Really good supermarket. Staff is the friendliest, and always ready to help. Good variety of products, nicely organized and clean. Produce section has a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Checking out is quick with well organized lines and enough registers. Theres also a pharmacy for prescriptions pick up.

Most the bread of the shelves were past their best if used by date, some by 5 days.

This is my favorite grocery store in the area. Great selection and prices, they dont have self check out but they fully staff their cashiers so lines arent long. Parking is plentiful and its easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

The woman working at Customer service Elena is less than hospitable as a matter of fact rude and dismissive. Is that the type of person you want working in that capacity? I expect more from Publix and management should as well.

A reasonable grocery store but a subpar Publix. Store is small, has limited selections and sections. However the real issue is how frequently things are out of stock or the lines are just crazy long due to only 1-2 cashiers working.

It was ok, I do not live in this county, so its kind of weird to be ask if an item I have is from the store or not, were I come from you pay what you grab from the store and thats it no questions ask, totally different from here, aside that experience everything we look for was in stock.

It has become a preferred grocery shopping location.My last visit was delightful, I was pleasently surprised by the employees eagerness to assist me. Every employee who I sought help from, starting with the stock personal, cashier, grocery bagger and the assistant manager went out of their way to genuinely to help.They were all very friendly professional and kind.It was nice to see and recieve service with a smile, which is a rarity in Miami these days.

There is no self checkout, crowded most of the time.

I Love Publix Market. We are from A2, MI, and Publix is the Only Grocery Store in Miami where We can buy a Michigan staple, Vernors Ginger Ale. I Need My Vernors!

Crowded parking garage in tight spaces. Shopping cars are left anywhere in parking area, the staff will take their time, one must be very patient.

I live in fort Lauderdale but I happen to be down in Douglas at this Publix and I just wanted to mention the deli was fabulous best customer service and a Publix Ive had it yet excellent short wait they were all asked if theres anything they could do for every customer in line the manager was there exceptional customer service short wait and the quality of the food in the stuff was excellent all the items in the deli part were all stocked definitely a five-star experience

You know Publix. Busy, clean, full of good food and merchandise. But we went to check out the international section and there is nothing UK. Except weetabix and we cleaned them out of that

My favorite publix

This Publix store has limited parking, however the overall store is kept in good condition and Ive seen them always rotating there food supplies quick, knowing the foods are always fresh. This location offers ready pre-made meals for those of us in a rush when we can cook our lunch for work.

I was in the 10 items or less line since I was purchasing only 1 item. There was a guy in front of me with a cart with about 25 items in it (I tried to count as he put them on the belt). When he got to the register the cashier told him this line was for 10 items or less. He put his items back in his cart and went to another line.I thanked the cashier for doing this. In the past at other places, I have seen the cashiers just take these customers and make the ones who have really only 1-10 items to buy wait longer. This defeats the purpose of having such lines open. I really appreciate this cashier honored those of us with 1-10 items who waited in the correct line.

Fast and convenient. I do have one comment. Although the speaker announcement indicates that face covering is required, the guy in front of me in the deli line did not have a face covering, not on his face, not on his hands. He was being attended to. I will like to understand why? He was not following the stablishment rules. I would have expected more from publix employees and management.

By far my favorite supermarket store in the area! They have an excellent variety of produce and European imports for amazing prices. Employees are very helpful, and the environment is upbeat for a grocery store.

Very expensive as compare to other stores. Usually youll spend 10 - 30% more than other stores. However, the quality of the products and services is good.

Took 20 minutes to try to get a 8 piece chicken that was not hit and spicy. 😱 It was just there in the back It was busy but not much. My son insisted on waiting so he asked 3 different associates for help. None handed him the box and one of the employees did not understand him cause my son only speaks English ☹️ Finally this wonderful who was assisting a customer at the deli, came over and helped us. Thank you!!!

I think that at this Publix all employees are so friendly and helpful. The managers are always at the entrance offering help with a big smile. No doubt this is the best Public, I live on the same building, so I enjoy very much shopping there.

It kind of puts you in the mind of Krogers but has better deals I think. They have buy 1 get 1 free a lot of times and its not always little stuff. Its good products too like the frozen bags of Tysons chicken. You dont need a shoppers card to get the deals either.

Im always able to find what I need at this location. Very friendly staff at the deli section! Will be back soon.

Pretty gross and disgusting as I walked by the milk product fridge a lady holding her pug dog sets him on the fridge edge to pick up products on the shelf. Then she proceeds to pick him up with the other hand and with her hands that touched the dog she’s handling the food that others buy. I must say this was not a service dog . Service dogs walk on a leash and behave like service dog. And of course not a manager or employee around to address the situation . Mind you that the law passed that animals were food products are sold are not allowed unless proper service dog ID is provided and visible. Of course I left my cart right there and proceeded to the next exit.

I’ve lived in this general area for years and feel it necessary to recognize this location as my favorite. Staff is friendly and helpful, store is clean and well-stocked, and the lines are always short. Kudos to the management of this Publix.

Nice place to shop for groceries

I enjoy shopping at this location, but they are always out of my item that I need. I’m not crazy about the paper bags they use, I prefer plastic. The associates are always friendly at this location and the store is clean.

This pPublix is great. It is large and with great variety of products. Closes at 10pm so I usually go at night when there are less people at checkout. Staff is helpful when looking for an item.

No problems, no social distancing nazis, some covered parking available, been shopping here since 2015 with no complaints except for the couple of months at the height of the virus problem but then again that was everywhere

There is not air conditioning in that Publix, is ridiculous, and that is every time I go grocery shopping, they have to turn the air to flow, with all the money that we as customers spend there, is the least they can do, shame on the mamager of the Store.
