Very Nice Kroger’s, always clean and inventory quickly updated. The staff always quick to assist if you can’t find any item.

My experience shopping at this Kroger can be summed up with one phrase. Shopping while black. I live in this area and I typically shop here literally several times per week and i have for the past two years however i notice im watched like a hawk while shopping in this store almost to the point where it feels like harassment. I understand loss prevention has responsibilities but iv been coming here for nearly two years now and its like WTH. Its like everytime you look up someone is watching you sneaking around pretending to do nothing.Other than that its a pretty good store its just the experience is really irritating and harassing for people of certain races trying to shop here. Particularly black folks. Im an Army veteran never been a thief. Was stationed up at Fort Drum NY York for 4 years never had an issue with being watched and followed around in stores until i moved to Texas and wow is it bad here with the profiling. Its just ironic because i have more money in my bank account than they make in two or three years.

Use order pick up at your own risk… the likelihood of getting their castoff produce is very high. What a waste of money, pictured are just a couple of the bad items they gave me.It’s not bad to go in, the store is nice and they’re usually well stocked. I’m just very upset about the quality of the produce in my order pick up. Needless to say, just go in and save yourself the headache

This is a Place that I run to everyday almost! Fresh fruits and veggies for great prices! Love the staff! I do remember once where there was a rude worker. I asked him if the checkout was still open and he rudely responded and said go to the self checkout! Other than that, I love the staff and love the ambiance of the store!

Kroger customer service told me on 9/22 they would refund my $79 i worthlessly spent on their horrible delivery service after trying 2 times to use it and both times big fail. Today 10/8 they have no record of telling me this and offer a store credit instead. I told them the only reason I did the delivery thing is because I typically dont shop there as other stores are closer. I dont plan on EVER shopping at any Kroger ever again so a store credit means nothing!!I want my hard earned money back!! Kroger you disappoint!!!! Again!!!

I love Kroger and this location is convenient to my house .. how ever as great, clean and as stocked this location is, every run to the store I come home with something expired .. Kroger is it legal to sell expired products ? I end up throwing it in the trash :/ I am confused what can we do to fix this issue ?? I dont want to go elsewhere ...

Came to do a return from a purchase I made at the Flower Mound location, person at the customer service desk looked at my receipt and said that she couldnt accept it. I had to ask why because she didnt give me any explanations and she simply said because the receipt doesnt look like theirs. She was very short with me and just wanted me out.

Nice place where it much needed for the local residence and clean and upscale looking. Seems less inventory than the one on mcarthur road in irving . They cakes are good and reasonably priced and good organized. Right in the intersection and you will not miss it . All in one place type.

Krogers Secret Agent Man hasnt visit the Coppell TX store lately. We shopped the morning of Monday July 5th to find expired milk in the cooler, expired pre-made salads, and wilted yellowing produce. Supplies may be low due to national supply-chain issues, but please remove expired and wilding food. Your customers deserve better.

They always have gone over and beyond on customer service! I moved to Lewisville and I come here.

This Kroger-Coppell location is the absolute worst. The store associates are rude and lack the basic skills needed to deal with the general public. Because theyve moved things around in the store, we had to ask for assistance. When doing so, we were answered with a shoulder shrug and an I dont know. Right after that another young associate rolled right through us, while we were searching for items on the shelf, with NO excuse me in sight, he kept going until my husband pulled him aside and explain how his behavior was subpar.We brought these instances to the attention of a manger who quickly stated yeah, were all confused by the moves.Moving store items doesnt excuse poor manners.Shame on you Kroger for accepting mediocrity!!

I used to like that this was a community grocery store and had great customer service. Recently, there is no service! There is only one line for checkout and all others are self checkout. I don’t mind if I only have a few items, but usually I have an entire cart full. If I wanted no service and to self checkout I would go to Walmart- it is cheaper anyway. I actually may as well go there for lower prices since I don’t get any better service or quality of food. I’m so disappointed in this Kroger and lack of customer service.

Coppell Kroger uses old time tech like weight of items in bagging area that never works. Last time I had to call the store from in the store to get someone to reset the bagging area weight miscalculation. Kroger going down hill fast. Avoid this store at all costs.

Horrible cashier. Customer service is not always great. It needs improvement. I needed help with understanding my ecoupon. The cashier referred me to a lady by the name Lupe who was too busy on her cell phone. She did not look interested in helping me and was super rude.

Dont do it. Went today 20 people had no mask. Store policy dont require a mask.. Dont kill yourself trying to get food

It was fine, but I bought multiple items only to realize upon getting home that a few of them were expired. I should have checked better, but also maybe don’t sell expired food. A box of macaroni I bought was almost a year past it’s expiration date.

