Sprouts is one of the top places to go for organic foods and keto friendly Foods. I like going there to find different kinds of Foods you cant get off the regular grocery shelves.

Its Sprouts. Love this store. Sometimes a little light on cashiers but if the line gets long more people quickly come to help. My first choice of store.

I was very pleased with my first visit to this store in quite a while! Loads of fresh, good-looking organic produce, which is what I was mainly looking for. I was also looking for some specific items for a new soup recipe: adzuki beans, various mushrooms, and chard, and was so glad they had it all. Its nice to narrow down the number of stores I have to go to. Good job, and much thanks, Sprouts!

Love the fresh produce, wide varieties to choose from! Bulk foods such as nuts, flour, sugar, all kinds of granola are bagged now but still less expensive than most food stores and fresh. Handicap Parking available.

On my first visit, customer service is completely grumpy while billing my items, while during my second visit, I smiled at the person in the counter and they asked “how my day is “after half of my items are billed.. Customer service can improve.Also lot of things arranged in very small space and it’s difficult to move with your cart.

Inaccurate flyer, poor fruit quality - I actually had to return the fruit to another store for replacement.

Fresh vegetables and friendly staff. The pricing is good. Good spread of seafood and meat. You also get some never frozen fresh seafood. The bakery section has variety.

For this visit......they are sprouts... everything you need....cheaper better looking and in more abundance. Yet no freaking plain bagels today....

Was in line at a cashier (1) and 5 customers are in front of me. Lady calls for help and 3 additional cashiers show up. One of which asks the person BEHIND ME if they are ready to check out. This person has a whole cart full. I only have two bottles of essential oil.Now all the other lines are backed up and I leave my line to go to another person where I was Next up and she says she’s CLOSED.Maybe this was bad luck but I felt like being disregarded like that twice makes me not want to return to this location. Will drive further to avoid

I love Sprouts because you can find a lot of random organic foods that you wouldnt find anywhere else. Sometimes they dont have any of the products on my coupons though which is frustrating. The employees are always willing to attempt helping though.

You’ll pay for groceries, get a text stating that your order has been delivered.. but will never actually receive your groceries.. Thanks for nothing Sprouts. You hire a 3rd party for deliveries, but have nothing to do with the delivery or drivers? Why offer the service if you don’t deliver? Thanks Stewart! (The Sprouts manager who told me to email delivery service because he didn’t know what to do)

I was really DREADING this visit because the last one left an undesirable feeling from a sourpuss cashier. So glad that she was no where to be seen.The visit on 3/20/20 was a very good experience with friendly/appreciative service from the cashier Teresa in the mist of a very difficult time for everyone. Sprouts did it right this time with what appeared to be their most dedicated staff.

Whats NOT to like: $5 sushi until 5/23, best presentation of fresh produce and fruit! Health & beauty products rock!

If it werent for Dark chocolate covered walnuts, I would literally never go here. I have had very rude cashiers. I dont buy the vitamins. (I probably should)Im usually on a budget.I really like some of their frozen seafood bowls. Only if theyre on sale though.If youre picky-go to Whole Foods.It IS an upscale food market. However, no sushi, weird bakery items that arent super tasty, nice produce presentation, but not always top-notch stuff.(I grew up with a garden. I know good produce. I get that its difficult to get quality veggies at a good price. But, meh.)

I’ve been going to this location for over a year for my groceries. I spend $100+ on my groceries weekly. In general customer service have been okay until my recent visit. The cashier (Emma) didn’t even bother to greet me. In which I thought maybe she had a rough day or something. I nicely asked her if she could put my bottles of waters in a paper bag. Next thing I know, she is yelling asking me “Do you want all your groceries in a paper bag?” I was shocked and surprised why she is yelling, I said nicely just my water’s please.I finished paying for my items waiting for my receipt, but Emma decided to leave it by the credit card reader. At this point I’m more than upset. But, Emma has already greeted her next customer. I took the receipt from the counter and asked her to verify if this was my receipt. She raised her voice at me again and said YES!!!This has to be my worst customer service experience EVER!!. I asked for the store manager to let him know what just happened. He stated this so unlike Emma. That’s is not how I saw it. She greeted the customer before me and the next customer after me.I left the store and sat in my car in disbelieve for twenty minutes. I didn’t understand what just happened.After few hours, I’m still bothered by this, I decided to call and speak to the Customer Service Manager. She apologized on behalf of Sprouts and Emma for ruining my day like that. She didn’t try to make excuses for Emma’s poor customer service instead she told me that is not how they treat their customers. That made me feel a little better but I’m hesitant going back to Sprouts. If you don’t treat your customers right, why bother spending my money?

As I was walking to the front door I was stopped from entering the store by a security guard. He told me in a not so pleasant tone that I needed to be wearing a mask to enter. I told him I did not have one. He said this was Dallas county and I had to wear one. I explained that I was not aware the store was in Dallas county and turned to walk away. He said to me in a stirn, unpleasant tone that I could go in but better wear a mask next time. Because of this bad experience, I will no longer shop at Sprouts.

The shop is great. I have problem with the cashier. I avoid going to sprouts, because of the cashier. If the items are not marked with the code, the cashier has sent me back number of times to go and get the item code. I avoid going to sprouts. The cashier spoils my day.I respect that they have their own coding system, but if I select cabbage and carrots, like any other shop I would like to put stuff in my cart and get it billed by the staff. I was send back to read the exact name of the type of cabbage, the cashier muttering under breath and rolling her eyes.I hate that I am complaining like this... But a Sprouts deserves better billing people.

I love shopping here (this is really the only Sprouts location I go to) and typically go here once a week spending $100+. However, in the past three weeks I have noticed that at least 7 products I have bought either expired the day I bought them or had been expired for 3-5 days prior to me buying them. I normally dont think to look at expiration dates on anything other than bagged salads and meat/cheese but I guess I will now have to look closely at everything. Disappointed that they are keeping these items on the shelf and no one has noticed.

Fresh stuff and kind staff

Had a horrible experience. Was ordering groceries and I saw that there were bugs in the candy car, it was the yogurt pretzel one. No employee bothered saying hi to me. I then go out to pay at the register. The cashier “Bianca” wearing glasses the black woman was clueless about the receipt and when I asked her where the manager was, she said, “I don’t know.” Who says that? She could have easily gone to go get the manager. I won’t be coming here thanks to Bianca and those yogurt pretzel bugs. I’m a 68 year old white woman who needs help, when a old woman needs help, you help her! I’ll be shopping now at Whole Foods.
