HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!My family and I came in for some hot dogs and ice cream. The manager gave us our food but forgot to hand me over my drink. He was busy in the back, so I asked another employee named Monica to please hand over the drink on top of the soda machine. The soda was within her reach, but she decided to keep helping another customer. I stood there for 15 minutes, waiting on her to finish getting my drink so I could finish eating my half of hot dog. I had to ask ANOTHER employee for the drink. When the manager came out, and I was explaining to him what happened, Monica defensively interrupted the conversation to explain why she thought it was appropriate to ignore a customer’s request.This was my first and last time ever visiting this Dairy Queen.Overall, the manager handled the situation very well. Still, both employees, including the younger one, lacked customer service skills, and Monica raised her voice and lost her temper over a drink!
We stopped in here today to buy Blizzards...who doesnt want ice cream in the summer? There were no other customers in the store, so we were able to walk right up the counter and place our orders. I ordered a small Chocolate Covered Cherry Blizzard, but the DQ employee told me that they didnt have any cherries. She offered to make it with strawberries, so I agreed. Hubby ordered a medium Extreme Reeses Pieces Blizzard. The Blizzards were made pretty quickly, so really no wait at all! There are tables inside, as well as tables and benches outside, so we opted to sit outside to eat our treats. The strawberries in my Blizzard were a nice alternative to the cherries!Overall, this is a decent location. The parking lot is easy to navigate, theres a few seating options, the staff member was friendly, and the store smells clean. The only bummer was no cherries, and Id had my heart set on a chocolate covered cherry Blizzard. Id visit this place again, though!
Horrible experience!! I bought 6 blizzards (4 oreo with strawberry, cheesecake and oreo fudge) all the ice creams were too soft. she never flipped them because I think she knew they were. the 4 oreo and strawberry did not have strawberries. They were 2 attendants and one went to the back ro text on here phone. if i could put 0 stars I would of. So far my worst experience so far in that location
Rude employees that ask personal questions…would never go back to this DQ.Go somewhere else, there is a DQ 4 miles away from this one that is way better!

Came to this location at 9:50pm on a Saturday night and was told by the rude staff that they were closed. The sign clearly said they closed at 11pm. She then proceeded to repeat that they were closed and the door was locked which it clearly wasnt because I was holding it open to talk to her. More potential customers came while I sat in my car typing this review and were completely ignored. I love Dairy Queen but the employees at this location are horrible!!
This location is slow & need a cleaning from what i can see my blizzard made me & husband stomach sick we tried to get it a try. Knowing it dont look up to good disorganized

Misleading hours sunday is supposed to be open until 11pm and they closed at 10:30. I called and they answered and hung up. Maybe their manager is not ware that the door was closed earlier. Horrible customer service.
Seems like it is time to update the hours on the door and Google. Those clearly say 10pm but the staff will lock the door when you pull up and ignore you when you knock on the door. A+ plus customer service.

Im a creature of habit in some ways. At restaurants and fast food establishments I often buy the same thing over and over.So it is with Dairy Queen. Yesterday I decided on a Mr. Misty float. Given the many ups and downs of poor Mr. Misty over the years I wasnt surprised that they didnt really know how to make it, but I swirled in the flavor myself and enjoyed my treat anyway.The alternative, a Banana Split Blizzard, also left the menu some time ago. But returning to Mr. Misty; Ive always liked this item. I dont know how they make the little nodules of ice so differently from the other air filled slush alternatives, but Ive always stuck with mr. Misty as my favorite, with some space for banana flavored Slurpees as well ☺

