Great bakery with delicious pastries & coffee!! There was a little bit of a wait as only one person attending and they make all coffee to order but, Ill take it to get the freshest coffee I could get 😉 Also bought some of their one day old pastries which I reheated at home in my airfryer and they were still delicious!! Would come back to try different ones.

Great cappuccino and very crispy airy croissant. Good prices for quality products. Only 7 people can be in the store at the time of review. Opens at 8am. The place was full. With most of the seats taken. They outside seating as well. I went at 9ish am. The seating is wiped down every time.

We passed by this nice little bakery and were immediately greeted by Deena and Brandon. Very nice to feel welcomed the moment you walk through the door. We ordered the blackberry cream and danish apple cream pastries. We also had their Norwegian waffle, which is really different - it’s kind of between a pancake and a waffle; also crispy and light. The strawberry jelly really makes it a delight. We had a cappuccino, which was also very good. All of their baked goods are baked fresh daily and have “yesterday’s pastries” at 50% off (we grabbed a handful of them because they are so good!). This was our first time here and will 100% be coming back in the near future (probably next weekend).

This place is one extraordinarily wonderful gem. My husband and i were absolutely blown away by the quality and deliciousness of the pastries. We ate one in the car after ordering a few different pastries to go. After one bite, I went back and ordered more. The mini lemon cheesecakes and the almond croissants are the stars of the show. Dina, the assistant manager, was incredibly helpful and gracious. She really completes the entire experience. Thank you Nordic bakery for your delicious pastries, and spectacular service. We have found our new favorite breakfast and confectionery spot. 10 out of 10.

Hidden gem in Coral Springs! I just found this cute coffee place in Coral Springs. Coffee is great plus pastries are delicious. The only bad thing is that they take all the outdoor sitting inside like two hours before closing leaving you with no place to seat outside. Please keep the outdoor seating out until you close! Beautiful place!

Stopped in to try this place out and the food was delicious! We got the ham and cheese on a croissant, which we highly recommend! For sweets we got the cinnamon roll and the cheese danish - both were fantastic! Inside is very well decorated and clean and the staff is very friendly! We met the the owners and they are super nice and really care about their business and customers! Can’t wait to come back soon to try everything else on the menu! So yummy!

I have heard from many people that this bakery has great everything and I was not disappointed. Everything is made fresh daily. My husband had 2 different danishes, a mini cinnamon roll, and a croissant with coffee. I had the mini coconut chocolate roll with a hot tea. All delicious. Its a small shop with a few well spaced tables for dine-in. They keep it very clean and are great about wearing masks and cleaning the tables between patrons.They even have a half price plate if there is anything left from the day before. Nothing wrong with that! I understand theres a location in Hollywood too if youre down that way. I highly recommend this lovely bakery whether you dine-in or take it home.

If your Hispanic I suggest you DON’T come here.. as we all know there’s barely any Cuban cafes around Coral Springs and barely any bakeries so I was craving a good coffee and a chocolate croissant. I’ve never been here so I decided to give it a try.. the coffee is decent, I think you can def make it better at home. The orange juice is store bought I can 100% tell, which I could’ve just brought my own orange juice better quality at Publix. When I buy orange juice anywhere that is a bakery I expect it to be freshly squeezed bc I mean if it’s store bought what is the point! The chocolate croissant was the worst one I ever tasted in my entire life!! It does not even taste like chocolate!!!! The aftertaste after that first bite was terrible & I had to throw it all away except the coffee which again was decent. Overall it was not worth my money. I prefer taking a far drive to go to a real Hispanic bakery where I get my money’s worth.

This place is called Felictias not Nordic. Maybe it was before but not now. I wasnt impressed. Looked for Norwegian items nothing had Spanish. Love Spanish bakeries but I wanted Norwegian. Went to Panera they were closer to what I was looking for.

I stopped in here today for some coffee and a pastry and was so pleasantly surprised. I have never had such an amazing, flaky, buttery pastry in my life and the coffee was amazing. This place is a must try! I have a feeling I will be driving all the way from Pembroke Pines to get some pastries from this delicious bakery!

Show me the best crew songs Ive ever had and I love the fact that they have smalle Danish that you can get fresh or 50% off the price on the next day and have a good variety. There also very customer oriented.

This place is amazing!!! Brandon is the best barista ever!! The coffee is so good! And the pastries were very good as well. If you stop by for some coffee ask Brandon to make it (if he is there) you won’t be disappointed!!! And his customer service skills are excellent!

I am so happy that, finally, in our area, we have an European bakery! I missed it! Everything is so tasty here! I love this place and have been telling all my friends that they should go try it! One day I met the owner who is Norwegian and we had a great conversation about Norway and its culture, and European pastries :) I highly recommend this place, they just opened, and they are getting more items on the menu each time I visit!

