Frank did great service for my vehicle. There are so many Mavis Discount Tire near me. This isnt even the closest location but they have the nicest people and get the work done fast. Gave me good discounts, didnt try and sell me things I didnt need and gave me advice. 5 stars is the max but I recommend them 10/10.

Ordered my tires through the website. As soon as my order was complete Frank the manager called me and set up an appointment. Dropped my car off and Frank called me when it was done. Easiest tire appointment ever! Didnt try to up sell any other services. None of typical; you need brakes, wipers, air filters, wipers, etc... I will definitely recommend going to Mavis in Copiague. Frank and Gary and the boys were very helpful and Have wonderful customer service. They worked on my car they put front brakes and rear brakes. They made my visit very pleasant. They checked to see if anything else was wrong and they were very efficient to our service right away they’re amazing so if you’re choosing to go somewhere that’s the place to go. I went in for a tire plug due to a nail getting in my tire. A few minutes later the mechanic comes out holding my license plate and frame. He said he will fix that too. I asked how it came loose. He said I’ll fix it and walks away. I asked the girl behind the counter she said a kid was playing with my license plate. I said playing with my truck? You let kids play in your shop?? She said hold on I’ll get the guy. The guy said when his coworker was pulling my truck into the bay he hit a cone and it ripped my license plate off and the license plate holder cracked. They did fix it and the plug free of charge but I will not be returning there ever.

Went to mavis to use the air pump and within seconds the manger came and asked if I needed any help, and sent a tech to come help me with a smile on his face. Definitely coming back to get my car serviced.

Ive been coming here for who knows how many years and Frank always takes care of me. Ive even gotten my coworkers to take their cars there. Quality work and good prices. I cant recommend it enough.

Frank and Chris (the 2 managers that work here) are the best. They are super friendly, polite, professional and honest. I come here for everything from oil changes and annual inspections to my tire needs. They function as my main mechanics. I cant say enough good things about this shop. You wont regret bringing your vehicles here and most of all you will feel confident and comfortable in doing so.

If you need help with your car, go and see FRANK at Mavis! I cannot recommend him enough. I had a punctured tire that couldnt be plugged - it was a shame because they were brand new tires! Frank took care of me and got me the exact same tire for a reasonable price with installation out the door. In two days, the tire was received and installed. Not only was the price more than reasonable, I felt like Frank treated me like he would treat his family members.

We have been going to this Mavis location for several years and have always had wonderful and professional interactions with the staff. We drive past several other Mavis locations and competitors to come here specifically because Frank, the manager, is always courteous and knowledgeable and provides competitive prices and excellent service. The cars are always ready on time. The staff is friendly and always goes above and beyond to ensure that the repair Is done properly. Their inspections are thorough and have identified small problems before they became big ones on more than one occasion. When my daughter got her first car, I told her to bring the car to frank and Mavis when it needs work. I can’t give it any higher recommendation than that.Keep up the great work!

Frank at the front desk is always personable, and gives the best prices for anything you need. Gary is my go-to mechanic. Hes always able to figure out whats wrong when needed, and always gives excellent service. I will never go anywhere else while these two men work here.

I went to this location to replace tires, and while there the service identified a problem with my left front axle. The axle needed to be repaired, and I was told that they could get a factory rebuilt unit and install it for me. The part was never installed properly. I went to an authorized dealer and am having the problem repaired properly. The tires I purchased are fine, and I received a great price on the tires. Recommend Mavis for tires, and nothing else!

I came in without an appointment and was taken care of while I waited. The mechanic was very helpful explaining about the warranty on the alignment work.

Friendly and patient, professional and hard working. These guys and the two other nearby Mavis Tire shops (Mass & Lindy) are great. Ive never felt pressured to buy more then I expected. The online appointment service is so easy, and they always make time to fit me in last minute without making me wait all day. Apparently this is miraculous, Ive never seen any other auto repair manage that amazing feat.

I recently did my rear rotors with this location and with in less then a month they are rusted out. The man tried to tell me its a different metal and its not painted. Pretty much they did not use oem parts on my car i will never do service with this place again a total rip off

I tried mavis in copiague for the 1st time at the end of March for an oil change. Frank runs shop the way it should be run, He and his staff make everyone feel like a VIP. Its hard to find someone you can trust when it comes to Automotive work and if you are in that boat then Frank is your guy. They have never tried to nickle and dime me like other shops and I would never go anywhere else unless I absolutely have to in fact I had to for my wifes car but Frank even took care of that by sending to someone equally as reputable for AC work as they do not handle that type of work.

I have used the Mavis discount Tire location on sunrise several times for NYS inspection and tire rotation. Every single time I have been to this faculty or spoken to the employees they have always been courteous, professional and honest. Its hard to find people you can trust when it comes to your car but this is one place you do not have to worry about.

Went for a in for a simple inspection for my new car i had just picked it up from my macanic earlyer that morning long story shortThe tech at this Mavis tells me my rear breaks dont compress that they will need to be replaced ah nope the dude tried to scam me for new breaks when there was nothing wrong with them to begin with i know this cause i paided to make sure my new car was up to date with needed so it would pass inspectionI am just disappointed how i had told them befor handing over the keys that the car needs no extra work to pass because i had had it repaired already by my trusted macanic
