Customer service is good. They are really nice but I’ve visited this store twice within a month and they never have my ring size.Not just 1 ring option, but multiple.Tried returning a gift to receive store credit or a gift certificate to buy my size online but you can’t even do that.I don’t get how they never have my size yet they barely ever get customers. Whoever does inventory here needs to do a better job.

Pandora Jewelry at Shops At Merrick Park in Coral Gables is a well managed Pandora Jewelry location that is fun to shop at. The staff here is very attentive and helpful at making sure that you get the perfect gift for that person on your list. I have had a really good experience shopping here and have been well satisfied with my purchases.

Good service but the extra push and effort to add items to your purchase from the salesperson kills the experience.

Customer service was horrible. SlowCalled me to curbside. When I arrived they told me that need to get out to the car. Stayed 30 minutes outside the store.Didn’t offer a service that you can afford.

Bad store and super super super super bad Very bad treatment and interest in helping me as a consumer, the current schedule says that they close at 7pm and the girls who saw me at 6:20 pm did not report that they closed at 6pm and they did not have the slightest interest in even asking what I needed and giving any purchase option or help me inform what the real working hours are, very very bad this super bad option store

The attention is bad. They have no idea how to attend. On top of that they want to charge you more expensive than the posters say. Never more
