Everyone at this store will treat you like you are #1. They will stop whatever they are doing and help you. Always happy, friendly and knowledgeable. The manager knows how to organize the whole store.If they dont have it, they will get it.Never had a bad experience here and you wont.

This Publix has wonderful people but the pharmacist Ezekiel I will be reporting to the board of pharmacy. He refused to transfer my profiled prescriptions which is a violation of federal law. He needs to be terminated. He once gave us a Tylenol #3 Rx for another patient entirely. My daughter picked up our prescriptions and I turned her around before Ezekiel could even call us. You would think this would have made him kinder and more compassionate. It did not. My blood pressure medication was filled with the wrong strength and once corrected the charge was $110 dollars over my usual and customary with insurance. I filled it elsewhere for $10. I have been with Publix 10 years and although I did enjoy shopping there I am also switching to Trader Joe’s. If you keep pharmacist like Ezekiel who don’t even comprehend HIPPA guidelines since 1996 you need to close your pharmacies. They are no longer patient oriented.

Publix is kind of busy. Parking lot was was recently redone. Nice little neighborhood area and the liquor area is not populated much.

Clean, updated modern Publix with the expected great selection and depth of grocery and household items we have come to expect from this chain. Large displays and signage, good size pharmacy, deli and bakery section, and of course easy access from Griffin or Nob Hill roads, lots of easy to navigate free parking and handicap accessible including the store. Highly recommended.

Very bad publix location ordered subs and paid online the pickup was supposed to be ready at 7:20. The lady said my food was not ready then proceeded to help other customers right in front of my face I finnally got my food and left at 8:00. 40 minutes after the food was supposed to be ready. The lady apologized for the wait and said they were understaffed but if your understaffed and not looking for employees?

Pharmacy: Went to get my second Covid19 vaccine at this Publix Pharmacy, requested that I receive the shot in my right arm (torn ligaments in left arm). She refused for the following reasons; 1. Had to be in the same arm as first shot; 2. CDC guidelines; 3. Based on where my Lymph nodes are. All stupid reasons. I had excruciating pain for 4 days. Please be more professional in administering your civic duties.

This is my local location. I do also use others near the workplace. But, this location is home to me. The employees are STELLAR! Always. Same staff you love to see every visit. They make it personal. The attention to detail, and the fact they are always on their cart game is definitely noticeable . A special shout out to Kim in the deli. She actually elevated an already superior pub sub experience. AMAZING job from Kim. Kudos to her, very friendly organized and shows care in her work. What an asset she is. Thanks a bunch team. I had surgery this morning . I was given 3 prescriptions.When I approached the pharmacy with obvious signs of a recent procedure, a young ‘intern type’ kid made a snarky face to the head pharmacist as one of the meds was Percocet. ( As if I had made the prescription myself!!) My other 2 were antibiotics etcThey refused to fill the prescription despite our phone call directly from the docs officeI went to CVS .. no problem at allI have been going to that location since it was built!!To feel as bad as I do today..and had to deal with that??? Publix is my favorite grocery store, always clean, very well stocked, easy to find the items I came to buy and check out is always a breeze. What made me stop at this particular store was that it could be seeing from afar and was very easy to enter from busy road.

People were spending randomly large sums on experimental vaccinations when you can try a richer diet... It is wrong to pierce or puncture... They have really good wings and subs...

Has a large amount of organic products. Cheaper than Whole Foods. Staff are always helpful and if they dont know where something is they find someone who does.

Nice employees. Needs to be more vigilant on rotating stock items to avoid expirations. Bagger training and oversite needed. Too many times having wet, cold items bagged with dry food or cleaning products. Clean store and good disinfecting actions. Need better control of customers not paying attention to aisle directional markers.

Had two shopping carts full of groceries and there was no line at Express so I went to get checked out there and the lady refused to ring up my things so I started to unload my cart cause she was being rude and then she called a manager over and the manager let me ring up my two shopping carts full of stuff and I said the customer is always right! And everyone clapped and cheered because I was so brave to stand up to that rude cashier!

Clean and great service

Had a three fold good experience today. Store manager very helpful in bakery area when he heard me with a bakery issue. An employee in dairy area came over to frozen area when asked and tried to locate an item for me and lastly, a butcher split apart a roast for me when I asked if there were smaller ones. I call that great service! This location is always wonderful with their help with a smile!

Horrible experience... I went to order a cranberry sub and just for asking for some of the cranberry to be put on the side they told me that they couldnt price it as the sale price. I have been ordering this sub for many years like this and never had a problem. Unbelievable. The manager named Delhia Lewis. This is the only Publix that gave me a problem with that. Can you explain to me what is the problem of wanting the sauce on the side? Publix? Not fair.

I just came in this publix to get $5 cash back. The cashier told me that if I dont have a chip on my card I cant get cash back. I said maam I work in retail also no you do not. She then asked for my i.d. and my card. She took it, left her station and went to customer service to ask can she give me cash back. Its MY CARD, MY ID, WITH MY NAME ON IT. Come on publix. The store is doing some remodeling and was advised that it would take about six more months for completion. Several years ago, this was an old Albertsons store. Theyve done minor remodeling over the years. A staff member told me that some of the departments are being shifted around a little bit. Most of the staff are extremely nice and helpful.

A Breeze as always

I would easily give 5 stars if the price was fair. Publix sells way over the right price. Example condensed milk for 2.69$ while in other places you find bellow $1.70. $1 dollar difference or 58% over the competition price. This is just one example.

Deli was great service, however cashier unfriendly 🤔

I used to frequent this location two to three times a week and I’ve noticed a lot of changes, in particular in the deli, pharmacy departments and when checking out.During my last two visits, the service received at the Deli department was mediocre at best. It seems that the good employees either have left or something has changed because you no longer receive that awesome service that they are known for.Now, if you wait to be helped, it depends on who is available and when I was there, I stood for more than ten minutes and no one offered any help that I had no choice but to leave empty handed and find an alternate solution.The pharmacy department has also had some changes and depending who is on call that day, the attention and customer service is weird and somewhat uncomfortable as you can tell the attitude of certain techs or pharmacists is not genuine at all.Lastly, every time I go to check out, there are never enough registers open and there are never enough employees helping bag your groceries.Ive noticed at other locations the manager on call would get on the speaker and start calling for help up front when things get a little chaotic but here I have yet to see that happen.What is the point of having all these registers if they are not going to be manned in order to keep the flow of clients moving and not backed up as needed?Time to find a new location.

I used to like Publix more than Walmart. The staff is always nice and helpful. But today I bought some walnuts which werent fresh at all despite it is said best by 2019. So disappointed since Ive been craving them as my second trimester kicked in.

This is by far my favorite Publix. It is laid out like an older Publix, easy to walk up and down the isles with no wierd breaks in the rows, they always have everything and the employees seem happier. I see the same employees over and over again and all of them are friendly, not that I have ever experienced a rude Publix employee in any other store. Rare is finding the sushi I like at night, not many other Publix stores have what I like,but this store always has what I like. Liquor store also attached. Not all Publix have them. It is not the closets Publix to my house but definetly my go to store. There are 4 Publix stores within my driving distance. This is always my first choice. 5 stars!!!!