Great store, super friendly people, good prices. Never coming here again unless I have to. The wait to check out is usually not good and tonight it looks like it is going to be 45 minutes. I have never stood in line at Walmart this long and I stopped going there because the wait was ridiculous. There are 5 checkout lines that are not open.

Nathan In pick up/delivery section of the store was super nice. I needed a mask and I told him I would buy one, he just went ahead and gave me one of his. The employees at this store are always nice and pleasant to be around.

Great store highly recommended. I find that their prices are lower than Walmart. This location itself has really good customer service and lines are short.

Awesome pharmacy! They are all really nice and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and always answer my questions and always have my scripts filled promptly. The store is also nice all the staff are helpful.

This Kroger is our go-to grocery store...but its starting to show signs of deterioration, the service has gone down. Bakery section, Produce sections are still the best, other aisles are well stocked...but there have been instances of expired products still on shelves, some items not back in stock for few days. I do see some disgruntled employees, have seen a churn of employees. But this store is still very nice, i hope they make it little more nicer, get the smiles back...its a good store, can be great.

The store employee, Lupe is very rude to the customers, the store services are very poor. This is the worst Kroger supermarket in the world.

Used to be a great grocer, it’s degraded lately however. Bad staffing practices (not having any lanes open after 10 pm) and product selection changes (not having the boar’s head ham I’ve bought there for years and not knowing why it wasn’t being carried anymore,) have lead me to no longer shop here.I’ve also had bad experiences with the staff being rude and not accommodating. It might be the closest grocery store to where I live, but I will now be taking my business elsewhere.

Wonderful and fresh items all the time. Staff members are friendly and no chip on their shoulder. Nice place to quickly grab items. Sometimes, there are long lines. Not sure why they dont open more lanes during peak times. But they do more a bit, especially in self checkout.

This is one of the most clean stores I’ve been to. Everything is nicely organized and well kept. The store manager is friendly and really cares for his store. And their fresh sushi is pretty good!

I ordered online and they charged our card $44 too much. They would only offer in store credits instead of our money back. Worst experience with online ordering I have ever had and I have been dealing with Walmart pickup for over 2 years.

1-When you approach an employee there, I challenge them to have a SMILE on ! I brought the shopping cart back in, The carts collector guy who was there, instead of thanking and take it from me, pointed and said: Put it over there. The self checkout line guy act like a professor ! I wish there was another location close by. btw ; I stop by there about 3 times a week, never bother or ask or demand a thing. 2- Price tag not necessarily correct at checkout. I love Kroger, But People there may NOT like their jobs !

I really enjoy Kroger store in Coppell but recently i am seeing one elder person (in his 50s) in handling self checkout counters.He is kind of un-satisfied employee who is rude and have observed racist behavior. He treats people differently with color. I have experienced not once but couple of times.He has problem with customer who talk in phone while shopping and customer coming with kids.If you are looking for good shopping experience lookout for this person and try to avoid this guy.

Wonderful cashier lady named Mr. Sherry helped me today.....she told me she is celebrating 17 years with Kroger......greeted me with kindness and great spirits. Couldnt have asked for a better way to start my Friday!!! Need more people like her. Awesome customer service!!! 5 + stars

Friendly staff and great selection but recently Ive been coming home with missing items from my bag and sometimes items I didnt purchase, which Im guessing means someone else is missing their bag. I called to tell the store and they told me unfortunately this happens often and the best they can do is to let me come get what Im missing. Although its a nice gesture, Im not looking to make multiple trips to the store each week due to the errors. Ive shopped here for years but think Ill start frequenting one of he other 4 grocery stores that are within 5 miles of my home.

Nothing bad to say about this place. Prices are good, they usually have what I am looking for. They even stock voodoo chips which are really hard to find. The sushi is great, sandwiches from the deli are good too. It can be a little busy if you go around 5pm, but thats natural.

Very clean establishment unlike the other reviews say. I purchased a Cobb salad with chicken from the Heritage Trace location in Fort Worth, once I got to work today and opened the salad it was a piece of hair on the chicken. I called this location (Coppell on Sandy Lake) and they were very helpful, Harvey the Store Manager was polite and when I arrived they were already waiting to help me exchange my salad for another. It isnt always about why you had a complaint but how you were treated by the staff. I appreciate their time and politeness for something so simple. Way to go Kroger!!!

Their markdown meats didnt have the markdown prices so it didnt look like much of a discount for our shopping needs… the checkout lines were not the most efficient was like slowpokes were hired to handle the rush hours… glad this is not our normal Kroger

Sometimes can get a tad busy but even at that, its worth it. They provide quality products, fair pricing and decent service. Compared to other grocery stores, Kroger wins easily.

This store is pretty quiet. But you can always expect that they will have anything you need. Most days they have specials on meat and fish that you cant beat.

