Excellent place! Various teas at the self-serve station with a variety of flavors you can add along with cane simple syrup. They also have made to order drinks with an extensive menu including bakery and breakfast items. You can also buy teas to go that are pre-made in half and full gallon sizes. They also sell their tea/coffee products in store. The team working there is also very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful.

Concept Needs Work My wife liked it more than me. All spices 80% off right as you walk in? Someone did not think this through. Spices in plastic tubes? I was expecting better quality spices not worse than at a cooking store. Real disappointed with all the stupid tea trinkets for sale, jam from Greece, what is there was no jam from Texas or America to sell at the American Tea & Spice store? Only one employee in the store on a Sunday is this safe? Took for ever for my pour over and the chi latte. Tea display was nice, employee was very nice. Drove 1 hour to see it after the tv show. Wont be back!

I’ve been several times. The mocha latte was good. The staff and owner were very pleasant and friendly. The atmosphere was cozy. I tried the milk tea too but will not order again since I couldn’t taste the tea. The baked goods were good. I truly hope this little shop does well. It’s very convenient

First time here and it was wonderful! The atmosphere is comfortable and would make a great location for getting together with friends. Youre able to try a wide variety of the teas they offer, as well as customize your drink. We didnt try the coffee, but the mango milk tea was fantastic and the iced coconut black tea was delicious as well. Very rich, true flavors! The young ladies who helped us were super friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole experience even better. I cant wait to come back and try something new!

This has become my new favorite place to get tea or coffee or breakfast or just hang out. The owner is so nice and is always willing to go the extra mile. When I go in the morning, they have the best just plain drip coffee (seriously so good) but the owner even offers to steam any type of milk you’d like. I get the hammie sandwich and it’s delicious! I crave it. Not only is this a great place to go to get breakfast and coffee but I’ll even stop by after work or my workout next door and get an ice cold tea. I love that I can drop in and get a 32 oz tea and mix the teas I want or try a new flavor every time. The assortment they have is amazing!!I have recommended this place to everyone and I stand by it.Awesome job American Tea & Coffee!! I went there for the first time the other day to get some loose leaf tea for a gift. Picked up an iced tea while I was there. I loved their tea bar and settled on the most amazing unsweet coconut ice tea. The loose leaf tea was a hit as well. Cant wait to try other things.

The two young ladies gave us a very personalized service, showed knowledge of the teas and coffees that they have, and how to brew it and make it to your preference.Strongly recommend anyone coming from out of town, to skip their regular Starbucks stop and to support the local coffee shops!!

A charming and elegant tea house with lovely sweet cakes and treats to go along with your brew. The sweet loaf slices are gorgeous. Their coffee is also good, above chain style coffee for sure, but cant decide between here or Liberation Coffee up the road. Without a doubt though it is the best place for tea in DFW!

I was told that the n/a flavors on the bag meant no added flavors, but a smell is coming from my black tea that clearly is not that of black tea. The only way plain black tea would ever smell like sugar or fruit is if a flavoring was added.So it seems Ive wasted $8 on tea I cant even drink. Im a little disappointed.However, this store is still a beautiful place with a wide selection of blends unique to the store. Im sure itd be easy for someone who is able to have sweetened teas to find something theyd enjoy here.There are also quite a few quality bottles and thermoses for sale in which you can brew your tea leaves, including lead free and BPA free brands. Pretty nice.I would still have liked to know that some teas had flavors added, though.

Went in because we saw the shop on The Profit and the franchise owners looked so nice. Im glad we went! They are so kind and knowledgeable about tea. They even went around and told us about their teas amd the different benefits each one has. Will be back again to buy more. Everything tasted delicious and the store looked beautiful.

Marcus Lemonis idea of this store was so good I don’t see one opening up in New Jersey. Maybe if the name was still Tea 2 go it would. Too bad Marcus totally had to tear the Tea 2 go idea and enterprise apart by opening up this store and ruining other Tea 2 Go stores.

What a wonderful little cozy place for a cup of coffee. They have so many different options for tea and coffees. Absolutley loved it. Snacks and other eataables are absolutely a treat to look at. I had a cookie and it was one of the best I have ever had. Got a cold brew and tasted like heaven. Will highly recommend and take my friends there next time if I can.!! Great work guys..!!

Great tea selection. The folks at the counter are always extremely helpful and the service is great. Its a good little spot to have a quick meeting and enjoy iced/hot tea. Definitely worth checking out.

Shopped here when it was American Tea and Spice, then today for the first time as American Tea and Coffee Glad to know the smell of coffee does not hit you in the face when you enter the door. As a person who cant stand the smell of coffee I was not happy when they changed the name because it seems like coffee people have every other retail place and tea people have this one shop. Also glad to know they still have a great selection of loose tea. The tea lover is me is still happy.

I personally havent eaten or had coffee here. But I am a driver for Uber eats and had a delivery from here. When I came in to pick up the order the man behind the counter got my name and made small talk. I then excused myself to go to the restroom I washed my hands and took off my day old engagement ring off to do so. Needless to say I forgot them and an hour later go to admire my brand new diamond ring with a separate all diamond band on my finger and its gone. I had done so many deliveries and washed my hands several times and had no idea where I left it. 15 minuets of freaking out and I get a phone call from that nice man behind the counter letting me know I left my rings there. I was impressed.It instantly shocked me, as well as improved my mood seeing as I didnt think there were good people like that in the world anymore I am very impressed with this place and the professional staff the cleanliness and morals I recommend it just in seeing that the people work there care. You cant say you know many people that do care these days.

Their tea have no artificial flavor. The Cinnamon Orange tea is delightful. Will return to try their organic coffee.

The nitro cold brew is good, almost has a chocolaty flavor with nothing added.The pastries are good.The homemade redbull is way better than redbull.This place rocks and i always order via postmates.

Love this place! spice infused teas such as Fireside Cinnamon and The Custard Stand - a creme brulee flavored tea - make drinking unsweetened tea seem like you are indulging in sugar. The mint flavored honey sticks are awesome. Reasonable prices on hot or cold yea options and you dont have to wait - cold teas are pre-made daily - at American Tea & Spice. It is nice to see people so happy at work. They give back too - with a product called Rae Energy Bars which are gluten free with no sugar - a portion of the proceeds go to help feed children in Haiti.

The amount of flavors for tea astounds me. There are close to 60 different flavors of tea that you can try. Even more if you try the sweetened or unsweetened versions, worth a trip and a whiff of all their delicious teas.

Atmosphere is very friendly and customer service is great but the food is way too overpriced. I ordered the paleo breakfast pancakes, expecting around 4-5 nice fluffy pancakes, but I got 2 paper thin pancakes, and the price was $5.90. Yum Yum! I love this place! The atmosphere is amazing and very cozy, wonderful for doing homework or just reading a book. The Iced Spicy Chai Tea is my absolute favorite drink, it tastes exactly like the many Chai drinks I had while in India and Nepal!

This place is absolutely beautiful! The employees are extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. The interior is beautiful and wide open, which gives it a very airy feel. The tea bar is great with samples of select teas. I enjoy speciality teas but their simple traditional sweet tea is amazing! If you are looking for a southern sweet this is not the tea for you. Its well balanced and not over sweetened. My favorite is the blue fastback sweetened tea with orange and passion fruit. We also tried 2 savory empanadas. The spinach was good but the mushroom, onion and cheese one was outstanding! They have a great selection of ice teas prebrewed in half gallon and gallon jugs that seem very convenient. All in all a great place!
