collections are endless and affordable for all budgets!

I went to the Lily Rose for my dress, my bridesmaids dresses, and my moms dress and they were absolutely wonderful! All of the girls are so open and helpful and really make you feel beautiful. They are never pushy and are really there to help you feel great on your big day. I would highly recommend going here for a personalized and friendly experience!

I recently bought my wedding dress here and have nothing but good things to say. The shop is a little hard to find but once you get there its awesome. All the ladies in the shop are super sweet and helpful. Not pushy at all either. I will also be doing my alterations here and will write more on that process later!

I chose to go to The Lily Rose for my bridesmaids dresses because they were the only boutique within a 50 mile radius that carried the designer I was looking for. They didnt have the specific dress but they had the exact color I was looking at and a dress from the same designer that was similar to the one I was interested in so I had to use my imagination when deciding to order them We were on a time crunch with it already being February and my wedding being in May.! The dresses were projected to arrive the first week of May only allowing my girls roughly TWO WEEKS to receive them (most of them are out of town) and get all necessary alterations taken care of. The dresses arrived the first week of March! Jennifer was absolutely fabulous! She called me the very moment the dresses arrived and was on the phone with me as she was pulling them out of the box. She knew my name and face the second I walked in the door for the second time with a bridesmaid to pick up her dress and did an amazing job making me feel like a bride even though I was there for my bridesmaids. I honestly wish I would have gone there for my wedding dress as well. They are amazing and I would recommend them any day. Thanks again Jennifer for the lovely experience!

Bonnie was my consultant and she was by far the best constant i worked with while looking for my wedding dress! The Lily Rose was the last store I went too and was getting frustrate prior to going to Lily Rose because every one else would pull dresses but it wasnt what i wanted or told them what I liked. Bonnie was the ONLY bridal consultant to pull dresses I told her I was looking for and truly understood my vision. The best place and must go to Bridal Salon. There are a few reviews below which state they over charge and think they are giving you a discount that is NOT the case. They charge the price of the dress and do NOT over charge. I cannot be anymore happy and excited about my dress of my dreams.

I have been shopping around for over a month and found dresses that I like but finally found one that I loved here! Let me just say Bonnie is amazing!! (Someone tell the owner she needs a raise!!) She really listened to what I wanted and with each dress I tried on she provided options of what I could add to make it more me-like adding lace or appliqués and she actually went and got them so I could really see what it would look like! I definitely was looking for a dress that brought the wow factor and Lily Rose provided it! All in all-great selection of unique pieces in a comfortable price range with fantastic knowledgeable staff! The customer service is great, there was no pressure to buy a dress, and the staff seem to genuinely like their job and take joy in making people happy! So I ordered the dress today and it should (hopefully) be here in early June!! I would highly recommend taking a look here before committing to a dress!

Words cant even begin to describe the amazing ladies at Lily Rose! I bought my dress, bridesmaids dresses and got my dress altered there because of the amazing customer service! When I started trying on dresses, they really listened to what my vision was and also made me try on dresses in shapes I didnt know I loved! I wound up choosing a dress they picked and if it wasnt for them, I would have never tried it on! I know theyve dealt with a million other brides but they made me feel like I was the most important one. I highly recommend making the trip to visit Lily Rose because you wont walk out disappointed!

Amazing bridal salon. I was visiting from out of town because I am getting married in the area and this was the first salon I went shopping at. Gorgeous salon with a good selection. Bonnie was amazing and so professional. Listened to exactly what I wanted and the dresses she pulled were exactly what I would have chosen for myself. She also let me pull a few and the ladies I was shopping with pull a few - which I really appreciated. Made the mistake of going to another salon the same day. All I will say is we retuned to Lily Rose the same day and I bought one of the dresses Bonnie pulled for me! Not pushy at all, and she was able to give us a deal to get my dress within budget. The price of the dress originally was right in line with every other salon I saw it at after the fact. Cant recommend enough!!!

The Lily Rose is a gem of a bridal boutique! Jennifer was my consultant when I was trying on gowns, and she was awesome! As soon as I walked in, with my mom, two sisters, and grandmother in toe, Jennifer welcomed us in, as if into her own home, offering bottles of water to each of us! Once my sisters, mom, and grandmother were settled into chairs, the hunt for THE dress began! I tried on about 7 gowns, and at no point did I feel pressured into buying any of them. Jennifer made me feel very comfortable, and helped me move forward with the decision making when I was being indecisive. I did find the dress of my dreams that first day, but over the next several months leading up to my wedding I would be back to visit. I came back to The Lily Rose for my bridesmaids gowns (which were stunning), my faux fur bolero, and my moms MOB dress. Every time I visited The Lily Rose, they made me feel like a part of their family, and Jennifer bent over backwards to help me more than once, and called a few times as well, just to check in and see how everything was going. I couldnt be more pleased with my experience there!

