Mike Dubin, The manager, is one of the best reasons to buy from here. He is such a kind, knowledgeable expert in all things flooring. I have purchased all my flooring for 4 different homes from him and Dolphin. Every time the floors look so incredible, the colors match even better than I imagined and have always been very happy with the service and installation. I’m pretty picky and usually find things wrong with certain aspects of all businesses and services but this most recent flooring purchase and installation was honestly pretty flawless. Walked in, picked out the floors in less than 15 minutes, set up measuring date, installation date and all was done and complete in less than 10 days and it looks incredible.

Dolphin carpet and tile SOLD US THE TILE AND MOLDING.then they contract out to other contractors to installthe tile was installed properly and so was the molding.THE DISASTER WAS AFTER THE FINISHED JOB!such a mess of the philm from the grout was left on the tile!IT WAS WORSE THAN THE OLD TILE WE HAD REMOVED!we had to pay ANOTHER $1000.00 to another company to remove it and make our brand new tile look brand new.ALL DOLPHIN TILE IN CORAL SPRINGS DID WAS SELL US THEIR PRODUCT!so expect to pay approximately and additional $1000.00above what u pay dolphinOHHHalso our kitchen pantry door was damaged and we have to replace it!WAY TO GO DOLPHIN/TILE CORAL SPRINGSI WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO GO THEREALL GOOD REPORTS ABOUT THEM MUST BE FROM FRIENDS OR FAMILY OR THEMSELVES 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻🤮

Today is 2/20/21. When I had my original installation in August, 2020, of my new vinyl laminate floor, I was so happy and posted a great review. Unfortunately for me, my $5200.00 dream floor has turned into a hellish NIGHTMARE! Dealing with various people at Dolphin has been terrible, and they are very disrespectful. The installer has been back to my home several times now for problems in several areas and problems still exist.The company insists on sending the same installer back every single time so they wont have to pay another person! The installer apparently has not had proper training with this type of floor.So, unless you want to have a nightmare on your hands, I do not recommend purchasing a laminate floor from them. No, they DO NOT GET IT RIGHT!

Mike Dubin made it an absolute pleasure to do business with Dolphin Carpet & Tile. Dolphin was not the cheapest game in town, but it was well worth spending the extra money. Aside from the comfort that comes with doing business with a well established company, the customer service Mike provided was second to none. When the installers removed our old laminate flooring, we discovered an extensive mold and water intrusion problem throughout our home that delayed the installation for months. Not only did Mike not charge us for the last minute change of plans, he also stored our tile at his warehouse free of charge. Then, before we restarted the installation, we decided to change from 1/8” grout lines to 1/16” grout lines, a change which required a different installation crew and different setting materials. Not only did Mike work to get us the best price possible, he did not charge us to pick up the already delivered materials, and he was able to add the increased cost of mud-setting onto our 0% interest financing. Now we have beautiful, 24” rectified edge, porcelain tile throughout our entire home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We most definitely would recommend Dolphin Carpet & Tile to our friends & family. Thank you, Mike!
