Had a great experience selling items. The young man that assisted me in consignment was very friendly and helpful, they took a lot of items and gave a good explanation for the pieces they couldn’t take. Would sell here again!

Friendly employees and very nice items. Not like Salvation Army or Goodwill. They have more top of the line secondhand items. Good prices for good stuff.

Oh my goodness I walked in the door and I was so excited, I got panicked because I didnt know where to go first. Everything is displayed so nice and it is so well organized. Very helpful people working, just such good customer service. Im so jealous Wi doesnt have one by me.

I brought in over 30 items that theyve accepted. I have had a good accepted to sales ratio. really enjoy the staff there. always giving input as to the items that I brought in and what they saw or rejected.The items they have for sale there are always good quality and a reasonable price.

This place is growing on me. I buy all my clothes second hand usually, so when it comes time to consign, its not so painful to sell at consignment shops. They want nice, newer, name brand clothes. You wont get a lot of money, but you dont have to do all the work either. Clothes are hard to sell yourself.I hadnt consigned here in years and my experience has been good. I sold about 70% of what I brought in before they went half off. I ended up pulling a few items that were nicer I decided I wanted to keep.There was a mix up with my account and over 10 items were under someone elses similar name to mine. The manager was amazing. She tracked down all my missing clothes and put them back on my account AND she started my consigning time over. I ended up getting extra money for things that had sold on the wrong account. The manager also gave me $10 in rewards bucks to spend to make up for the error.It pays to keep good records of what you consign including descriptions and sizes and when your items go 50% off and when the end date is. The only policy I dont care for is charging $1 For any item you pull out early or any item that doesnt sell. If my items dont sell and I dont pay the $1 per item, the store gets to keep my items.Im going to start shopping here more. Their prices are higher than thrift stores, but they have nicer newer name brands too and I get tired of constantly combing thrift stores to find something that isnt damaged, the wrong size, or out of date. Their prices are still considerably less than new and they DO get unusual pieces.

Everything seems to be a bit overpriced, especially for a consignment store. 51$ for a pair of 15 year old true religion jeans that are well worn and it shows. Youre better off heading down towards cub to platos closet in the same strip mall. Just saying. But thats just me.

I also consign here alot, both clothing and home goods. I have found some really good deals on home decor items vs spending a lot of money at a traditional home goods store. This dresser is my most recent find at turnstyle, its like brand new, no scratches.

I had such a great experience here. The staff are amazing!! I was very impressed with everything. The manager of the store was super helpful and just an all around great person. I will definitely be coming back!!

Horrible customer service. I brought in dozens of nice designer clothing and they told me they would call me after sorting through and give me what they dont take-- they ended up donating all of my stuff after keeping 12 items which they only gave me TEN DOLLARS for. I will never be going back to this place.. what a joke.

I found great furniture and beautiful art. Not everything there is amazing, but a much better ratio of quality items that any second hand store Ive seen. Can hardly tell it was used. The prices are amazing! Delivery is very inexpensive, and they brought it all the way into my apartment. The staff was very friendly and helpful to me.

I’m giving this 1 star because it doesn’t accept anything lower. My wife brought in a nice $200 Macy dress and purse to consign. While she understood leaving clothes to consign was risky, she never imagined the store would be so careless. At pickup the dress was ripped and the purse had the removable chain handle completely gone. All the clerk had to say was “well if it’s ripped I guess that’s why it didn’t sell.” Rude! I do not recommend this store.

We were giving the recommendation by a neighbor. He said that high-quality merchandise for reasonable prices. My wife and I drove to the store and were impressed with the quality. The owners were very helpful and made some recommendations on items to look for. We bought a chair and have been back several times looking for other furniture. I would highly recommend this establishment. We will be back.

Cashier was rude the second we walked in, definitely not coming here again. tried to bring in clothes, and they have to be on a hanger. that’s the one thing they have to supply.

Long unnecessary wait. Was told 20 minute wait but found myself waiting by the register 30 minutes later and hardly anyone of the young women bothered to ask me what I was waiting for. Sorely lacking in customer service. First time there. Will never go back. In this day and age when people are being deliberate about their money you cannot afford to have poor customer service. I brought in clothes for consignment but also found items I thought I would come back for. Their poor service completely turned me off the place. Turned down their offer for the few items they chose. Took my stuff and left. Goodbye Turn Style. We will never be.