Today when I was craving coffee, and thought I could not live without it, I stumbled upon this quaint coffee shop in the corner of this plaza and was warmly welcomed. I found the service to be impeccable. Even though I had entered for coffee the wonderful batista, Sheryl, enticed me into two pastieries. I must say both the coffee and the treats were delicious and the service really tipped it over into flawlessness. I would definitely say I will be returning.

All of the workers are so friendly and make you feel welcomed. Brandon and Elisabeth were very good. The coffee was delicious I recommend a caramel latte. The pastries are also savory my favorite is the maple pecan but all are good. Very nice atmosphere.

My husband is Norwegian and we approve! I got a pecan maple twist and it may be the best pastry I’ve ever put in my mouth. Flaky, buttery, still warm from the oven, and drenched in maple syrup. Omg. So good. Great coffee too. Definitely recommend! It’s on the corner with no real signs so it was hard to find. We almost left when we couldn’t find it.

I was looking for a bakery in Coral Springs and found Nordic bakery, I was pretty indecisive but ended up going with an egg and cheese croissant and tried out some pastries that was recommended to me by the cashier. The food and the pastries were great! I really loved the chocolate swirl, but the customer service and the friendliness of the staff (Elizabeth) is the reason Ill be back, 10/10 experience!

Nordic Bakery is amazing! The pastries are so incredibly delicious. I bought an assortment for the family and we loved each and every one! The chocolate croissant was so flaky and delicious, and the blackberry fin was a delight! Do yourself a favor and support this awesome local business.

The pastries are beautifully prepared and taste authentic - I spent a summer in Copenhagen. They also have a variety of coffee options from strong brewed espressos to high quality American style coffees. We look forward to the pandemic ending so we can spend time at the bakery rather than just picking up and taking away.

This place is awesome. The pastries were amazing. If you dont go here you are simply missing out. We bought seven different types of pastries to share and try. All were fantastic. Chocolate croissant, blackberry fin, salted caramel, maple pecan, vanilla, even the regular butter croissant was excellent. Definite place you need to try. Will not disappoint.

I bought a few of every pastries available, it was gone in a couple of hours. Everything was light and not too sweet. It didnt sit in your stomach and made you feel heavy. I will definitely be back this weekend.

Absolutely fabulous bakery! I saw the one negative review but that person wasnt understanding of a brand new store opening that did way better than expected. I have been in multiple days bringing pastries to work and all my coworkers and in awe of the quality of the pastries. Id tell you to try one but they are all great! My fav of the day was a chocolate croissant. Crispy exterior and gooey chocolate interior. Keep up the excellent work!!!

My wife and I just love this place The pastries are always fresh and delicious. The coffee is excellent and we really like the cappuccino. The prices are very reasonable. The service is friendly and efficient.

Update May 2020. Closed for good, still open in downtown Hollywood (Young Circle). Excellent coffee and the pastries are sublime. They use much less sugar than anywhere else. A little overpriced but not many can match the quality found here.

Amazing bakery and coffee shop right in our own backyard! Delicious pastries!!! The salted caramel is my favorite, but they are all very yummy. The plain croissant is excellent, too. I highly recommend.

I do NOT recommend Nordic Bakery at all. They take a really really long time to deal with each customer, the entire store is hot, they were out of everything and it was 10:30 am. I mean EVERYTHING. They had no regular milk, no ink and kept adding on time as to when their chocolate croissants would be ready. They had only 3 types of pastries in the window and they were almost all out. I cant even really rate the actual desserts bc we only tried the chocolate croissants and they were okay. Someone walked in to pickup an order he placed an hour in advance and he still had to wait. I know there are more important things in life ATM but this is a friendly warning not to waste your time.

This place is A-MAZING !!!! My co-worker brought us some to work and I’m in love. They’re family owned and even with Covid around they’re thriving and doing GREAT! Yes there is a wait, but people need to understand that we’re in a pandemic and this place is selling out fast because of how fresh and tasteful the food is. If I could give 10/10 I would. I went to grab breakfast while on vacation in the area and it was average. I think I have this perspective partially due to COVID. There was only one woman working who took my order and made my food, which made my visit take a little longer. I ordered a salad (very basic, nothing special), an apple danish and cinnamon swirl (pretty tasty, but also reminded me of pastries in the bakery section of Publix), and a hot chai with oat milk. I was pleased that they had milk options BUT I saw the woman working basically pour the chai from a box, the TAZO box brand, which just wasn’t what I had in mind when ordering from a cafe. I might as well order it from Starbucks or buy a box myself. I would say take this off the menu unless you’re actually going to have your own special chai. It also tasted just how I thought it would - bland and forgettable. So don’t order the chai but everything else is just fine. This place has potential and is probably bustling when COVID isn’t happening.

Sorry to tell the truth but your pastries are not on par with real european bakeries. Its more like american junk food loaded with sugar not quality ingredients. Not to mention cheap nutella filling in your croissants. Your service is slow and your store is uncomfortably hot. Prices are expensive. Please take this into mind and improve.
