Very rude service. Cashiers just don’t want to be there. Horrible. I stopped by for an ice cream and the rude server told me it was cash only. No explanation. He should have said, go home, because that’s what he really wanted to say. So rude I almost didn’t believe him. Came back 20 mins later. My husband really wanted something. There was some manager there. We asked if it was still cash only, this guy was worse. Nasty. Barely could take the time to answer us. Awful. You need to hire some better people. It’s a mall. You’re going to get business. It’s a shame too because so many people need jobs.

Love getting ice cream from here. Not only in the mornings its so quick and easy to get the ice cream of choice. Julio was an amazing help offering me different choice of toppings I didnt know was offer here. Will definitely come back!!!

Terrible service!!!!my mother and I went there and she got sick with the ice cream rum raisins. She vomit all night and she had diarrhea plus the guy in there was very rude very disappointed. The machine of the credit cards was nasty. Ill never come back there.

Today I purchased a Dulce De leche sundae, When I walked up to the booth the cashier Valentina was very rude she did not greet me and her facial expression was as if she did not want to be there! I proceeded to ask what size does the sundae come in, she stated only one size. After she made the sundae I realized the sign advertise small and regular sizes. This is not cool because if I have an option to choose I would like to make that decision rather than have a grumpy cashier decide for me. Overall, if Im going to pay 8 bucks for an ice cream sundae I would like to receive good customer service as well.

I remember working here as a teen and sneaking samples all the time of the Dulce de leche.. Still the only flavor Ill ever get haha. Such sweet young ladies and gentlemen working the time I went. They even gave me complimentary sprinkles! It was my lucky day I guess :)

Me and my daughter stopped by this shop to get a milkshake but they were out. Which i understand. So i took another minute to find out what else i could get her, but the girl at the register looked annoyed that i was still looking, she had no customer service. Her face alone was telling me that I shouldnt buy anything, but my child really wanted ice cream. She didnt smile and made me feel as if i was taking up her time. Im a customer just like anyone else...

Deeply disappointed with customer service. I and another customer were ignored by staff whilst several others were served. When I was finally served, my order was incorrect (which I didnt point out) and the young lady was very rude. The staff seems to pick and choose who they serve by personal preference. As I was waiting, one of the staff members even struck up a conversation with a customer and continued to pretend not to see me. Another went in the back. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
