Scheduling an appointment was very easy, and done so quickly. The little house the business is in, is so unique! It’s an amazing space for dress shopping! They let me wear a dress outside to see what it’s like outside (since my wedding is outside).It was clean and organized. Everyone was so friendly and worked hard to make sure myself, and my guests were so happy!! 10 out 10 on overall experience!

I said YES to the dress at Class Bride & Formals. I visited two other dress shops as well. Classic Bride & Formals was by far the best! Immediately when I arrived the building felt familiar. I realized one of my friends purchased her dress there as well. For my bridal appointment I worked with Heather who was wonderful and highly recommend. She made helpful suggestions/comments and was not pushy. She was also very knowledgeable, patient and flexible. Since I was on a lower budget I really appreciated the organization of the dresses. They were organized by price instead of designer for dresses that can be ordered. This helped browsing go smoothly. There was also a separate room for discounted dresses. I felt very comfortable during the entire process. I loved the space for the dressing room for me and the space for my guests attending the appointment as well. I drove all the way from Florida just to shop here and would do it again in a heartbeat!! My family / friends were a little nervous to do this during the peak of COVID (June 2020), but Heather made us feel so comfortable and safe. Classic Bride & Formals was the first and only dress shop I needed to visit because they made finding my dress such an easy, wonderful experience! Faith was able to help me narrow down my choices easily, was extremely friendly and professional, and made the entire process go so smoothly 💕

The shop itself is very pretty but the stock is limited. There were only 2 rooms to choose from and they start at about $1000 (with some discount/off-rack choices). My consultant was Faith and I did not feel I fit the type of bride they cater to. Currently Im 5 months pregnant so maybe I was a bit more sensitive to what she was saying but I ended up leaving the store feeling defeated and fat. Im an average size 14/16 and she was pulling dresses that were 20/22--which Im definitely not. They also didnt really have anything in the style I wanted which was disappointing. I heard more we dont have your size and thats not going to fit than Ive heard in a long time. If youre tall and thin, and have the suitable budget, Im sure youll find something here.I went down to Anjolique Bridal (just right down the road in Cornelius), had about a dozen dresses pulled for me and I found my DREAM dress in less than a hour and felt special the entire time!

The team at Classic Bride & Formals went above and beyond my expectations for finding my wedding dress! From their quick responses to helping me find the perfect dress, I always felt listened to, appreciated, and respected. After trying on a few dresses, my maid of honor and I found one that neither of us were crazy about because of the colors but decided to try it on anyway. Kristy immediately told me that the dress came in different colors! Although Venus Bridal did not have any pictures of the dress in the ivory/ivory option, Classic Bridal helped piece together a vision to help ease my mind with choosing a dress that I hadnt really seen. I can’t express enough how amazing my experience here was! We got there early (apt was at 12:30 we were there at 12:15, Faith let us know she was finishing up with another bride and it’d be a little bit) which was great bc it gave us time to look around. She came back in and gave us mimosas while we waited. They helped me find my perfect dress! They have a great sheet that you fill out when you get there and their stylists use this to help you find THE dress! Even though me or those had not picked it when we went through the store, she picked the perfect one and I probably would not have tried it on if it were not for her!

Classic Bride & Formals was the first appointment I had on my list to start my wedding dress hunt while my sister and family were in town for Thanksgiving. Phaedra welcomed me and showed us to our room. We had the ENTIRE place to ourselves. We were given a little basket with pins to pin any dresses that we wanted to try on. (A real life Pinterest board - so cute!) I tried on a TON of dresses and Phaedra was right there the entire time, helping me put on dresses, clipping them for me, hanging them back on, starting a pile and categorizing them with which ones I liked best. When we had worked our way through the stack that we pulled, she asked if she could pull a few other dresses that matched what I was looking for because I wasnt 100% sold on the ones we had picked. This is the best bridal boutique that I visited while dress shopping. Heather helped me while I was there and she was attentive without being pushy. The rooms are private with a lot of room. The selection was excellent and reasonably priced. They have two rooms of dresses, one is normally priced and the other is for the sample sale dresses that they cannot order again and are 50% off. I ended up finding my dress there and got it 50% off. For how nice this place is, I cannot believe I found such a great price! I highly recommend dress shopping here.

This place was so helpful in choosing a wedding gown. They let you go through and pick which ones you want to try on. Then you go into one of their two backrooms (private fitting rooms) and they bring you the dresses. Theyll standby to help you try them on and offer suggestions and advice. My mom and I had a great time picking out gowns, although I decided not to purchase from here, so I cant speak to the checkout and tailoring process here. My coworker recommended this place to me. She bought her dress from here last year and was more than happy with it.

From the very beginning when I booked my appointment at Classic Bride Kristy and her team went above and beyond to make sure my mom, sister, friend and I were taken care of. My first impression of the shop was how many different dress styles the store had, even though the shop itself seemed on the smaller side. Classic Bride had a great selection and I found quite a few gowns that caught my eye. They were my first stop of the day and I ended up going back later in the evening because I couldnt get one particular dress off my mind. Kristy went out of her way to show me the dress (which was off site at another location) and even though it wasnt the one I ended up choosing, it only lost out by a hair. I just had my final fitting and could not have been more pleased with the results! Classic Bride & Formal is the only place I will recommend to anyone. The owner, Phaedra Loran, took care of everything in addition to finding the fabulous dress for my wedding. Beyond finding the most perfect dress, I was able to customize it specifically for me (i.e. added buttons down the backside, lowered the back...). Ms. Sharon (the most unbelievable seamstress who works with at the store) got it right on point. All in all I wish I could get married again to have the opportunity to recreate the fabulous experience I had with these ladies. :)

You will love my wife’s bridal shop. She puts her heart and soul into it. She hand selects every gown. She only carries the brands she would wear herself. She wore a Sottero Midgley for our wedding. You will receive one on one attention - you will not feel rushed or pushed into buying a gown. This actually costs her sales sometimes because brides go to other stores and allow themselves to be pushed into purchasing. Classic Bride is a platinum Maggie Sottero and Sottero Midgley location.
