I took my 13 year old daughter to Colorfast to get a second piercing this week. The staff was absolutely professional, welcoming and the facility was clean. They took time to measure and re-measure the location of the piercing prior to the procedure--no rushing. Kri, who performed the procedure was very gentle and had a calm demeanor putting my daughter at ease. They provided clear instructions and a pamphlet on the care of the piercing. I would recommend this location to anyone, but more importantly anyone with a teen intrested in piercings. Great place!

My decision to go to Colorfast Studios comes from my obsession with Japanese style tattoos & art. I wanted a sleeve tattoo that would incorporate a cover up and three elements a Koi & Dragon, with color & a Skull. I found Vincent Moisdon on the web and found his art and tattoo work to be exceptional and truly special. He is an amazing artist and he has done work in other mediums, we are fortunate to have him as a pro tattoo artist! We were able to consult about the cover up and the layout and the cover up. A lot of work! Everything went smoothly and the project began. His staff is awesome, sending reminders for appointments, very professional! His shop is clean & welcoming and he has other fantastic tattoo artists on his team. My tattoo is awesome and has healed up beautifully. I looked forward to sessions at the shop too, what an awesome environment! Continued success to the Colorfast family! I look forward to my next tat!

Decided to pop into a new studio to have my nostril piercing looked at. Nothing wrong with my original piercer but colorfast is basically in my back yard and Im contemplating getting a tattoo soon... Great opportunity to check out a new place.I had some irritation/bump issues with my two month old nostril piercing. Called colorfast to see if I could pop in to be seen. Even on a packed day they etched out some time for me. Ultimately they decided that I could try a post downsize to see if that helps reduce irritation from excess movement. The young woman who did the swap/cleaning was very gentle. I get the impression that she was maybe a trainee as she was overseen by the man who originally inspected my irritation.... If thats the case, kudos! No pain or discomfort at all!The shop is clean and set up very nicely...akin to what a doctors office exam room looks like. Theyre taking covid seriously too- Thank you!Everyone inside was extremely polite, professional and welcoming. Fingers crossed that my piercing stops being so angry with me! Ill definitely be popping back in to colorfast when Im ready for that tattoo!

Got a great tattoo from Vincent Moisdon! hes got a great attitude, making sure I got what i wanted. Very chill studio too, good front desk (thanks Kathy), good music, friendly staff. After 41 years of being on this planet I finally decided to get my first tattoo. It was my wife’s idea as she also wanted some ink. We were recommended by a friend to give Adam Forero of Colorfast Studios a call. The entire experience was amazing! Everyone there was so accommodating. They made us feel like we were longtime friends who stopped by to say hello and get some fresh ink. As we waited for Adam to prep we observed other customers coming in getting the same warm welcome. So much so that you couldn’t tell if they were repeat clients or new customers. I would highly recommend this place. My wife and I were so happy that we’ve already booked our next appointment. I needed to find a new spot since my usual guy is on hiatus. Was very uncomfortable at first with approaching someone new for a tattoo but these guys made me feel right at home.Kris at the front is really helpful, cool guy. Adam, who I plan on doing a lot more with, was GREAT. He really made me feel comfortable and let me know that I can speak up whenever I want we can do whatever I want, which I always like to hear. Dude was great. Seriously. Alex at color fast is spectacular! I had two fairly good size tattoos done. Now I want so many more. I let him know my ideas and he sent me some options until we were both happy. This was my very first tattoo at 48 years old. This was such a difficult thing with my anxiety so out of control. Everyone was so patient and nice. My tattoo artist Eric took so much time helping me and made this experience wonderful! The problem now is ... I WANT ANOTHER ONE! Lol thank you so much...♾

So my artist was SUPPOSED to be Alex Heter and i was supposed to get a tat over the holiday break from the military, i had my appointment set up weeks ago as he told me he was free back then. Fastforward to now and hes delayed the tattoo multiple times for his own reasons last minute and ive had enough at this point. All in all unprofessional and incapable of keeping his word very disappointed in what shouldve been a happy end to my holiday break which is now leaving a bitter taste on my way back to texas.

It was Mother’s Day. The anniversary of my husband’s death, and of course your brain works like, “I have to do this TODAY!” We went to another shop first and they were booked solid. We found Colorfast and decided to see if they had time. The atmosphere upon entering was completely different. They were very accommodating. Won had a cancellation and worked me in right away. My tattoo didn’t take long, but just the fact that they worked so hard to make sure my needs were met that day meant so much. We will be back!

