Do NOT waste your time ordering at this location. Not only do they attempt delivery late — as in past business hours — they mark the delivery unsuccessful! I cant even contact the store to see why it was unsuccessful, considering the driver only had to leave it with reception, because you cant call past business hours.Update: they contacted me the next day and removed the delivery charge because they could not deliver on the requested date. I appreciate the gesture however they should at least make communication between driver and recipient more streamlined so this doesnt happen again.
Service here is a disgrace. This is the 2nd time this has happened. They charge 10$ for a handling fee and never arrive on time. How are you supposed to make a surprise delivery a nice gesture, when they can never arrive on time. I called the store BEFORE i placed the order to make sure they had drivers available because i had to cancel a previous order as well. The person who answered said of course, no issue we can make it on time. Again, no delivery, no actual reason for it... the answer was we are very busy today. Please close shop, you make a gift giving experience an absolute disgrace. Now i have to request a refund, for a purchase that never arrived and wait for 5 days meanwhile they actually return my funds. *AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!*
I VISITED THE CORAL GABLES STORE A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO, THE DOOR WAS JAMMED SO I HAD TO CALL WHILE WAITING OUT SIDE, A YOUNG LADY OPENED THE DOOR DID NOT EVEN ANSWER MY GREETINGS AND TOLD ME THEY HAD NOTHING READY THAT I NEEDED TO WAIT LIKE 20 MINUTES. THE STORE SMELLED AWFUL I TOLD HER, SHE COULD CARE LESS. OF COURSE I LEFT AND ORDERED ELSEWHERE WE HAVE SO MAY CHOICES TO HAVE TO PUT UP WITH A DIRTY STORE WITH NO ITEMS AVAILABLE AND A CLERK THAT WOULD RATHER BE ANYWHERE EXCEPT THERE! WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR ZERO STARS.
I wish I read the reviews before. First and last time order here. I pay $14.99 for delivery for Mother’s Day for my aunt. Delivery never came, they never answer when finally answer put me on hold for 40 minutes then they said wait until 10pm. How you expect a gift at 10. Store is always closed phone is full I just want my money back. Never ever !! I just want to do something special for my aunt. Still calling today they even send a coupon and thank for the shop. Stupid people
Worst experience ever. This place is a total scam. I placed a same day delivery order early morning on a Saturday. It was supposed to be completed in few hours and it never arrived. Two days later I called and they said that they dont have drivers on the weekend and that another store was supposed to do it but didnt have time and that it have to be rescheduled. I ask for my money back and they use the excuse that it takes 3 days to get the money back or to re scheduled the original order. I never received an update on the order saying they had issues. Totally unacceptable.
Don’t waste your time or money. This store is very unprofessional. I ordered two days in advance for Mother’s Day only to have the driver not even attempt to deliver. The rep at the store was not helpful with making sure things went as expected. The manager could care less about the whole experience. They deserve a negative rating not even 1 star.
Placed my order in advanced on Tuesday May 4th to have my Mother’s Day arrangement be picked up on Sunday May 9th at 11am. When arrived customer service checked not once but twice for my order, when finally checking the young lady sadly informed me that my order not was but is not ready meaning I had to wait. Now I asked for a compensation for the wait and the young lady says due to the high volume of orders they can not arrange anything except my order. It’s no wonder I should’ve looked twice on here for their reviews it’s low in stars. I finally received my order after twenty minutes of wait. I highly encourage anyone and everyone to place their order on the day of for pick up!!!

I was so surprised by the service that I could not keep this fraud to myself. I placed and paid for a Fathers Day gift with balloon on June 11, 2020 to be delivered on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at my fiancees workplace. On the Saturday in question each time I tracked my order the website said it was being prepared. At 2:30pm I thought that was entirely too long so I called the store. I was put on hold after verifying my order details so that she could Check the shipment. When the staff member returned to the phone I was told that everything was ready and that the shipment was awaiting the driver in order to be delivered. (Google maps said that the distance was less than 4 miles). I asked if it would be delivered by 6pm and was told that it would be. I checked the tracking again after 4 pm and the status was updated to out for delivery but by 7pm the shipment was still not received.Of course the store closed at 5pm and I could not leave a message because the voicemail is full. Up until I placed my online complaint with the company after 9:45 the status still said out for delivery. On Sunday the tracking was updated to delivered but the shipment was never seen. I will never spend my money with this company or any franchises of this company again. Ive made several purchases with and without my account over the years and this was the absolute worst example of service Ive had from this company. I also have not received any contact from the store or any representatives. Poor service edible arrangements.