The ice cream was good but every time we go to this Dairy Queen they NEVER have the plain vanilla, chocolate dipped Dilly Bars (this is all I eat from there). About a month ago hubby came home with strawberry dipped ones that tasted like freezer burn. Dairy Queen needs to step it up with team members, there is only one cashier every time we go in ...and he has to make the ice cream as well...we are a fam of 7 then there was a big line behind us.
I have been coming here on and off for years always had a good experience, the women who help us today was very nice wish you all the best. I definitely be back.
Regarding service received at 2361 N UNIVERSITY DR Coral Springs, FL 33065-5121, I went into this location on 08/18/19 at around 7:20 with my little brother and as we all know kids are picky when it comes to food. I originally asked my brother what he want and he said Oreo and then i asked if he wanted chocolate or vanilla he said chocolate, once the girl started making the sundae he stated oh i didnt know she was talking about the ice cream I wanted vanilla. Once the girl came over I politely asked her to remake it if possible, then she gladly accepted as she was going to remake it another employee asked her what she was doing and she said that she was going to remake my ice cream and she asked if I originally asked for that flavor and I stated, No I didnt she then stated that they couldnt exchange the ice cream because I basically got what I asked for. To avoid getting angry and confrontational in front of my little brother I asked her to just charge me for another ice cream. I am completely baffled at how the situation was handled by the employees on duty and I must say I wish I wouldve gone to cold stone instead. Absolutely ridiculous, at how they couldnt simply remake the ice cream sundae. I must say this is a place that I WILL NOT recommend if you want to take your family or siblings out for a nice sundae on a Sunday, worst service EVER!

Ive always enjoyed going to Dairy Queen, until I went to this one. The employee was nice and my food tasted good. However, I was throwing up after eating here, and Im assuming the food wasnt cooked correctly. Especially since there was only one person working there, and she was taking orders, payment, and cooking the food.
Really nice lady named Christina made a great banana split. Its a nice little nook of a dq. Id definitely return.
Very rude and unprofessional workers. They need to be fired!!!Update: I went there on Monday 8/16 at about 9:15pm, took a little longer because they had to refill the machine which was fine I got fresh ice cream. I left about 9:35 and 5 min later they locked the doors. The hours show they are open until 10pm which means if they come in at 9:59pm you still havetoserve them. Someone tried to knock on the window and the door but was totally ignored. That is not right, if they keep doing that to people I will not go back. You need to speak to the workers there
The woman working the counter this evening offered terrible customer service. She made my daughters order wrong because she was too busy on FaceTime. I drove all the way back to have the ice cream order corrected and with a line full of people once again she answered her phone. If she would stay off the phone she can make the orders correctly. I’ll visit another location as long as she’s working there.

Worst dairy queen i have ever been to. The staff had no idea how to make the blizzards. They took 20 min before they took my order. I told them it was to go but he just handed me without tops. When i asked for a bag he looked at me like i had two heads. Needless to say when i got home wich was only 5 min away there was a hole in the side of the cup and it leaked all over my shirt. They need to have people who are more professional working there. I will never go back. I would not even have given it one star but it was the only way i could write this review.
One and only person working at this place didnt even know what the menu items were. Couldnt tell us what a frappe was. Ordered two items and she makes the order wrong. Asked to speak to manager, and there wasnt even one at the store currently. Id pick a different dq instead of this one.
While it is a DQ so obviously the Ice Cream is great, the place however could use some changes. No bathroom (we had to walk next door and use the one at Subway) and they were out of most of the food offerings they do have on the menu. When my 5 year old niece accidentally dumped her jr blizzard on the floor they made us buy a new one, technically shouldve.. yes, but its a little kid, obviously an accident, I wouldnt have charged (there was even a nice lady in there who offered to pay for it.
Worst customer experience. Do not go to this location. Avoid Monica. Went to Dairy Queen location 2361 N University Dr. for date night (an hour ago) with my fiance after a long day at work. Surprisingly not very busy like it usually is. My order was made incorrectly and I politely asked for it to be fixed. The lady behind the register told the other woman (Monica) that I wanted it changed and Monica proceeded to use profane language and said she wasnt about to go against company policy because it was done right, and she did not come over to clarify. She stayed toward the back and went on. I was so shocked, I didnt think to ask for a refund. I asked for her name we leftI was almost in tears after what she said. Monicas behavior was entirely unwarranted. I couldnt even eat my oreo ice cream, I was so upset.Friends and I always look over the fact the place is pretty slow, but this is the last time we will be visiting.I do not recommend this location to anyone, especially for those with small children. Im pretty sure cursing and treating your customers like garbage isnt company policy.Reply to Customer Service Response:Your reply is almost exactly the same as every other recent 1 star review. The night of Sunday, May 20, the cashier misunderstood the order from the customer in front of me. Took a long time to solve the issue. She had to request help from another employee, who was dressed on street clothes, apparently he was off the clock. Then, it was my turn. She misunderstood my order as well. I asked for chocolate shake with Oreo cookies, made a mess, and wiped the cup with napkins instead of replacing cup. Then, I realized why she made a mess... she put cookie dough instead of Oreo cookies. My shirt got stained with the wrong shake.To make her service worse, she turned off the Open sign at 10pm, told a bunch of kids to leave because they are now closed, but they close at 10:30 pm, not 10pm. Bad employee overall.
Always long lines, there really isnt anything near by that has soft serve. Wish there was more options. Kinda question the cleanliness here.
Worst experience ever. I’m not one to leave a bad review but I’ve never left a place feeling so dissatisfied with the terrible customer service I had and didn’t buy their ice cream because of it.I walked in with my family excited to get a BOGO blizzard that was sent through an email from Dairy Queen. When I opened the door the employees were in the back. The manager Monica walked up complaining about the landlord not wanting to fix their water heater in front of us. Then she rolled her eyes when she found out we had a coupon to use and couldn’t find the code. She was extremely disrespectful and not helpful whatsoever. She seemed very agitated and gave off a very unwelcoming demeanor.
Bad customer service. I just got off of work and all I wanted was a classic chocolate ice cream. I waited for maybe 3 or 4 minutes until a guy come and see me and ask if I wanted to order and I said yes he told some girl with blue weave in her hair said she can wait and I stand there for a good 10 or 15 minutes just for a classic chocolate ice cream and all honestly if you dont like your job than maybe you should find a new one instead of taking out on customer. I hope that gentlemen was a manager and not that girl because she was rude and I didnt even get to see her face.

