I have been a patient of this office for a few years and I would NOT recommend them, because of poor patient care and just general customer service.The practitioners at this office are good. The problem / issue is 80% of your interaction is with this office staff and unfortunately they are rude and incompetent.The office is so disconnected from the Patients Care they repeatedly used excuse like “office process” and “office procedures” to avoid taking any additional steps to assist in the patients care.Not every situation is the same and at the very least as a representative of a Medical office you should LISTEN to your patients.Additionally the appointment scheduler can’t even schedule the correct days.Do yourself a favor and find another Dr’s office.

There isnt enough room to write how much I love this place. Dr. Jaffe is incredible, intelligent, loving, hands on, and such a joy. She is such a blessing to have as an ENT. My daughter absolutely loves her and is always excited to see her. Not only does this doctor give you time and patience, but she also explains things and does her best to make every situation better before you leave. 5 stars isnt enough for this doctor and her staff.

I really like Dr. Jaffe she advised on all the test and recommended others doctors I would need for my son to see. She makes sure you are well informed and speaks to you so you’ll 100% understand unlike some doctors we’ve visited. Her staff is nice and the place is clean.

Very rude office staff. It seems they know nothing aout how Medicare works. I have Medicare and a supplement insurance that they never heard of. The supplement pays the 20% that I would normally be responsible for. I told them that they dont have to worry as long as they bill Medicare the rest is paid automatically. They passed me around the office staff, and ended up telling me that they cannot make me an appointment, and just hung up on me. If this is the way that a potentially new patient is treated. I suggest that you find another Drs office.

I don’t understand how this office can have any bad reviews. The staff is so nice! I went for first time sinus issues, and Heather made me feel so comfortable and put my mind at ease. Took care of my problem right then and there, my prescription was waiting at the pharmacy for me, and now just a week later, I’m feeling so much better. Thank you so much!

Dr. Heather Cousino is helping me to find out what is wrong with me. I have allergies and my head felt so stuffy and congested. She took some wax out of my ears and explained to me the different options i could take to getting better. She was very honest and direct. She treated me very well. I am grateful for her help and continued help. The office staff was very nice and the office is very clean. Thank you to Dr. Cousino again.

First couple visits I was happy with Doctor. Accounting is very horrible. Girls always trying to charge more deductible explaining that doctor on tier B with my insurance. And the reason why I came to this doctor because I got her name from insurance web-site as tier A. I keep fighting, at the end they figuring out I was right. Then was disappointed with doctor as she keep saying she is perfectionist at the end even refused to do ear tubes for my son saying he has negative pressure and it is very special surgery and she cant do it. And one more thing. Now I got a bill for tumpanometry. They charging for office visit and it is a part of visit. Or you have to pay for them to look at ear, at nose separately ? Very disappointed. Already regret that sent my friend to your office. Just waste of time and money with this at the end.

The star is for the doc, everything else re this appt went south. Spend a lot of time filling out the patient portal, on line. great idea if worked. Supposed to shave time from filling out paperwork in office. Still asked to come 20 mins early, no prob, always go early. ONE HOUR later, after another new patient who came in 15 minutes after me, was called first.I was losing my cool, but I was so incredibly tired of waiting, complained to office staff. HA! We have 5 providers was my answer, doesnt more mean the wait is less? Good luck.

Dr Jaffe is wonderful with children. She is fantastic at explaining and showing what is going on and is great at laying out a plan of action. Only down side is that the front desk has had my appointment times off by 15 minutes a few times.

Enough bad reviews with ZERO response shows this is a doc to avoid. Even if the doc is good, if they have horrible staff...it’s not worth the aggravation.

Dr Jaffe was very efficient with us from the very moment we attended our first appointment with our 6 year old daughter to the moment of her surgery. She makes sure you are involved in every way for a healthy recovery. She takes all steps possible to fit your childrens health care needs. What I loved the most was her sincere care for our baby girl. Highly recommend Dr Jaffee for your children .
