I wrote down the appointment when it was made. Miscommunication between myself and phone answerer, I wrote down 330, appointment was made for 3. Showed up at 315 and was greeted with “YOU’RE LATE” by reception. “You’ll have to wait now doctor is with another patient”. No problem. At 4 was told by the doctor that I needed to wait longer because I was late. No thanks. A simple miscommunication shouldn’t cost me my whole afternoon. Maybe telling me at 315 to reschedule would have been more courteous. ETA: changing my review to a neutral three stars. I’ve been reached out to by the Google administrator and the owner of the office. While I wouldn’t patronize this business after my experience, they deserve credit for trying to reach out.

My daughter has been a patient since she was 6 now is nearly 12. The group is excellent with children. I highly reccomend Dr Marifran and Dr Robyn both are amazing, caring and professional. My daughter is excelling in every way after struggling for years in school, she now has a 3.8 GPA!!
