After having a Kitchen Art installation done six years ago, it became necessary to modify the outdoor kitchen in order to install a roll-up hurricane door. My sales rep dispatched two of the nicest and most talented people to cut off an entire cabinet section and rework the end cap. From the photos, you can see that it looks like the cabinet that was removed had never been there at all. In addition, they reconnected the electrical outlet and propane gas tank. This was a small job and probably more of a bother for this vendor than anything, but they willingly agreed to do the work, and I am extremely pleased with the result. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I wish we could give negative stars, because this is what this company deserves. If you want top quality kitchen cabinets and countertops, stay far away this company. If you want great customer service as well as friendly customer service, stay far away from this company. Kitchen Art uses the cheapest materials and all of their cabinets fall apart (literally) within less than 6 months of normal use and they dont stand behind their work or products at all. I live in a community with 387 brand new homes and the builder (GL) used Kitchen Art to do all the kitchens, and needless to say, Im not the only one in this community who has major problems and a horrible experience when dealing with Kitchen Art on warranty issues. My suggestion is to stay away from this company.
I have worked with numerous businesses in my life and none have been as rude and insulting to a customer as Kitchen Art. I am glad to see other reviews posted saying the same thing. I was told twice I would be called back within a certain time frame. The third time I called after both previous time frames had passed, the person who answered was completely insulting. I will never do business with this company and recommend against it for anyone who would like to be treated as if they are a customer and not a bother.
Paul knows his stuff!!!
Been in business since 1989 - and havent updated their design style since. Kitchen Art recently did a kitchen for a client of mine and they used all door cabinets rather than drawer bases. Amazing, in this day and age, that anyone would design a kitchen like this, especially for senior citizens. According to the client, drawers were never suggested.
I have been a Kitchen Art customer since 2001. I have used them in three of my homes. From office staff to field staff they are great. They go above and beyond. They are the BEST. You can’t go wrong in choosing Kitchen Art to create the kitchen you have always dreamed about.
Kitchen Art is truley a 1st class operation, from communication to customer service and most of all their grade of workmanship. All of the employees I have dealt with have been highly professional, neat, clean and courteous.I cant say enough about my experience with Kitchen Art.
I highly recommend kitchen art! I did a complete remodel of my house and en trusted Kitchen Art with my new gourmet kitchen and 4 new bathrooms, along with a mudroom, bar and TV unit. They turned out fantastic. Everything from the design process to the installation has gone smoothly and any corrections that were needed were taken care of promptly and with great care. The team at kitchen art is wonderful and Paul designed the most beautiful kitchen and bathrooms that I could have ever dreamed of! I would use them again and again!!
Needed 4 cabinets to complete a remodel. The salesperson was just rude. She said they were too busy to be bothered with a small order for builder grade cabinets. The original order came through this company and I had the order number. Again, made it clear they couldn’t be bothered. They only deal with the trade.
Very nice staff to work with. I even received a follow-up call to make sure we were completely satisfied.I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is trying to decide if they should update their kitchen cabinets. The remodel went very smooth. They are top notch.
They were hired by our contractor to manufacture and install new closets, a laundry room, vanities for our bathrooms, and a new kitchen. The moment we saw them we immediately contacted them to remove the closets, and vanities as they were not what we ordered, they did not fit, and the quality was substandard. When we questioned the custom closets we were told just to enter them sideways.Once they were paid by the contractor they refused to finish the job and left us without handles, shelves plus we had to hire another company to do the cutouts for the appliances.I would not recommend this company and do not pay them up front if you are stuck using them.
Extremely rude people!!! I have 2 kitchens to remodel so I went to their showroom, there was no one available to talk to me. I left my phone number, no one called back. When I called, the person that was on the phone was extremely rude and explained to me in the most condescending tone that they are too busy and not interested in helping me! Well if you want to save time go straight to the competition, there are plenty of other companies that do kitchens, and you will certainly get a better service.
Bob can fix anything
They are amazing. Ask for Paul he is the best.
Great ambiance, and excellent quality fish
I hired Kitchen Art to remodel my kitchen early 2010. I had them reface my cabinets with thermofoil, install granite countertops, a new sink, install a glass backsplash and complete floor tiling with travertine. The granite installer was great, the glass backsplash and travertine tile was also fantastic. The cabinets, not so much. Within a year they started to peel and melt. Now, two years later it is peeling and melting all over the place. Contacted the company, and they said it was heat. Its peeling where the coffee maker is located, where the toaster oven is located, and all around the microwave and stove. I contacted Kitchen Art and they are willing to repair it for $600. They do not stand behind their product, and in my opinion installed thermofoil better suited for an office or bathroom. If heat melts their product, why is it installed in the kitchen?? Hire this company if you are willing to relocate anything that creates heat in your kitchen. You can put your coffee maker in the bathroom and the stove in the living room. Use it as a table. Also, Gail Jones is a monster to deal with. 2/24/15: fixed by them and melting again!!
Best place for kitchen and bathroom cabinetry
Friendly people
