LKN has fixed our brakes and looked at our car when we were having issues. They were not able to diagnose the issue and advised us to take it to Nissan. They have been loyal and honest to us every time we took the car to them. I highly recommend using LKN auto.

First time taking my Jeep there and will always return for all services and repairs. Dealership told me I had coolant leaking in the bottom pan and I had to have my radiator replaced. I took it to LKN Auto Repair and they looked it over and said it was actually a cracked oil filter housing due to over torqueing the filter at an oil change. Wont be going back to quick oil change shops again or dealership. He will do all my work from now on!

Described the problem, and Andys first question was if it was 3.6 Liter engine (it is...).Suffice to say they knew what the problem really was, repaired and tested, and my car works just like it did prior to the problem. I was passing through Cornelius a few days ago on my way to South Carolina, and coasted into a nearby gas station as my dear old Honda overheated. They are simple awesome, like I took my 2013 Hyundai Elantra because it was having issues with the sparks plug connections and they were the only one to find that out, like before LKN Auto Repair I took the car to Hyundai Dealership and they couldnt find out what was wrong with my vehicle and it was Hyundai, Lol they are suppose to know their vehicles and what I like about it they fixed it in less than 1 hr and I wasnt that expensive which is always a plus!!!

I went to LKN Auto Repair based upon the glowing reviews that I saw on Google and have to say that I was not disappointed in the least bit. I did fairly extensive research on the symptoms that my vehicle was having and was worried that the repair was going to cost me upwards of $500. I paid less than $100 and the problem was fixed.....without any upselling. I have to agree with the previous reviews in saying that Andy seems to be a qualified and honest mechanic. I will be recommending LKN Auto to friends and family in the future.

Since finding this gem a few years ago, all of my vehicles are now serviced at LKN Auto Repair. Andy does an amazing job diagnosing problems and finding solutions no matter what the make or model of vehicle you bring. Once the problem is diagnosed, he does a good job explaining it to people like myself (who have little knowledge of vehicles) and repairs them quickly and in my mind affordably.

My car started overheating suddenly and I had to pull over in Huntersville. Long story short, after a bit of research on the local auto repair shops, I got my car towed to LKN Auto Repair. I spoke to Andy over the phone and he promised to run the diagnostics immediately which he did and called me again promptly. Once he explained the problem and gave me the total costs, I agreed to let them take care of the repairs. I had my car back and fully functional within 5 hours of breaking down. The charges were way lower than I would have paid at some other repair shop; the service was even better and more personal! The shop was clean and the atmosphere very homely. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone; especially if youre looking to avoid those high priced auto repair shops around town.

We were spending Thanksgiving with out daughter, in Cornelius, and prepping to go back to NJ. We didnt make to to Rt 70 when the car started to buck and back fire. We went to Advanced Auto and they directed us to LKN. What a blessing that was and is.. A few hours later, we were back on the road, headed North, and the car suddenly decided that it didnt want to go above 35 or 40 mph..pulled off at Elkton, called AAA, called my daughter, and called LKN. They diagnosed the problem over the phone and as soon as they received the car they went to work. Verified the diagnosis and called us with three choices. We took #2 rebuilt with a 3 year nation wide warrantee..and moved back in on Jen for almost another week. A day ahead of schedule they called, the car was ready and had been road tested and we were good to go...Of course I went on line to check about the cost of a rebuilt transmission and the labor involved...and LKN was within $2 of the midrange estimate that i had found.Those folks did not know us except that we were from the North and trying to get home. Two women and two dogs and they could have raked us over the coals and they did not. They were up front and honest and above all else kind. My experience with auto shops and mechanics has been a bit jaded over the years, but not this time.So my recommendation to all folks in the Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville area is: If you have car trouble...any kind of trouble at all...go to LKN for TLC for yourself and for your vehicle. I wish i could relocate them up here.
