How a store goes to Excellent to Not Excellent because of one employee... however...I am giving 5 stars, because I understand that one bad experience does not make an entire store bad.But, I had a situation where I ask a lady how to find the Ice code bar in a self serve registry.This old lady was, probably, not in a good mood for some reason. I am pretty sure, she didnt mean to act rude towards me, but she did.I had another interaction with a young Latin lady the day before and it was totally different, she was very sweet and kind and ready to help.Even today, the lady that is at front waving in and out the customers was very nice and very polite.I have been a customer of Target for decades, and I am looking forward to continue being their customer...

Natalie in guest services was very professional when answering my question in regards to paging my wife. Due to the recent store remodeling, I was unfortunately informed that the public announcement system was out of order in addition to newer rules governing the employees and restricting them from such announcement. If she would be willing to go find an orange road cone and speak into the small end amplifying her voice and calling for my wife while walking around the store...

This remodel made everything worse not better. This location no longer carries Borax or Lifeway kefir. Have to drive to a super target or Aldi. Also, the coffee shop STILL isnt open. Was told it would on 10/20

This target always has what I am looking for then more so the Super target I live by within five blocks from my house. I would rather drive the eleven miles to able to find what I am looking for. People who work there are very kind and are willing to help you find what I am looking for.

Amazing! Staff are very kind. Everything is in the right spots, and very clean and picked up. Prices are very inexpensive. The only thing that could use a little renovation are the bathrooms.

This is my go to target location. Always fast, clean, and nice workers! Love the Starbucks inside too. Only thing is the app shows some stuff in stock when it’s not and the incorrect amount of items in stock. Love target and go here 2 times a week and never had a problem

Friendly service, clean store and good food quality

Always have good service and they are quick to open extra lanes when busy. They are always watching the front to make sure customers get in and out quickly.

Way too many people working here! Every turn I took I ran into a worker, they were in my way constantly. Also, the self-checkout overseeing worker needs to NOT stick her hand into every single plastic bag to get it open for upcoming checkouts. I go to self-checkout to AVOID workers touching my stuff. By sticking their hand in every plastic bag, they are spreading germs and bacteria- which self-checkout is supposed to help avoid!

Ive been shopping at Target since the early 1980s when I lived in Beaumont Texas, and the quality of the stores and employees across the entire US has always been fantastic. I can always find what Im looking for from groceries, household items, to clothing.

Fast and easy! Needed Barbie item for a gift and they were sold out at 2 Target stores. They had 3 left at another Target online so I quickly snatched up online and went and picked up before someone else got it.

If you need to use drive up pick up it is required to download the Target app. The app itself is not intuitive. Over all a bit hassle to have an accommodation as a person with chronic health conditions.The merchandise also ended up defective and the app was of no use. Had to go inside in the end anyways. Very disappointing experience.

I did not like what I ordered online and wanted to do a return at the time of pickup. Was told I had to come back the next day for the return. Unacceptable! One more reason to no longer shop at Target.

I went on Thurs. Feb 28th to get my nephew a video game & picked up a pkg of ground beef for the wknd. Today Sun, I take it out to cook & see that its Best By Date: Feb 27, 2019. So I bought an expired pkg of meat! In hindsight it was partially my fault for not checking expiration date in my rush but I had an expectancy of fresh food. Even by a day is unacceptable, especially with meat. Shouldve stuck with my usual closer Target in Andover on Bunker Lake Rd/Hanson but this location was convenient being close by Panera but they are obviously lazy in the meat department in keeping up with fresh meat...smh. Buyer beware.

It was a decent job working here. Great pay, good benefits, and good hours for work. However, many of the coworkers where rude, the management can sometimes be poor, didnt get that great of training as my trainer kept acting snarky, hard to navigate back rooms, and overall just passive aggressive staff. Its a good starting job for those that where looking for experience, however not recommended for people with severe anxiety, spacial navigation issues, or social difficulties. Its still a great place to shop for items. Good prices.

The cashiers are always super friendly, the store is clean, and I can usually find what Im looking for. My only complaint is that the lines are usually pretty long when I go. Also, there were no baskets stacked by the carts.

This Target does not have as much variety as the other Targets Ive been to, but Im still giving them five stars due to the customer service Ive received from this store. They are are helpful and pleasant every time I interact with them. I especially love the drive up, it is extremely convenient and the team is very responsive and quick with getting the items to the car. One day we showed up for Drive Up and as soon as the awesome lady noticed my toddler was asleep, she was very quiet and gently put things in the car next to him, then quietly closed the door. It was extremely considerate of her. Thank you guys for being great!

