Stopped here on way home and we love it. Nice to go to different buildings to look at stuff. I liked the garden center!They have everything you could ever need! The young lady who was the cashier at the garden center was so very sweet! She deserves a day off or a gift for how she handles customers. She was there on Thursday mid morning. !! Thank you mam!!

This place is amazing! Staff are awesome and got some great help and assistance. This might become my new one stop for all things hardware, housewares and outdoor necessities. If you havent stopped by, I would highly encourage that and spend some time checking out all they have. First, let me say Farm & Country is a great store model. On 9 18 2020 my wife and I ordered a full kitchen cabinets of several thousand dollars we waited patiently and was totally happy to do so. I have been looking for alternative to Lowe’s, in March 2021 the cabinets came in and shortly after was scheduled for install that went off fine except for a missing hardware. The installers notified the store and we waited and waited and made several trips to the store in the meantime management must’ve changed, At least a couple times. I finally was able to bypass the Turkey Creek Store and made progress it was at the warehouse. I set up a time to go pick it up I got there and after a few minutes I was able to get it, I had a return I didn’t have the receipt that’s true. I assumed they’d be willing to check my card as I purchase it on my debit card. The manager, she informed me it was her policy, she’s been there two months and she didn’t except anything without a return and I thought they should make an exception since the hardware had been at the store since March 25 and they just didn’t bother looking for it and she was unwilling to make a seven dollar exchange without a receipt. It’s a shame that they couldn’t work with me after I made all the trips out there for their mistake.It’s kind of telling when you get a beautiful store like this and the parking lots is empty about the service you might expect, those inconveniences at Lowes are A lot easier for me now to Put up with with a little for the lack of service this current manager gives. She did not state it was store policy she told me she’s been there two months and it was her policy. And that’s what I told the policeman that was upsetting me as much as anything after she called to have me removed from the store and asked not to return.

First time shopping there. Very clean, shelves are all fronted and products in order. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only drawback was out of the six items I was interested in, only one had a price posted. All of those were on end caps or displays. Would recommend you go check this wonderful store out 😊

In the earlier part of the growing season they stock their greenhouse with lots of great plants and vegetables. Theyre about the only place in this region that offers cold hardy palm trees . In the past they have offered Trachycarpus fortunei (Chinese WINDMILL palm) and Sabal minor (dwarf palmetto palm). They sometimes sell large tropical palms and plants for the seasonal patio and conservatory and always at a great price. Mulch, garden soils and plant food is always available too. They also sell and refill propane tanks for your BBQ grill and the prices are very good. Thanks CFH

They did not have the wide mouth canning jar lids I needed but they do have a huge selection of items and staff was very helpful.

There are people that actually help you. Its not lowes where you cannot find a person or wait in line to pay for a hour like lowes.

Overall, Id recommend this store.This is usually my first stop for lumber (the lumber here is in so much better condition than Lowes that its not even funny). I also will usually try to give this place my business for plumbing or smaller items just for the sake of supporting local business. Everyone is always super friendly and willing to help.The selection of parts and tools can sometimes be a bit limited, its a bit hit-and-miss as far as being able to know if theyre going to have what you need before you go.The past couple of times Ive been in, there have been younger folks at the registers which when I would ask for help or try to buy parts from the lumber yard, that they didnt have any idea what part or material I was trying to purchase was, and were kind of Googling on their phones to figure out what I was describing to know how to look it up in the computer, one time I just had to politely give up and go somewhere else so that can be an issue. Its not a big enough issue or frequent enough occurrence for me thought that Id change my recommendation. Id still recommend Country Farm and Home for any kind of building materials you might need--certainly worth trying here first before Lowes!

Called and asked for a specific type of wire, they assured me they had lots of it, drive 30 minutes to get it and they had none, They need to do some serious training to the employees before I go back, Even lowes has better customer service than this come on!!

I like the place alot, and buy my feed there, but you really need to change your website, or follow what it says. It says you open at 6am except Saturday, and the front door says 7am. Change one or the other but do not decieve people, or you will lose customers that way...

I just shopped there for the first time and I will definitely go back. The employees are probably the nicest people I have ever dealt with. The store was very neat and clean and well stocked .

Could not find a worker who could help me find what I needed. Swore I would never go in, but I was by there and needed a piece for my mower. Could not get anyone to help. Will never be back now. Drove all the way to lowes and got the help I needed.

This was first time coming to this store. Every employee was very courteous. All employees nearly wearing a mask. Love the layout of buildings. The variety of mulch and rocks are amazing. I really enjoy going to Country Farm and Home and seeing all the smiling faces there! The staff is always so helpful! They have just about everything you can think of.About a month ago, I was there picking up some posts and weighted my trailer down so much that it caused a tire to go flat before I could make it out of the parking lot. Daniel helped me find the right kind of wheel and tire and then even helped me install it right there.

Hardware sections are well stocked. Tool areas are very neatly organized with everything for that tool in the same place. Aisles are spacious and the store is clean. Friendly staff greet you as you come in and offer assistance right away. Huge selection of farm products and equipment in the outside lot. Garden center should be open soon.

Excellent prices, friendly, helpful staff with plenty of knowledge ready to help. I use them for building supplies and today I spoke with Daniel Huddleston about a dump trailer . Daniel was very helpful and took the time to explain options and benefits of the Big Tex trailers. Daniel is a fellow Military man as well and is very respectful. I would recommend Daniel as well as this place of business. There is not a big rush of people like at Lowes with staff that you have to beg to get help from.

This is a great place to shop. Prices are reasonable and employees go beyond the call to be friendly and helpful. Well be shopping there more often.UPDATE: I bought a washing machine from Country Farm & Home Center over the phone at around 9:00 or 9:30 yesterday morning. It was installed in my home by around noon. ON THE SAME DAY!!! This kind of customer service is so rare these days, I dont even know what to think. Highly recommend.

If you need lumber, dog food, livestock feed, or anything that Lowes provides, this is your place to shop. Their prices on lumber are at least 25% cheaper, and is great quality (yellawood). The animal feed beats the prices of any other place I have shopped, and it is high quality as well. The staff is very friendly, and they will help you pick up your materials, as well as loading it into your vehicle. I drive over 30 minutes to shop here, as the prices and selection are great. If you have shopped at a Menards up North, this is the closest to them you will get in the Tennessee area.

Was very impressed by the staff and selection. I am in hardware stores very often. I have been begging my hime depot in knoxville to start carrying expandable pex and fittings. Walk into this small town store and they have it and crimp pex. Very impressive.

Prices inconsistent What building houses what products? Nothing is marked showing where I need to go searching for xyz products. Sometimes MORE is LESS. & They sure have stuff. But never do they have what Im looking for. Seems like I can get the same items at Wal-Mart for a lot less $$. However, my equine requirements are not stocked. Ill keep using Tractor Supply or the internet for my equine needs.
