Disrespectful staff. They lie about your service and push you to buy unnecessary services. I arrived way early then my appointment and was told that was ok. My appointment was 3:20pm and I arrived 11:56am. If they let me know they wouldn’t do it before the appointments I could come back. They said was ok. Then after 3 hours waiting I asked about my car (was supposed to be only oil changed) they even not started it! But the link they send to your phone shows your car in service! Total disrespect with customers. I then ask why they lied and the man responsible for the service told me he did mention it. Liar! I would not stayed if knew before they were not take my car. An old man next to me arrived the same time and he was on time for his schedule. They also did not started the services on his car. He stayed and waited more. I just left after losing almost 4 hours waiting for nothing!! I should leave before as I listen to other couple complaining their waiting of 5 hours! Total disrespect! Its not the first time kia coral springs show me a lack of customer service and assistance!! I really will change the dealers as soon my leasing finishes. Do not do KIA CORAL SPRINGS. Will give you headache. Always!!!