Not only did I not find what I was looking for. Then I asked for someone to help me because there was nobody on that side of the store. Nobody asked me if I needed help. When I went to the self check out counter because there wasnt too many cashiers, My receipt w as blank when I paid for my things so even if it was broken or damaged I couldnt bring it back. That made me angry. But when I overheard someone talking about an order that someone was given over a walkie talkie to an store employee about Watching me around the store. Not only did I have more than enough money to pay for what I bought the time before that when I came in to buy the things I did. I came in the time before that to buy a drink and some bread and paid for that as well. It doesnt matter if I was in your store two minutes or from sun up to sun down. If I am a customer I deserve to be treated like one just like everyone else. Even if I ride a car or a bike. Trust me I am not a threat. Also not only does your company owe me taxes. You also make employee sign an unfair agreement about their belongings in lockers. A manager of another target threw away my belongings and refused to train me when I told them I couldnt come in for training because I was ill. Your company has a lot of problems and I honestly go other places because I cant stand the thought of dealing with your company. Or some of those who work in your corporation. If I can go somewhere other than here I will 100 percent go there instead.

Barb at the front lanes is, and has always been, the best! What she does and what she stands for makes the Coon Rapids Target stand out. Always smiling, always kind, might be busy as heck and always willing to help, easily approached, empathetic in certain circumstances, quick, fast, ready to help wherever..... and this all happens every time I am in that store! Its really been my favorite store for the last 2 years for sure, and I have plenty of other Targets near me i could go to. I choose this store because of her and her staff!

I have used their drive up experience multiple times. I have never waited even 5 minutes for my order. My order has been ready in less than an hour each time.

The online ordering process is very slow. Do not order from here. The young man said I needed my ID and when I said I’ll be right back because I forgot it in my car. It took me less than a minute. I had to wait again in line. And now a young gal is helping and didn’t even ask for my ID at all. When I told her the young man just asked for it she said it was one the other.

Clean store. Nice store employees. The Target Guests are nice. Usually have the items I need and the shelves stocked well. Over all a very pleasant place to shop.

I would recommend target because they have quality stuff

Came in for one thing (I was probably in the store for 2 minutes) and saw about 5 people wearing their masks as chin straps and 2 people without a mask. There was security at the front door and they didn’t say anything about it.

One specific way that I judge a store is by its restrooms. I was frustrated that the water & towels had to be manually dispensed. During a pandemic, especially when it comes to sinks and towels they should dispense automatically.

Its a clean orderly store and I was greeted by a very friendly young man.

I dont get much interaction from employees while shopping. Mostly thats good, when I need help or have questions its hard to find an employee to ask. Check out people are always friendly and helpful. I like to use cartwheel for discount deals but find only about 50% of the things on it.

They keep the place sanitized also theyre open late and less busy later in the evening..

Target is the best for most anything you need. I especially like all the clothing choices. Target stores are reliably clean, organized and friendly. I love running into the help in the cosmetic area.

We near by and we needed some stuff for the our house. Under construction, but we are able to get around do what can do as it their part and us.

Somehow Target has become an addiction for me. I go with my kid. I get a coffee for me and a chocolate milk for him and we wander around. I get the couple things I need and a bunch of stuff that I dont need. When I leave having satisfied my shopping fix I feel relaxed and good about the deals I usually find.

They are all friendly and I am in there so often I feel they are glad to see me.

Helpful associates

This location is pretty standard. Personally I prefer the Andover location because this one is so insanely crowded all the time. Getting in and out of the parking is always an interesting adventure considering there’s a city bus stop right in front of the store.

Super fast and easy order and pick up service

The store is always clean and the employees are always friendly and helpful. With cartwheel and Target card I always save 25%. Prices before discounts are still great. Always seem to leave smiling.

This Target always gives me problems in terms of trying to buy everything on a list. They never have the brands or products Im looking for-- it is very limited and specific as far as carrying a product and the variations of that product they offer (not usually more than like, two choices). Also, it seems I pay at least 30-40% more for the items I dont even want but am forced to buy because I have no other options. They dont even have a $1 section like all Targets do right in the entryway. Definitely only go there when the next closet store with that stuff is way further away.

This Target is ok. The staff here are hit and miss, and sometimes the place looks a bit run down. I prefer other Targets over this one.

This is my preferred Target in the area. Great selection of food items even though it isnt a super Target. It can be busy at times, but service is good and lines tend to move fast.

Pretty well stocked store. Its not too busy that you cant find help, like Wal-Mart down the street. They also have adequate staffing to help you when you need it. Combined with the Target Card and Cartwheel this place is actually lower than Wal-Mart. So I would recommend it. Its my go-to store.