I walked in today to get my nose pierced and i couldn’t be happier with how it came out! Kri was so professional, he gave me clear instructions and did such a good job I barely felt any pain. It’s been 10 hours and It looks perfect no blood a little swelling but no pain at all. He’s really the GOAT.

I was just there last night, and I have to say my overall experience was great. Tiffany greeted us at the front desk, and she was great to us. Jim did our pieces, and he was great and very welcoming. I went originally for a huge touch up by the artist named Jamie after he did the work it didnt settle in one spot I was told by the artist that it was my fault because of the bra strap he did fill that after it did heal but now the other side is more thicker lines, bottom half of the tattoo doesnt look like the original idea he told me leaving at 4 and how quickly could I get there so maybe he was in a rush I am not sure but sorry Im going to take the risk and going to another artist too much aggravation

I had an amazing experience! I got my nose pierced and I was so nervous because Ive never had anything else permanent done to me other than my ears before, but they made me so comfortable and prepared. I was really impressed with the time they took to inform me of how to take care of it afterwards and they walked me through each step of the process. It was very clean and I felt very safe. Everyone was very nice. Sara did my nose, she was so nice! You should ask for her if you go.

I had a wonderful experience at colorfast. My husband and I were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. They are very professional, my piercer Sabrina took the time to explain step by step what was going to happen and specific aftercare instructions. Everything was done in a sterile environment. I would definitely recommend!!!

My three star review is for one reason. The first go around they pierced my septum too far back and actually got it through cartilage. After waiting six months for it to heal and calling to complain I went back and had them re do it. The second time it came out beautifully. The piercing itself didn’t hurt too badly. It took a bit to heal but overall was worth it. The shop is nice. It’s also quite clean.

This is a great place to come to for piercings. Sarah was amazing, and explained every single step of the process. Afterwards, I experienced no pain at all in the days afterward. They truly prepare the equipment in a highly sterile manner, make you feel comfortable, and answer any questions you have. Everyone here is very friendly, and I highly recommend this place. Vince, the owner, designed and tatted a gypsy on my arm a few months ago and I could not be more in love. The tattoo took a little over six hours and I felt relaxed and entertained the entire time. The artists are fun and make you feel like part of the crew. I adore Lars and will be getting a piece by him after Vince finishes my sleeve. Jimmy (little Jim) is awesome as well! Went by today to get my first tattoo for my birthday. Staff was very welcoming and receptive. Vince showed me some samples, and was very easy to talk to. Shop was clean, and very detailed. I frequent the cigar shop next door to Colorfast and have been watching the top quality work get pumped out for a few months. I finally walked in one day and spoke to the owner while he was finishing a half sleeve, and was dead set on getting tattooed here. About a month later, I came in and talked to Nick Richard, one of the artist, about finishing my sleeve. Not only did he help me come up with a perfect design, but he threw down a SICK Jimi Hendrix portrait on my wrist. It was so awesome, and I was so pleased with the work, that I went back the next day and got 2 more pieces! I love my ink, I love the shop, and I cant wait to go back next month for more!!! If you are looking for top quality, while also getting treated like a piece of art canvas instead of an appointment in a book, you need to check the crew out at Colorfast. Thank you guys so much!!!

I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life at a business . I have always had a good experience with color fast except for tonight. The front desk woman Sabrina was incredibly rude when I just wanted to consult with the artist. Than I finally get to speak with Jamie and again rude! He was aggravated from the beginning, did not listen to a word I said and seemed annoyed with my ideas about my own tattoo. I finally came out and askedhim straight up do u have time to do my tattoo? He threw down the pen and said actually no I dont . No Im sorry, no can we reschedule nothing. I walked out and not a word from the staff. What I dont understand is why he didnt just say he didnt have time from the beginning. I will never go back there again and Im telling all my friends not too either. Very disappointed . Its sad.

Colorfast has done all of my art work from tattoos to piercings. A young guy, I think his name was Stevo, professionally walked me through the steps on how a piercing is supposed to be done correctly. He was outstanding and very courteous which made me feel like I was partaking in a ritual more than a wham-bam transaction. However I have to mention one fellow who wasnt too kind. It wasnt Vince. It was a fellow that is chubby with short hair. He has an attitude problem and it would be a good idea to adjust his customer service. Fortunately I am an even tempered adult man and a fan of colorfast quality work. Keep up the good work Stevo and staff!

I went to have a 7 year old tattoo redone, and couldnt be happier. Staff was fun but professional, Jimmy did an amazing job. As a bit of a germaphobe, I will tell you the place was SPOTLESS. I watched him sanitize the whole station in between my appointment and the appointment before me, and it was surgically clean. Will definitely be back!

