I always read the reviews before contacting a company for any services and I had read a review about the estimator not showing up nor picking up calls after but I decided to give him a chance because tge review was from 4 years ago. Carlos scheduled an appointment to come out to my house between 4:30 and 5 (he actually set that time saying after work. I think he was referring after his work because Im home all day). He never showed up, didnt respond to my text and didnt pick up my call.

Furthermore, he provided a quote that was less expensive, more comprehensive (in terms of scope), and with less lead time than two established local companies. In addition, he was very communicative and diligent in following up before, during, and after the job. The job went smooth and was finished faster than I expected. I was very pleased with the results of the job done, and especially with the professionalism of Carlos throughout the process - he clearly cares about the customers and it shows. I would not hesitate to recommend CAV to anybody needing carpet services in the area.

I have done business with Carlos for replacing my existing carpets at home and he has done an amazing job. It has been 3 months and I havent seen any issues with the carpet or the installation and everyone loves our new carpet. Besides the work that he has done, he is very professional, his communication and costumer service is also superb. So far he is the best contractor that I have dealt with.

Cav Carpet Services did an excellent job carpeting my home in West Miramar. I shopped around trying to combine the best service for the best price and decided after meeting with Carlos to go with his company. He had a large array of selections to choose from, brought two workers with him that not only removed the furniture and any existing pet odors, they also meticulously removed and returned all the furniture to its proper place! I highly recommend Carlos and his crew for an outstanding job!!
