Emailed them about a price on a car like their website said. Received a call back the next day from Kayla and i asked the price of the car, was told the price was 21,000. I said great and spoke with her and Jeff for the next two days getting started on the paperwork and even going ahead and setting up a time on a Friday to drive an hour and a half to their dealership to go look at the vehicle, only to get there look at the vehicle for 45 min, take it for a test drive, and then wait another 30 min to talk to robert about the price of the vehicle where he then tells me that the actual price is 29,000 for that particular vehicle. Had i have known that was the price for it originally i would have never of wasted my time driving all the way there to even look at it. All in all they need to get communication there better or acknowledge the price they told someone when all parties knew i would be driving from a long distance.

Good place to buy a used vehicle. Friendly enough an little pressure. Good selection of vehicles coming in on a normal basis. They dont send your credit to everyone an their mom to run it. Helps keep your inquiries down. Happy with my purchase from them.THE BAD.....They put new wheels an tires on most of their vehicles.. thats awesome.. it is.. the bad part of it is the guy they go through to get these wheels an tires is not balancing them out. So your wheels an tires are gonna cause a vibration.. theyll have wheel weights on them, just not where they need to be. It was that way on my wheels an tires an my buddys truck he bought.Do your self a favor an get them checked. Save your tires an vehicle your paying for the stress an wear.

I can’t even began to put in words the experience my husband and I had purchasing from this dealership. From the get go we live 4 hours away I could tell they were good people. Jesse cared about us getting just what we were looking for and the manager called us back with a follow up just to make sure we were well taken care of! They sold me a 28,000 thousand dollar truck. Stated on their Facebook page that it had a clean title and clean carfax. I took it to chevy dealership to get a oil change to find out it had a rebuilt title though GM data base. I never thought to ask williams to see the carfax because didnt really think a car lot would do anyone like this but I ran a carfax on it myself and it does have a rebuilt title and has been wrecked like 3 times, when speaking to them they told me that they would look into it and never heard from them again. Please do your homework if u decide to do business with Williams auto sales because they are forsure 100% scam artist even my lawyer said he has sued them before for similar issues so that should tell anyone so.ething

I have dealt with Williams auto sales on two different occasions. They are some of the most honest people I have worked with. The first time I come to buy a vehicle from Mr. Williams himself. He talked me out of it because the vehicle I was looking at was not a suitable vehicle for every day use or family use. The prices are fair for what you’re getting. The second time I come I brought my sister to buy her first car. They were upfront and honest about everything. The only reason I give four stars is because of the 22% interest rate. With that being said it may be a high interest but they can work with just about anyone. If you’re like me and don’t have the best credit I would Definitely give Williams auto sales a look. It’s a good way to establish your credit but also get a decent vehicle at a fair price.

I am a recently widowed 64 year old woman. We bought our first vehicle through them and had no problem. I went for a second vehicle and got a Kia Ive had nothing but problems. I took the car to my mechanic to see if it was okay and they told me not to buy it. They said that was her bad year. Took it back to Williams and they told me everything was okay and talked me into buying it. I have had nothing but problems with this car. I will never go back there again!

These guys are great!! First of all I called on a Sunday because their website said they were open (which was wrong), but Bryan still answered and discussed options with me, then he sent me a link for an application, I filled it out and sent it back thinking yea they are not going to approve me, Monday I got a call from Brett telling me not only was I approved but was very highly rated, then today they sent me to Middle Tennessee federal credit union to see if they would just loan me the money. Well I told them Ill go but they will not because my credit is very low, they told me to trust them and Im sure glad I did, I got approved with no money down and Im know the very proud owner of a 2010 Dodge Journey. I highly recommend then to anyone, it literally took me maybe 2 hours, between them, the credit union and the insurance company. Please people go see them they will work magic for you.

I brought a 2011 jeep grand Cherokee . The car was wreck and never fix right. the impact bar was so bad the people that I took it to someone and they dont know how they get the bumper on the car. the liftgate window had a broke hinge. we had to replace the front two tire on it because it would not hold air for long and now the tpms in it is out it the tires. The brake systems has be replace. And there is much more. They wont get me a warrant on the car because they was lost money on this car. I have to put 2000 in to this car that i shouldnt had to worry about everything for the one year. I will never go back and I am letting people know to watch want what you buy for them .... And I wouldnt go them at all in least it is the end place..... BEWARE They call me just after post this review arguing with me wanting me to take it down and told me they will never do business with me again........ that is harassment

Went to get a vehicle got approved for a Kia soul. All they had at the time was a stick shift. They told us it would be a couple days before they could get us an automatic. We waited and waited never heard anything back! Wasnt pleased at all! I was really looking forward to doing my business with Williams. Needless to say I had to go somewhere else.

They posted a suv for sale on facebook market place. there was no location given where you could look at. I messaged the person who posted it and asked if it was available and he said yes. when i asked where it was located so i could look at it he never responded even tho it showed he saw the message. i checked his profile and it said he worked for williams so i drove by and the suv was there. If you cant respond to a message that tells me all i need to know about this place. Dont post Cars for sale on social sites if you cant be bothered to communicate with interested customers.