Ordered 2 blizzards via ubereats. Order took almost an hour to arrive and when it arrived there was a melted incorrect item, and not the item I ordered. When I tried to call the store, they at first didnt answer and then kept picking up and hanging up. Finally they answered hello? And told us they were a little busy and hung up on us. We called back and they kept hanging up again and now they have picked up the phone and put it down so that it will be busy if we hang up and try to call back so we are waiting for someone to answer. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous.
Me and my children were in the mood for ice cream on a Saturday night, instead of walking, we decided to do Uber Eats, i placed my order and it said waiting for restaurant to confirm took about 13 minutes of waiting for them to cancel my order, i figured i would call and see what the issue was, maybe they were out of something and i could just replace it, easy. Nope. The rude lady on the other end of the phone said I really wasnt listening for the tablet to be honest. THATS YOUR JOB. help customers in front of you and online, thats how you make $$. I can only imagine how many Uber orders she missed because she really wasnt listening or doing her job. All for 3 ice creams for me and my kids... the staff was always rude, but this location is so convenient for us, guess Ill be having to go a little out of my way to get better service.
This was just awful. They had only one person working who doesn’t even know the menu. I asked her what a Carmel chip frappe is and she said i don’t know, I never made it. I then asked what a moo latte is and she said I don’t know, go figure. I then ordered an Oreo blizzard and a moolatte, 2 things! She proceeds making 2 moo lattes and I look at the receipt because it looks wrong and she said here ya go and hands them to me. I told her that’s not what I ordered and mentioned the Oreo blizzard and she says yeah I know AND DOESNT MAKE IT. She walk around the store on her cell phone and then after 10 minutes makes the blizzard. Too long, too obnoxious, and no manager on site. Just awful experience.

Ordered small peanut butter cookie dough blizzard. The vanilla soft serve was spoiled or there was something really wrong with it. It tasted sour, metallic, foul, like vomit. Me and my 3 friends who all ordered blizzards could not eat it. Tasted rancid. There was no manager in sight to complain to. There were only two 16 year old girls working there. I will never go to DQ again. Disgusting!
I waited an hour for one chili dog. I just left and asked them to refund my card. I rather drive a few min up the road for better service. No one knows what they are doing. They run out of everything. I HATE THIS PLACE WITH A PASSION.