I used to work here a few years ago before the stores combined and quit shortly after they did and it overall sucked. The district manager, Marla, Marlene? -Something that starts with an M when she stopped by, treated employees like garbage. I remember constantly not having enough employees as some of the other reviews are saying. Constantly consigning items and making our customers wait forever. This new $1 policy other reviews explain is hilarious too. Consigners have to pay $1 per item to get their items back if they dont sell. That is stealing. Youre going to lose a lot of your business. There is no lack of consignment stores for people to take their items into.

I was shopping at the Coon Rapids store tonight and found a Kitchen Aide mixer. It was to heavy to walk around with so I asked if I could set it on the counter while I finished shopping. The clerk said yes no problem . She put it behind the counter and when I went to check out they informed me the owner came in and wanted it back. They could have told her it was sold. Either shouldnt hold something or keep your word that it is being sold. The clerk was very rude about it!

Great store to shop but as a consigner, no more! Their new policy stinks! You are no longer able to leave the store while you wait for them to look over your stuff! That would be fine except they are always understaffed so the wait is 30 minutes plus. Today it was over an hour! I already drive out of my way to go to a less understaffed store! I’m sure in their eyes, having you trapped in the store forces you to shop because what else is there to do? Also, if you want your stuff that doesn’t sell back, they charge you $1 for EACH item and that’s after you’ve retrieved them off the floor yourself! Turn Style used to be wonderful! Not anymore!!

I really liked that there was a Home area for furnishings! Loved the prices on clothing and housewares...NOT ON SHOES!! And, it wasnt as easy to locate specific items of clothing in my size things as it was at Clothes Mentor. I did find a living room mirror which is what I went shopping for!!

This Coon Rapids location of TurnStyle is the nicest Ive been to!! Tons of selection in the home department. Good prices and I could have spent hours there!! Staff was very nice and helpful. Im so glad they let you transfer money from consignment to all locations. I wasnt shopping for clothes but they seemed to have a large selection. Went twice in 1 week.

Wish they had more mens selection but thats how it goes with all thrift type stores. Turn style is definitely one of the higher end types though.

Horrible service! I just just took in 35 items that are all brand new and In Style and a couple before me brought some ugly mauve glider chair with an ottoman look like crushed velvet !!! They took that and all this plywood looking furniture that I thought when I pulled into the parking lot this truck full was for stuff for the bon fire and no way they took all that stuff too! So evidently they dont take nice quality stuff they just take the cheap cheap furniture that looks like it should be all be burned in a trash bin! I will never ever ever go back there Place Smells Like an old folks home and evidently they dont like new modern brand new stuff just old nasty horrible smelling outdated Furniture including mauve I think mauve went out in the 70s!!!!!!!!!

I love this place. It is best place to take your clothes and household goods. I have to smack myself to keep from purchasing new things when I am in there because I am downsizing!

Specifically asking about their return policy before purchasingReturned a couple of items today and the little piece they neglected to tell me is that once they have your money they keep it

Very degrading, I live almost an hour away and of all my items they would only take 8 and not all of the items they picked to take where in the best repair/shape. This was not a good experience

Very pricey, two clothing items for 50.00. Huge selection. Basic clothes, I enjoyed Clothes Mentor better for the business casual options I was looking for.

Consistently poor customer service and after this last visit I wont be stopping in to give them another chance for a very long time.

The staff was great.

The manager of this place is RUDE, CONDESCENDING and too busy to help. I stood in line behind 4 other people. The manager was busy talking to the consignors and didnt even acknowledge us waiting. After I rang the bell for the THIRD time, she came to the register. She said to the lady in line next. Thats it. No apology, no smile, no explanation. I have consigned things with them and she is ALWAYS this rude. Look at reivews on other sites. TONS of complaints about her. The last time I was in there it looked like a garage sale, nothing good, things were dirty and sticky. I go to Roseville now where they are always nice and helpful.