Last night my friend and I went in without an appointment to get tattoos to honor our parents. Great welcome from Sabrina, and within 30 minutes I was in the chair with Janos. He was funny and kept saying AWESOME, and guess what I think he was talking about himself, cause he was AWESOME. We were in and out in 1 & 1/2 hours and were completely satisfied with the work, the staff, and the price. The only thing I didnt like was that I had to sit in a folding chair towards the front desk, where people were squeezing in and out. Im sure if Id have expressed that, they would have accommodated me differently. I will next time, when I see Janos for a recolor of an old tattoo. I have found my new tattoo home!!

Needed to find someone immediately for a piercing removal, so I gave them a call. They told me to come right in. When I arrived, there was no wait, the piercer was set up and ready for me. I was taken into the private room, where it was removed with no issue. Great service! Id certainly go back.

What can I say??? Im speechless... Ive gone to 2 different tattoo places and never received the acknowledgement and understanding from them I walked in. Granted... I love tattoos but dont know much of it or its meaning.. much more so what to choose. The two different places I went not only they made me feel small but to be told I dont know what to tell you most people come here knowing what they want and we really dont have time to sit with you and tell you what to get. Not once I wanted them to decide but to listen to what I was looking for and give an idea. Basically, I was turned away. When I walked in, Christine said ill be right with you and later approached me and was eager to listen to what I was searching for. I felt welcome, at home and not only Juan (hope Im spelling it right) came at the right moment and engaged in conversation. I had a previous tattoo and I wanted it to be covered with something else. He listened.. truly listened. Overall, Im ecstatic about this place and not only I got a tattoo thats meaningful.. my own wedding planner got her nose pierced. I can go on and on... theyre amazing. Thank you Christine you were great are great. Everyone there welcomes you with open arms.

Artists and piercers are really cool, but severely overpriced and the receptionist has a bad attitude. A simple earlobe piercing is $60 while two runs for $100?! Just for reference, called somewhere else, and the price for two (with jewelry) was $30..

Have gotten many of my piercings there and recently decided to get a tattoo done. Lars did it and its the most beautiful piece of art ive ever seen. I came in for a tattoo, I asked the receptionist if it was able to be done today, she said yes. Told me to come back in an hour, I wanted for 2 1/2 to find out it after filling out paper work and securing a deposit that’s the tattoo couldn’t be done by Juan and promsised, the girl Kristie at the front unapologetic and also what was even more disrespectful, and couple came in behind me with no appointment and got taken care of right away.So distasteful and unprofessional.

Ordered a piece of jewelry for a piercing and placed a deposit....they told me it would be in in about 5 weeks, and they would call. Went by there after 6 weeks and they were rude. Said nothing had come in and I would have to stand in line if I wanted any more help. Its been 3 months....Still havent heard anything. Guess I lost my deposit.UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner and he completely redeemed & rectified my deposit & piece of jewelry. And was extremely pleasant. 5 STARS!!

Got my first tattoo here last week. Janos did an AMAZING job. The shop feels welcoming which might be important for first time tattoo customers. I went in with a quote to get tattooed, and Janos helped me come up with a multi-color masterpiece on my arm. I was also there a a walk-in, even though an appointment is suggested. The pricing on tattoos is very fair for the artwork being done. I will defiantly be going back for my second tattoo.

Sarah is an amaaaaazing piercer!! I had my first tattoo with Vince Moisdon back in 2005 when he first opened the Coral Springs location. Fast forward 12 years, he is currently working on my one of a kind, custom japanese sleeve tattoo. Both locations are amazing. They are clean and everyone is friendly and very professional, unlike other tattoo shops. Everyone is more than willing to take the time to talk to you about what you are looking to get done. They are friendly and it is honestly a very calming and welcoming environment. Vince and the rest of the crew are MASTERS of their craft. They take pride in their work and will make sure that the tattoo is perfect and that you are happy before you walk out the door.If you are looking to get a new tattoo or piercing, I would highly recommend checking out the Colorfast crew and either one of their locations in Coral Springs or Wellington. I promise you will not be disappointed.

However I went in with a 20+ yr old tat of MICKEY MOUSE and wait until you see what Jimmy did!!! This is the man to do your body art!!!! I use to live here local to this shop but moved to Tampa... My friend wanted to get a tattoo a little bigger than a quarter... the people at the front said it would cost $80-100.. this tattoo has no detail it’s just small line work. When I questioned the price they said to me “ok fine go get a jacked up tattoo somewhere else” mind you, their shop tattoo minimum price is $60 which is what we were expecting to pay. That will be the last time I give them my business. I’ve gotten a few tattoos from them.. never again!
