The guys at Vickers were awesome. The owner walked in, flipped the switch and had my alignment finished before the room was light. Seriously so fast and super friendly service. Told me about other issue with my tires as well before just charging me. 10/10 would recommend vickers to anyone who doesn’t want to overpay for an alignment. I think it was $60 everywhere else was at least $80

My sister used this shop to replace her brakes, and they left off the brake clips!! Brake jobs are serious! And all hardware should be there!! I would not recommend at all!!!!

Initial visit was to just get an alignment. However, found out there was an underlying issue that NEEDED to be fixed. The fellas @ Vickers were awesomeness 👌 They definitely went above and beyond!! Prices are definitely reasonable!!!

March 2nd due to a noise and pull to the right, went to pick it up, paid over 600.00, same noise still pulling to the right, took it back to the man working on it And he told me since I’m a woman he’s sure I think aim right but he knows it’s fixed! So I had him drive it and he kept it. I was told every day it would be ready “tomorrow” I missed 6 days of work. Finally go to pick it up on the 17th! Guess what? He wants 400.00 more dollars and It’s still grinding with the same noise and pulling to the right! Had to take it to a different mechanic today. He pulled off the tire, showed me what the problem was in 5 minutes said it would be fixed in an hour! $80.00! Do not use these people!

Great experience. Had a slow leak in one of my tires. They were able to find the tiniest of nails embedded in tey found it and fixed it.

My wheel speed sensors on my e46 bmw were causing the abs and dsc lights to come on. The owner explained that replacing the brake pads would fix the issue. I disagreed and left. I purchased the sensors online and watched a how to video on youtube. 20 minutes later, everything worked properly and the issue was resolved. Beware of shops trying to make money off you for repairing parts that are not broken or defective. If that was not the owner, then why was I told that he was the owner when he took off in my car. So youre telling me the guy that drove my car, falsely diagnosed it, lied about being the owner, and you say you gave me a discount ? Ill come give you $50 if its that big of a deal. The point is, changing my brake pads and rotors has nothing to do with my abs and dsc. I could take the brake pads off and it still would not effect the stabilization.

Charged me for an alignment amd it still pulls to the right . Everyone working there are like shade tree mechanics . Not at all like the Vickers Alignment servce it was in the past . I had an appointment for 4pm . They took my truck in at 6pm . Looked and no one fooled with for at least an hour . then they was only shiing a flashlight under the frontend . I dont think it was actually touched . They never even test drove the thing . Finally left there about 8pm. I will never go there again . I dont even recommend them to work on a bicycle .

Needed front brakes and alignment, everyone was great and best price.

I am editing my review. I always had good service with Vickers until the last time. The owners son in law replaced an axel. I went back twice because something wasnt right but they said it was fine. Later I went to another business for a muffler and the man there checked it out and the safety pin on my axel had not been put back. He fixed it for me for free.

Needed car aligned. They said they did it but car was still a mess. Took it to colonial and they said it was so out of alignment that it wouldnt even read on computer. They put it on lift and said the rack and pinion and was loose the ball joints were loose and they also said if it was looked at by Vickers at all they would have seen these problems. I could have wreck and been seriously injured.

This place is good, friendly, and cheap! Had my wheels realigned a few times here and never was dissapointed!

Always used Vickers and sent my daughter there to get her brakes fixed. She paid with check and they charged her $30 additional to use a check. The service was done well but her vehicle now stinks of cigarette smoke.