I started searching for a wedding dress thinking it would be as fun and easy as it always seems on tv. But 3 dress shops and 40 dresses later, I was left disappointed and discouraged. Everything I tried on was pretty, but nothing made me feel the way I wanted to feel on my wedding day. I almost settled for a dress that I liked, but didnt absolutely love--and then I found Lily Rose.Hours after requesting an appointment, I got a call from Bonnie, who couldnt be more friendly or reassuring. On the evening of my appointment, Bonnie really listened to what I wanted, helped me select 5 dresses that best aligned with my vision, and ultimately made my shopping experience everything I always hoped it would be.I highly recommend scheduling an appointment at Lily Rose--you wont be disappointed and you will find your dream dress with the help of these amazing ladies.

Not happy with this place. The place itself is beautiful and the staff was nice. However!!!!! They lied about me getting a discount on my dress saying that the dress originally was almost $2,000 and they would give it to me for $1,550... come to find out the dress was $1,529 to begin with and they acted like it was a discount. Also said my veil was $400 originally and would give it to me for half... alll lies!!!!!! Trying to make it seem like they were giving me a good deal and offering free measurements when that is always supposed to be free and included. So disappointed! I bought this he same dress elsewhere!! Beware of this place.

My experience at Lily Rose was so far beyond every other bridal shop I visited in NC. I stopped by at my wits end not being able to find my dream dress anywhere, Bonnie fit me in with out an appointment. She was so knowledgeable about designers, customizable changes and color changes (I was obsessed with a blush gown). Within an hour she had me in my dream dress, in my price range. Other bridal shops were nice with beautiful gowns but nothing compared to Lily Rose. Thank you again for helping me finally find my dream dress!

I came to Lily Rose for wedding dress alterations. I was so thankful they would allow me to do that considering I didnt end up purchasing my gown there. The dress fit perfectly and I was thankful that we were even given tips on how to steam the dress prior to walking down the aisle. Thank you!

I cant express how satisfied I was, still am, with The Lily Rose! I walked in with my matron of honor having no idea they were by appointment and they took us in and hosted us without question. Came across this one dress that was all over my Pinterest and fell in love. We scheduled a follow up appointment with all my bridesmaids and my mom, where we tried on several dresses and Bonnie, my AMAZING sales associate suggested this one, that covered my back more but was almost identical in style to my top favorite, turned out to be THE dress. I got amazing pricing and my bridesmaids found a dress they all fell in love with too. Couldnt have asked for a better experience, I will definitely be back for the mother of the bride dress and more!

I bought my wedding dress from here and it couldn’t have been more beautiful. The consultant, Katherine, was wonderful and accommodating, even without an appt and a tighter budget. She recommended me use dulce alterations due to my time frame and they did an AMAZING job. I bought my dress off the rack and it was a size 10. When dulce alterations was done with it, it was a size 0, fit perfectly, and looked wonderful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from both entities!

Jennifer and Bonnie are fabulous. and Kathy (alterations) is MAGICAL. i went to several other places, but came back to buy it here. they ordered the PERFECT size and only had to have $50 worth of minor alterations (bustle being the most of it). I only wish I needed another wedding dress!! haha 😄

Absolutely in love with my experience with Lily Rose Bridal. I had been on a long search for the perfect dress. I had been to shops in Asheville, Gastonia, Chapel Hill, and Durham. Lily Rose made the entire experience wonderful, there was no pressure, and they allowed me time to process my decision. The selection of gowns is phenomenal from all of the top designers. If you want to be treated like royalty and feel like royalty on your big day, dont bother with any other boutiques! I cant wait to pick up my dress this fall! Thanks for the best experience ever!

After spending weeks scouring local formalwear outlets, I finally found the PERFECT dress here for my senior prom at Lily Rose. Bonnie and Jennifer both helped me find the perfect dress, plain and simple just like I wanted. They were very friendly and I could tell they really love their jobs and knew a lot about formalwear. My dress was very modestly priced, and I actually had fun shopping here, unlike everywhere else I have shopped. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends for an easy, enjoyable shopping experience.

Absolutely terrible! Had a horrible experience with the sizing. I told the store EXACTLY what size I needed and they refused to listen to me and made me order a size up. The dress was/is still humonguous! I tried on a size 10 AT their store and I told them it was too big but they still forced me to order the 10 and NOW Im in a crisis trying to figure out how to get it fixed after already having it taken in twice since October. I also was told that I had to have the dressed hemmed because they told me I needed an extra long which is a $15.00 upcharge. I havent gained or lost ANY weight, my body stays the same and has stayed the same for the past 7 years.UPDATE: Just got off the phone with the store and they said that I should have gotten an 8 and even could have squeezed into a 6 and yet they had made me order a 10. But they arent going to do anything to fix it after I already spent $250 on the dress with their store and another $40 trying to get it altered to fit me! Extremely frustrated and now poor customer!