I placed an order the day before so that I can have my order here early the next day. After 8 calls to the store, constantly tracking my order on the website, 1 argument with the so called supervisor, then the store closes earlier than expected, I received my order at 6:30 pm the next day. It’s so sad because I was waiting on this for a guest I was expecting earlier and my order arrived much much later. No fair to the consumer as the “supervisor” was treating me bad.
Don’t bother wasting your time I called on a Saturday to make arrangements for Monday I payed and left now it’s Tuesday and they are telling me it’s not them it’s the store in doral who needs to make the delivery I said I payed you and we said Monday it will arrive but nothing arrive now I have to see how I get my money back
Paid extra fee to deliver to wife. It’s 4pm and I’m calling to see what’s the status, they’re open til 7pm according to the auto reply. No one is answering! Plus I’m getting the after hour message. Also it was suppose to be a SURPRISE!!!!! They called my wife and asked until when she was gonna be at her job. Way to go morons! So no reply. No answer. And ruined the surprise. Still don’t know where they are. Never again!

Literally the worst. We placed an order for Valentine’s Day a couple of days ago and they never sent a confirmation or order number. Then Valentine’s Day rolls around and i try and call to see where my order was and if it even went through and they wouldnt answer the phone, i get in my car and drive over there, i get in and the phone is ringing and when i say i tried to call she said the phone wasn’t working....? Then I ask where my order is and she said its on it’s way. I go back to work and I wait another 40 minutes and the truck pulls up right in front of us goes 4 doors down and gets back in the truck and leaves! We never received our order and when i tried calling again they would send me to voicemail! Never Again ordering from here

Very rarely do I write reviews but I feel compelled given how upset I am at this company. Ordered somthing for my wife for Valentines Day. Paid exorbitant fees for delivery charges and it was never delivered. No one even bothered to call and would never pick up the phone when I called. First and last time I use their product. I would not recommend.

Very upset with the service provide... Oh.. Actually NO service provided !! I order an arrangement for my mother to be deliver on Friday to her office (previous to Mothers Day) didnt deliver..!!Called on Saturday to find out the reason an no reason was given and treated the case with no importance... Was told they will deliver on Saturday to her home... Didnt Happen above all they didnt contact me to coordinate or follow up.. I had to be after them to make sure they did their job.. Finally I was willing to give them a third and last chance and ask them... Please please please deliver it on Sunday 9:00 am...and explained to them She wont be at her home after 9:00am.. Since they messed up twice I really thought they were going to run the extra mile (like any good business would do) but they failed on Sunday too.. Called then and ask to speak with the manager and they never call me back..I end up cancelling the order.. And learned the hard way EDIBLES CORAL GABLES is not a company you can relly on... THEY FAILED ME 3 TIMES ON MOTHERS DAY WEEKEND
H O R R I B L E SERVICE & LIARS, dont place orders here they wont reach their destination. They told me the address didnt existed, and the recipient phone was disconnected. Of course it does exist, just sent them a Google Earth image showing the house. The phone works well too! Called 2 hours latter to see if they fixed the problem and they didnt even updated their system with all the info discussed previously. On top of that the girl that pick up the phone was nasty and rude. This is 3 days after I placed my order and I dont know where the order is.
It was a spare of the moment situation and they was right on the money. Would definitely go back again.

Wow, what a horrible experience....Did not deliver my wife the valentines day bundle i ordered.... No call/email to reschedule, no notification it would be late, NOTHING. My order just stayed in the same status all day that it was being prepared.Never again will i rely on this company for anything.
If i knew they couldnt handel a delivery on Valentines day. I would have just gotten somthing else for my girlfriend. They didnt bother to call her or me for the delivery. They are unprepared . I made this purchase a month before .whats the point . This is a Valentines definitely worth forgetting