Very in ahhh about this place. The kid working was trying so hard to serve and attend to everyone. The older man that seem to be like an owner, didnt even greet us, acknowledge us, even as Im looking at him and said hello. There are people waiting and he didnt even bother to assist the young man, just stood there starring at a computer screen. I gave it a 2 star star because of the kids efforts. The machine was down, unable to use for the soft serve ice cream, he didnt know how to make it work, and the man, disappeared. Very disappointing. Try another DQ, this is as last resource stop.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have never left a bad review but this really pissed me off. I went In today for ice cream cuz I’ve been craving ice cream ALL weekend so finally I went. There was only one person working there and one employee so I stand There looking at the menu and wait for the employee to finish what she’s doing. Idk what took her so long. What the order was before me, I have No idea. She looked like she was cleaning up and I just Stood there forever waiting for her to ask me what I wanted or to even acknowledge me or say “I’ll be right with you” and nothing. I stood there longer and watched, giving her the benefit of the doubt and just wait and see what she was helping the other person with but I didnt See her cooking anything up or scooping ice cream so I just Walked out as soon as someone else walked in. DONT just leave your customers standing around being ignored. At least acknowledge their existence. It’s not like Dairy Queen has the best ice cream anyway, it was just the closest place to me. Could’ve ran to Walmart and gotten a tub of ice cream for cheaper and not have even bothered to wait on anyone to attend to me.
I would give this place a 0, customer service is terrible, they stand there and look agitated, when placing an order, no may help you, thank you, nuthn..even when you say thank you! They dont know how to even make the simplest things like a blizzard, in my case it was watery, before I could get out the door, its unclean, nobody seems to care about a darn thing. Took my 6 year old at a VERY late hour, after an extended day of early rise, school, & late fun at a football game. After being promised a yummy treat, my daughter happened to call me on it at an ungodly hour and DQ was the answer...My 4 stars are only for the gentle-hearted woman, who saved the moment-ummmm, I wish I had never entered the store, based on the insensitivity of the young cashier lady as she seemed put out that my young child was selective.After finally describing what we order at a different DQ location, the young lady tossed hands in air & went to the other woman with a solution.In no time, a yummy treat was presented, however, long day, late hour, & moody child later, the treat wasnt quite right...I was firm with my kid that the treat was going to be enjoyed, because it was sweet & deal, but the more I looked at it, it DID NOT represent anything like the treat we get at our go to DQ location.I simply asked the young lady to either help me to blend the item or could I just get a varied option, which I stated I would pay for. Ohhh, she didnt want to hear that, It was made the right way and I wont give you something else because she thinks it isnt right.?????? My daughter HAD NOT thrown a fit, no attitude, she simply stood there, unsure of why her treat request looked VERY different from her usual experiences.That young lady was unhelpful and unresponsive to a solution. Hands went in the air, again and the woman came. I shared that I understood the treat was fine, but I needed a solution- NO questions asked, she made a way for my daughter to smile.She did, firmly, explain that all DQs are not created equal and that there are varied ways for treats to be made. While I more than appreciated her reasoning, I more than expressed that all I wanted to do, was go home, due to an early day.Bottom line, the woman was very customer friendly and accommodating. If you go, stick to the menu and expect no exceptions unless you want a dose of attitude. We are not going there, again. I dont live in the area, and my daughter is not a difficult child and she was treated with minimal effort of kindness and that is rude. While I will compliment the woman, for her accuracy and efforts to fix the problem, it was late and I just wanted to head home-

How this place stays open is beyond me. Twice Ive gone and asked for sandwiches or snacks and they didnt have it. Why bother putting it on the menu? Go to the DQ in Tamarac instead (if youre not in a hurry). They have it all.

The place is packed and its a mess of two female employees who do not seem to know what to do or how to do it. All servicing a are a mess and people seem bothered but things missing or things being done wrong! What an absolute zoo of a mess. But even I would know that a banana split has banana in it!!! Wow!!!
Unprofessional! Lady tonight Tuesday March13th 9:20pm working the counter/inside dining has either her kids or whoever with gentleman in red shirt and some other young lady ; cursing up a storm . “I got go home my baby just text me”. Gentleman in red shirt walking around yelling /asking what’s wrong why she’s upset. She replies it’s 9:20pm they close at 10pm. As we decided to turn around and leave they had locked the doors to establishment. I helped myself to unlocking the the door since lady in front had “customer” family member lock the door.
