Excellent work when my car was involved in an accident. Steve is very professional

Apparently Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram subs there work out to FINELINE for spray on bed liner. They had my new RAM 1500 for a week to apply RAPTOR spray on bed liner. SDCJR gave me a loaner so I was in no rush to have the truck back, I wanted them to take there time and do it right. Well they said I’d have back on Friday and i didn’t hear from them until Monday. Said they applied a second coat and it had to dry blah blah blah. I was like yeah whatever no problem, as long as it’s done right. When they delivered it, the truck still had pieces of masking tape all over it, finger print smudges of seam sealer all over the hood and was filthy dirty. That’s on SDCJR to quality control the condition of the vehicle upon delivery. Here’s the kicker, after light use by dragging a cooler out of the bed, the bed liner peeled right off and that’s when I also noticed giant blister like bubbles. This is an indication that they didn’t properly prep the substrate by sanding it. The RAPTOR, which btw is an awesome product, didn’t have any tooth to bond to and is peeling off and bubbling up not to mention they only applied ONE coat. You can see the original paint where it peeled off is STILL shiny! I informed SDCJR and they want to make good on it and have FINELINE do it over again. Just think about the amount of work that it will take in order to do it “right” the second go around. I ask myself if they didn’t take the time to do it right the first time, why would I TRUST them to do it right the second time?

I know my car is in good hands when I drop off my vehicle there always a great feeling.

Steve and the staff at Fine Line, did a wonderful job repairing my 2015 f150. Never being in an accident before, I was skeptical in choosing a body shop my insurance company had recommended to me, but I am glad I brought my truck to them. The overall repair took longer than expected, due to the truck having a larger impact then originally thought, however Steve kept me up to date every step of the way, always told me what was going on and what parts were being ordered. When it was finally time to pick my truck up, you couldn’t even tell it was hit on the passenger side/ front end. It looked brand new and drives great! They are a great shop and so thankful I brought my truck to them to get fixed.

Steve was very helpful and the job was done perfectly.

The owner was very helpful. He calmed me down and assured me that everything would be taken care of. He did a awesome job on my car. I will definitely use this shop again.
