I would choose No Stars if I could. Had a Covid Test appointment scheduled for 4:45pm. Upon my arrival there were 2 cars in the drive through. When it was finally my turn to at the window it was 4:58pm and a lady named Laura told me that she couldn’t administer the test. I explained that I’ve been in line waiting and she basically called me a liar. I told her to look at the camera footage to prove I was correct. She refused me service and is rude and very unprofessional. I will take this up to corporate.

Do not go here. My s/o had a covid test schedule here.. we arrived 5 minutes early (as instructed) and the woman working the pharmacy could not find the appointment so we showed her the confirmation with the address and she proceeded to tell us we were at the wrong location. We were not. We went back in and she finally check for the appointment and what do you know... she found it. Would have been nice for her to check in the first place & to maybe know the correct address of the store she works at instead of telling us to leave the first time around. We’ll see if we even get the results...

I would give zero stars. Not only is the main cashier that works here always rude but also is the manger. Its convenient to stop on here but this will be my last time. I regret it every single time I step foot in that location.

The Pharmacy at this location is ALWAYS understaffed. People are seating and waiting for at least an hour to be seeing with a scheduled appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine. This is very disrespectful to the patients and customers.

The pharmacy manager, Laura, is the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. A week ago my mom was prescribed a nebulizer machine for a treatment, she had two prescriptions, one to do it via respiratory with a mask and the other one by mouth, she especially explained to my mother that she needs to use it that way. My mom had to use the nebulizer as she needs it. The day we open the box we noticed the adult mask was missing, I had to rush to buy another machine that includes the adult mask, when I try to return the nebulizer, she refused to give my mother money back. Even knowing the nebulizer she sold to us was for kids, it came with stickers and kids mask in the shape of a little bear. I told them if they don’t want to accept the return, at least change it for an adult machine that includes the adult mask and they say no, that I need to buy it from a medical supply store.This Laura person is a disgrace for Walgreens, and I will make sure the corporate office knows about the kind of customer service they have. We accept to buy this machine even knowing it was overpriced, because I can’t go to a medical supply to get the kit needed, I even have an old nebulizer at home that was my kids, but I don’t have the tubing kit and masks.

Now a days, pharmacies are almost all the same. They can order just about anything for about the same price. Over the years, Ive been to a bunch in the area, but this is the one I keep coming back to. The staff is friendly and helpful. The service is always quick. It is just easier to go here, when I know I will get good service than anyplace else.

Stay away from this store. Purchased multiple items expired in December of last year. Called before I came in and was hung up on. Manager has a major attitude.

Pharmacists do not pay attention and fill Rx that she are not asked to fill.

I was waiting in the drive through to pick up my medicine for over 7 minutes. My turn is up at 6:01pm the ignorant pharmacist Ariel V. Tells me it’s too late and shuts the computers down. What a real arse, no sympathy or compassion. He could see I was the only car left in the drive through and still refused to process my request. Walgreens should do some training and screening for customer service skills like CVS does.

Call before you come to buy anything, they advertise and show online products that they dont sell at all

The store itself is great, clean and organized. but the pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. they always have attitude and are very snappy.

Pharmacists process is slow.

It’s always clean never packed but the pharmacy doesn’t always have everything in stock because they aren’t 24 hours

They were really busy working with other customers. But, one of the employees was very nice to help us with the photos at the computer. I hope that Im spelling her name correctly, Ayemma.. Ayemma even ran out of the store to returned some of the things that my sister left behind on the counter. Were very impressed with Ayemmas professional, friendly and helpful customer service. Thanks for your outstanding professional customer service...

Clean spacious Walgreens with well stocked shelves and easy parking. Personnel are accommodating and pleasant.

Just got to the store 5 mins before closing.. doors wouldnt open.. saw employee laughing at me then ran behind a door. Shameful..

Just left Walgreens, pharmacy... Lauras customer service was excellent, She was accurate, polite and gave great service with a smile.

Its just quick and easy youre in and out.

Not open until 12 like the hours on here say. Fix then instead of wasting peoples time!
