This downstairs convenience store sell sandwiches and salads late night. I added slot of extras to this salad just for the hey of it. It has a lot of blue cheese. The fact I could customize this late at night was interesting. The serve the U of M students well. Its a good choice for late night. They also have a selection of protein bars

Went to get gas. Waited 15-20 minutes due to cash register wasn’t working due to pump (not sure what the two has to do with each other) Instead of them tell me to go to another pump they had me waiting there remind you the whole time they were speaking Spanish I was unable to understand what they were saying. The worst customer service ever

I’m going every night and buy a sandwich and coffee today 10 PM somebody come to the store. He don’t have a mask 😷 . I speak to the men. I’m say why you come to the store and you no mask. He told me because I’m coming every day here 😡. I speak to the three workers. The two girls and one guy. Speak to the guy nothing happened. So be careful people.

This place has an insane amount of craft beer for a convenient store, also snacks, ice cream, wine and regular beer - chances are you’ll find what you need here.Staff are friendly but don’t speak much English

No good... I ordered through Uber eats not only did I receive the wrong protein but when I called they denied making the sandwhich said it must have been the other store... there isnt any other store in miami that makes subs called the downstairs market... horrible service wont order again.

Im writing a review to the downstair marke because its one of the rudest place Ive ever been too. The lady that was working there is horrible and this respectful she shouldnt been working there trust me I am a business owner I would not allow that in the family business thanks

My Breakfast spot in the mornings! Yummy egg wraps & delicious Cafe con leche! They also have great sandwiches ! Everything is always Fresh! The staff is very nice. Great selection of beers !

I just started going to this place to buy beer and have no issues with the products they sale but.... the cashier... the pregnant one? Didnt seem to care much about the homeless man that was stealing beer when I informed her I saw him putting a can of beer down his pants.... Im sure the owner wouldnt like the loss of product. Besides this I like the selection of beer

I have been here twice and both times I got what I needed.Service is great, I called before to ask if they had a wine I was looking for and the lady answered my call nicely and told me she had the wine after she went and looked for it.Once I got there, she recognized me.Clean place, good prices, and a huge variety of products.

I must say that this establishment has declined in service and good food. I used to love their sandwiches and salads. Behind the counter is dirty - a health hazard. The cleaning cloths they use to wipe the counter with is disgusting. The eggs should be cooked on a flat top instead of the microwave which they overcook the eggs in. The counter that is used to cut the sandwiches need to be replaced and the food should have covers on them. I want to say something good about this place but the negatives outweigh the positive. The women that work there are rude and obnoxious and they only cater to the Spanish-speaking customers since they are more comfortable speaking Spanish. The English-speaking customers dont have a chance with them and thats a BIG no-no.

One of the best convenience stores in the Gables, particularly due to its proximity to UMs campus and due to the fact that you really can find anything you need here. Rare beers, protein bars, amazing hand-crafted subs, and even cupcakes. This store is open at all times and is just chock-full of items. Can get pretty busy at times, and there is a $5 minimum on card charges, so be aware of that.

Dinky sandwiches. Got cheese as only protein so requested 2. She put one slice of each cheese and that’s it. Thought it would be layered at least. Expensive for what you get

I caught one of the staff at this store pointing at me shaking his head no while alerting the sanwhich maker of my presence in the store. When the staff realized I could see him behind all the stacks of cases of beer covering the floor, he quickly walked away. The sandwhich maker then stared at me, I stared back at her, laughed and walked right back out of the store. I never said anything. There was only one other customer in the store who was waiting for a sandwhich at the front. I took a picture of the outside of the store so I can let my employees know not to take any of our clients to this store. I will no longer go to this store and have advised my staff that they should not go to this store. My business is a vendor for University of Miami. Although we have clients that have been referred to this store in the past, we will no longer refer our clients here. YOU SHOULD NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. Also, I read the other reviews and there seem to be alot of reviews on here about the poor customer service and rude and unprofessional staff.

Excellent selection of wine!!! If you can’t find it here just ask. Same goes for the beer. Grab a sandwich while you’re at it.

This place smells disgusting!! I have NEVER given a bad review but I just have to. I walk in the store no one greeted me very serious staff. I get a bag of SMALL TAKIS $4 sum like -.- how I live in brickell and not even there. I paid with a debit card and the lady gives me the receipt to sign and gives me the pen with a nasty attitude. Didn’t even give me my receipt no “thank you” or “have a nice day” nothing

This place is comically unfriendly (like most businesses in Miami), but the craft beer selection is so good that Im sure Ill be back. My mistake was that I asked if they had growler fills since apparently they used to have 10 taps. The problem is, I dont know how to say growler fill en espanol asi tuve que explicarlo en mi pobre espanol, pero despues pienso que pensaban que yo fuera un narc o alguien que quiere buscar problemas de ley con su empresa. Anyway, olvidalo, despite the rude treatment, I will still be back because, as Ive already said theyve got beers that no one else has! Plus, they are next to Titanic, where I had a blast.

Lady at the midnight had really bad actitude and poor customer service she couldnt prepared me a sandwich because she was about to close the register. she told me to wait 20 minutes for the next shift to prepare my sandwich, however she prepared a couple coffees for other guys