It isnt updated, but its the perfect size for its location. Never overly crowded and the store is organized and clean. This location does not have a Starbucks, just in case you want to sip and shop

Great variety of fresh veggies and been getting some great tips from the butcher. Decent cuts of meat and keeping an eye on the website keeps the prices in check.

Very good customer service, bakery and grocery. It has also a nice pharmacy. Great hours too as it opens early and stays to midnight!

Kroger has an excellent store brand and easy to use digital coupon systm. This store has friendly checkers. My only issue is that the posted and sale prices, especially in produce dept., often ring up higher at the register. I use self-service scanner mostly so I can watch the prices closely and avoid a return trip for refund on overcharged items.

Big Enough to have just about everything (including pharmacy) but not big enough to get lost in it, you can find everything quick enough for a 5 min stop to get batteries, plenty of cashiers and more than plenty self check out boxes, super fresh produce and always have deals on everything.

Surprised how in times of online retailers I enjoyed shopping in old school brick and mortar retialer. The scale of choice is sufficient for most of your needs and price comparison also came well.I personally enjoyed choice of bread and nuts, as well as vegetables and fruits. Price ranges were in favorable levels. Fruit/vegatables could have had more organic choices though.

This place is okay. Things can be difficult to find, shelves are often empty and what should be fresh meat at the butcher often is not. But they do have a good selection and the people are friendly.

Posted signs staying 75% off all summer items. Took 2 of the summer items on shelf below sign to register, they rang up as 50%.I told cashier that they were 75% off not 50%, she just looked at me.I said that I did Id want them if only 50%. So she removed them.After I paid, she asked if I wanted to take them to customer service to see if I could get the 75%. I did so . It now took another 10 min to get the price. The price on signs & the price that rings up are different very often at this store.

I dont know who decided to do this remodeling project in the middle of the day. Cant this be done after closing? Its leading to scores of employees running around the aisles moving and restocking product at 2 in the afternoon. Ive never seen anything like it I mean the people working there are literally taking blind corners and pushing through customers carts like its Supermarket Sweep. Leads to quite an uncomfortable environment especially because this is being undertaken when the store isnt exactly a ghost town. I just want some produce and orange juice I wasnt looking for a labyrinth adventure.On the plus side you definitely cant say this location is understaffed.

It was quick and easy to come in and get something for dinner the cashier Daniella was very fast and friendly.

This used to be a great store, but ever since the renovation, its gotten worse every time I go. They keep moving the location of items, probably hoping the customers would buy more while strolling the isles, but all theyre doing is making people frustrated. I am doing everything possible not to shop there, unless I have a couple of things I need. Every time I go, I make sure to not pick up anything thats not on my list, because Im so irritated with their cheap tricks. Unfortunately their proximity makes them an unavoidable choice, but the truth is, if there was another store closeby, Id never have to set foot at Kroger again. Another thing, also since the renovation, the article selection has been very limited. It seems that every time I go, I find out anither I need is no longer being stocked. Lastly, the bakery is a disgrace - the bread slicer had been missing 2 blades for years. I used to ask when theyd replace them and every time Id get the same answer - well call for service, but that never happens. When I approach the bakery staff asking them to slice it for me, they act ittirated. Its very sad that a store which used to be a great place to shop has gone downhill in such a short time.

You may be wondering why I would spend the time making a review of your everyday grocery store. Well, the answer is two magical little words that every man finds irresistible. No, not those words.... Bacon and cheese. Yes these two staples of masculine cuisine are a necessity to any true shopping trip. However, nothing prepared me for what I stumbled apon while heading towards the dreaded feminine products isle. Some God among men (or women) took cheese and bacon and made a bacon cheese sampler! Thats right, for a modest cost, you can take home a fresh tray of four brilliant bacon cheeses delicately sliced to perfection, ready and waiting for you to consume to your hearts content. Im beside myself right now. Unfortunately, they only had 9 packages in stock and I had to buy them all. I dont know what the future holds for me, but I do know this: with this having cheesey delicacy at my side, I can accomplish anything. If you find yourself fortunate enough to reach your local Kroger before I do, go to the deli section and aquire this rare gift to humanity, and you too will experience the bacon cheese tranquility of which I speak.

I love this Kroger store compared to others in the Lewisville/Coppell area. This location is a little further than the one near my home, but it has much better staff and a wider selection of items. Its also never too busy, even on the weekends during peak shopping times, so less of a headache to get in and out quickly. Two thumbs up!

Okay grocery store when you need something quick but we keep finding expired food in the store in multiple departments. Some of which has made it home to our home which is of course our fault for not checking every item but the abundance of expired food is troubling.

Perfect for kids 3-10..very inexpensive; spent $60 on for me and my husband and our four kids. (Food not included because we brought our own snacks and sandwiches).
