Everything went as planned, I traded cars with Fred (your finance guy) at the designated time, spoke with the service department in the morning and reviewed the work that needed to be done, they called in the afternoon and gave me the final costs. I was very satisfied with the service work done on my automobile. I had an oil change, and the tires rotated. It was done in a timely manner, and my automobile was also washed.

I came in to get my airbag replaced due to the recall. My truck was also giving me a warning light to service airbag soon, which I attributed to the recall. After they replaced the airbag, the warning remained. When I asked the technician, he stated he had no idea why it was on, they simply replaced the airbag itself and the warning is likely a sensor. It seems to me that it would have been good customer service to be able to answer that for me along with an estimate for repair if necessary. To just leave me wondering was poor service.

Good check-in with someone with some knowledge of the potential problem. Seemed to adhere to appointment schedule. Communicated the diagnosis and suggested repairs along with cost. Work complete on or before expected time.

I had my truck to be aligned and was told be 1 1/2 hrs. As that time elapsed I texted to see if it was ready. Told was not but should shortly be. Waited another 45 mins and texted. Was told that they mistook the truck that was on the rack for mine. So in reality my truck didn’t begin to get the alignment still after 2.Hrs of waiting. So when finally on the rack it took the 1 1/2. Your shop is not that big so it’s difficult to understand how my truck could be mistaken for another. Either someone didn’t really check or they are unable to identify the correct vehicle. Either way it doesn’t inspire much confidence. Also Car Wash broken but it was raining so it was a nice coincidence. Not sure but I think the car wash was broken last time I went on Feb of this year.

There was an issue with grease on the inside surfaces of my vehicle when I got it back. The problem was quickly and courteously resolved by one of the gentlemen at the front service desks. Anyone can make a mistake and I prefer to reserve judgement not so much on what happened, but how it was resolved. That I believe is the mark of true customer service. The issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction.

I rarely leave reviews on businesses due to time constraints, but I felt the need to write one to share my extremely positive experience with Garrett Motors. After searching for a very specific vehicle online, I came across one at Garrett Motors. Despite it being over 500 miles away from my residence, I was still interested so I contacted them and I was set up with Steve. He was extremely courteous, professional and had a no pressure attitude. Because I was out of state, he answered all of my questions (there were quite a few), took additional pictures and even videos and processed all of the paperwork before we arrived. The test drive was seamless along with the paperwork. The Tesla we purchased ended up needing service within 1 week after we purchased it and Steve was more than willing to help with the cost and actually concerned about the outcome. It was repaired at a Tesla Service center, and within several days, Steve had a check in the mail for me to help cover the costs. I am grateful that I was able to meet Steve and purchase this SUV from your dealership. I would definitely recommend giving them your business!

We had a pretty good good experience buying a used car here today overall. We completed the online process from home but for anyone who doesnt know buying this way is not official until you come and they talk to banks if youre financing. So when all was said and done and after tax and all fees we ended up paying just a little more than we expected to and it did not really seem to save much time as we spent almost 2 hours at the dealership. This is usually how long it takes for every care we have bought. Sales people are very nice though and the place seems very clean and professional and we will definitely consider going back to Garrett Motors again for our next car.

My most recent experience, was going back for one of my free oil changes, took 5 seconds to call and book oil change and tire rotation that same week. Got their, they took about 40 minutes to do my tire rotation, oil change and wash my car free of charge while I waited in the lobby with magazines, and a place to sit and charge my phone while using wifi!BEST SERVICE!

It was hot and uncomfortable learning about my Corvette in the sun and heat. I would have liked to spend more time with Eva; but it was too hot in the sun. You should have something at least in the shade.

When I arrived for my appointment they didnt have my appointment on their records. That being said, they did get me in right away. I had gotten 2 reminder emails for this appointment so I know they must have had it listed somewhere.Gentleman seemed very rushed but friendly enough.I told him we would be waiting for the vehicle but we were going across the street for breakfast. He said he would call when they were finished and took my phone number.I did not receive a call but when we returned from breakfast the car was sitting out front of the dealership. I went to the service department and once again the gentleman seemed very rushed but friendly and explained that they had paged me in the shop when my car was done. Told me I needed to go tot he cashier to check out. Nothing was said about anything regarding the car so I figured all was well. When I returned home I noticed they had notated that my tires would need attention soon. This kind of took me aback as the tires have less than 15,000 miles on them.All in all the appt was fine I think they just need to work on communication a little.

Recently was in the market for a new vehicle and came across this dealer in Coolidge. Drove 45 mins to view a vehicle they had for purchase “as is”Everyone was very friendly and even more so when they knew we were paying in cash. All went well then when we decided to purchase while filing out paper work came all the papers that stated as is vehicle and nothings wrong with it they did some repairs and so forth. A few red flags but I still purchased the vehicle.A week later it overheated in a drive thru. I contacted George the guy whom helped us and he stated “ it was an as is vehicle and there was not much they could do. I trusted these people. They told me over and over it’s as is. I should of known.Took it to my family mechanic whom has been working for our family business 20 plus years!Water pump was cracked, hoses cracked, caps missing and a number of items that would of been noticed during the repairs that took place at the dealer before they sold it. There’s no way the big water pump crack was missed. When I reported all these issues the owner JD Garrett proceeded to remind me it’s an as is vehicle and blamed my mechanic for lying to me. Clearly our mechanic would not lie. I wasn’t seeking and sort of money or anything from this dealer but I still got a very defensive accusing email response.It is unfortunate that there are still people in this world who tell half the truth.Be aware when purchasing as is vehicle from this dealer!!

This is the worst dealership ever i never recommended to anyone this is the second time I take my car to that dealership and they hit the car. They never take responsibility and say that they dont have cameras to prove that it wasnt them. The manager is the worst and every time I have talked to him he is a complete jerk and just makes fun of his customers.

I bought my FIRST car there in January of this year and I want to say it’s the worst experience. Every time I go in, the staff makes it seem as if it’s so hard to help us when it’s their job. I took my car to get serviced 3 times, the first time was because the engine light when on so I took it in and a week later they said it’s ready with no problems ... I drive down the road and the light comes back on. The second time took A MONTH to be serviced but obviously it was not fixed since there was a THIRD time. The third time, in which I told them to take it to Earnhardt Ford in Phx, It got fixed CORRECTLY. They then called us saying it would be finished Wednesday but I didn’t get my car until FRIDAY... because they wanted to bs me... plain and simple just bs me... I am a teen student and I should NOT be going through this on my FIRST car. So I hope to whoever reads this ... please reconsider going here. Thanks a lot... 🤗
