I love Countryside Publix! Always friendly staff that is ready to help find things on my list. No problem returns for items that didnt measure up. Th store is always very clean.

This store is always well kept and the employees are always very friendly. They sure did a great job during the pandemic for over a year they have had someone stand out front and wipe down every single shopping cart with sanitizer.

This is the 3rd time I ordered from the online in store pick and they are definitely batting 3 for 3 here. Im not really sure where the miscommunication was on the online order for deli meat, not sure where they got very thick from my instructions of very thin. I actually wanted it thin so I figured since they didnt understand what that was 1st 2x, I would put very thin and just maybe Id get the slice cut somewhat close to what I actually want. Oh well, so much for that, guess Ill have to walk myself in and order in person. So much for trying new things.

Although this Publix is out of the way for me, this is the one I go to the most. The staff, from cashiers to managers to the guys and gals who help you out with your groceries, is fantastic. Those who are stocking the shelves with groceries are helpful friendly and always smiling.While most Publixs have this same record, this one is always spectacular. I could not ask for a better grocery store to go to, except to say I wish it was closer to my home. I dont mind driving a little ways for the best though.

An excellent supermarket providing comprehensive food store services. Probably the cleanest Publix I have experienced. Staff is pleasent and provides excellent service. As expected, you will pay the highest prices at Publix.

Great service. Just about every employee asked if they could help me find what I was looking for. Well stocked and orderly. I was even helped to my car.. not that I needed it but it felt nice to see a business go above and beyond for its customers. Thank you

Organized store, however, shelves are not always filled properly. Also, some of the Publix personnel are not too friendly. They seem as though they are not happy working there. Most personnel in deli are very rude. They disrespect and talk back to customers in deli. I shop at many Publixs, this deli is awful.

I like this location because its very spacious lots of parking my only beef is that its always kind of slow checking out.

They used to be great They sell food that is expired. Deli foods priced incorrectly ex meatballs as meatloaf which was 3 dollars more. They increase their prices daily. Ripping off the public!

Great! I went for my vaccine and ended buying 3 bottles of Sangria, which brand is not easy to find. At the cash register an employee approached, started to help out and he gave a wine bag for free. That is great service. Sorry I forgot her name.

With a Pretty new location, Publix has offers quality products, fresh fruits amd vegetables. You cannot miss bobo season, great spaces for search products between isles.

Very clean, always has everything I need. Also has a self check out for quicker transactions.

Nice place, but the employee I talked to was a mean hag. I walked up to the bakery to go grab cookies, but the employee told me to go away because Im too old when I just wanted to buy some cookies.

Amazing Publix BUT the deli. It is absolutely awful, and unfortunately has some extremely rude employees including the manger. I do not consider her to be the normal Publix employee. Be prepared to wait over 45 minutes even if you pre-order. You will sit around waiting to even speak to someone about it to then made to feel bad because how dare you even ask. Such an awful experience I rather drive to another Publix then go to the deli again there.

This is my go to Publix. They do everything well. Employees are all pleasant people

Need to stock more often. Out of fish stock and kosher salt except 5 lb box. Room for the stock but no kosher salt? People were very friendly and tried to gelp.

Publix as usual very clean, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, meats and baked goods. Still not fully stocked on cleaning items such as cleaning sprays and bleach but other than I always find what I came to get and the check out is always pretty fast. I always recommended publix especially this particular one.

Every time I put in online order for deli subs I have a wait another 30 minutes when I get there for them to make it. What is the point of having online ordering if you cant meet the customers demands

Friendly people work here, and thats part of the reason we shop at this Publix instead of one thats closer.

Been going to this store for 20+ years and they use to have smiling faces and fully stocked merchandise. Not the case any longer. They seem to be always out of merchandise and asking for a rain check seems to be the new norm. Ursela had this store in ship shop shape and the employees seemed very happy. I go to this store out of convenience and not because I love the store. Cant wait to see what food store is coming to the Winn Dixie plaza.

I live 6 minutes away from different three Publix, but this is my favorite one to go to. I think I prefer the layout and I never have to wait very long to get my sandwich (my main reason for going to Publix).I’ve found that everyone that works at Publix is friendly and helpful, and all the people that work here are great!

Sorry Publix it actually my fault. I came on Monday. The store is not stock the place is a mess due to the weekends. If I remember correctly trucks comes on Tues and Thurs. I love my store, but today I really didnt buy anything because you didnt have anything. Publix I have been shopping at for 50 years. Even when I was teen I work for that other store (WD in fact it had another name KC) but shopped at Publix. Publix management you may need to really look into adding more trucks, staff, and the sales are great. Look at your sales today and what you didnt have in the store.I still love you and will stick out with you.

I have been shopping at this store for 30 years, and never had an issue. After the remodel, this store has literally gone to hell. It boggles the mind that this store is pulling products off the shelves, and or not re-ordering products that are in high demand. I used to spend around $160-200 a week in that store, but the last few times I went there I spent $80-120 < due to the lack of normally purchased items on the shelf. I was still trying to be a loyal customer, but having to drive to other stores to fulfill shopping lists sucks. #COOPERcityPUBLIXhasFALLEN

This is our Publix. Newly renovated and best of all wider selection. Their seafood dept is pretty awesome. Line length is the only thing they havent figured out yet. Theres always a line after work. Parking isnt always a breeze but its ok. Great wine selection

Deli counter took 10 minutes to slice my half pound of turkey breast. The tech took several minutes to locate the boars head black forest turkey, wandering all over the place, in the back then the front of the counter. She didnt apologize for the delay... unlike Publix. No problems at checkout, cashier was quick and efficient.

I dont understand why I have to lift the heavy 15-pack cartons of Lecroix sparkling water out of the shopping cart to the conveyor belt. Why cant you scan them in the cart? Sams Club, BJs, Wal-Mart, Home Depot and many retailers scan items in the cart. Im old. Thanks for listening.

I Shopped at the old Store for 20 years. I wont go the the new store any more. Parking near the store is never available. The store layout is not convenient. The Fried chicken is dry and over done, I ordered one sub and the bread was not fresh. And the people could not direct me to the item I wanted. Im so disappointed.

This is the worst Publix I ever went to. The lady’s there in the kitchen who was making the chicken today was very disrespectful and lack great customer service that Publix is known for. They told me that the breaded chicken would be available in 20 minuets in which I waited. After 20 minutes, the two lady came out with the none breaded chicken, I asked what happened to the breaded chicken the lady ignored me and acted as if I were not speaking to her with an attitude. Although I was upset I walked away with my two little girls who was hungry and took them somewhere else. Hopefully a manager at this location see this post and correct the attitude of these two workers.
